Abstract

Bei den erfindungsgemäßen elektrischen Glühlampen besitzt das Gestell zur Halterung der Glühwendel mindestens einen hakenförmigen, mit einem freien Ende versehenen Halter, in den die Glühwendel eingehängt ist. Das freie Ende des hakenförmigen Halters ist derart abgewinkelt, daß es die Einhängeöffnung des hakenförmigen Halters verengt und damit eine Aushängung der Glühwendel verhindert. Vorteilhafterweise ist der mindestens eine hakenförmige Halter mit einem U-förmigen Abschnitt ausgestattet, in den die Glühwendel eingehängt wird. Das abgewinkelte freie Ende des hakenförmigen Halters ist an einen ersten Schenkel dieses U-förmigen Abschnittes angeformt und erstreckt sich in Richtung des zweiten U-Schenkels, so daß der Abstand zwischen dem abgewinkelten freien Ende des Halters und dem zweiten U-förmigen Schenkel kleiner als der Abstand zwischen den beiden U-förmigen Schenkeln ist. Dadurch wird die Einhängeöffnung des hakenförmigen Halters verengt und die Gefahr des Aushängens der Glühwendel verringert. Die Figur zeigt eine nicht maßstabsgetreue, stark schematisierte Darstellung einer an Netzspannung betriebenen Halogenglühlampe mit einer Leistungsaufnahme von ca. 650 W gemäß des bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels. Die Halogenglühlampe besitzt einen einseitig gequetschten Lampenkolben 1. Im Quetschfuß 1b der Lampe sind zwei Molybdänfolien 2 gasdicht eingeschmolzen. Aus dem Quetschfuß 1b ragen ferner zwei Stromzuführungen 3 heraus, die jeweils mit einer der Molybdänfolien 2 verschweißt sind. Innerhalb des Lampenkolbens 1 befindet sich ein Gestell zur Halterung einer im wesentlichen U-förmigen Brückenwendel 4, die drei lichtemittierende Wendelabschnitte 4a besitzt. Das Gestell besteht aus einem Quarzglasbalken 5, zwei stromführenden Drähten 6 und zwei hakenförmigen Haltern 7. Die stromführenden Drähte 6 sind jeweils an einem Ende der Brückenwendel 4 befestigt und mit einer Molybdänfolie 2 verschweißt, so daß eine elektrisch leitende Verbindung zwischen den Stromzuführungen 3 und der Brückenwendel 4 besteht. Die Enden der Brückenwendel 4 und die stromführenden Drähte 6 sind ferner im Quarzglasbalken 5 eingeschmolzen. Jeweils ein Ende der hakenförmigen Halter 7 ist in dem Quarzbalkenhalter 5 fixiert. Das andere Ende der hakenförmigen Halter 7 weist jeweils einen U-förmigen Abschnitt auf, in denen die Brückenwendel 4 mit Hilfe von zwei Drahtschlaufen 8 eingehängt ist. Die Drahtschlaufen 8 sind im Bereich der beiden nichtlichtemittierenden Wendelabschnitte, welche die lichtemittierenden Wendelabschnitte 4a voneinander trennen, an der Brückenwendel 4 befestigt. Die beiden hakenförmigen Halter 7 weisen jeweils ein abgewinkeltes freies Ende 7a auf, das annähernd rechtwinklig von einem ersten Schenkel 7b des entsprechenden U-förmigen Halterabschnittes abgebogen ist. Die abgewinkelten freien Enden 7a erstrecken sich jeweils in Richtung des zweiten Schenkels 7c des entsprechenden U-förmigen Halterabschnittes und verengen dadurch die Einhängeöffnung der hakenförmigen Halter 7. Die Einhängeöffnung ist, ohne abgewinkeltes Ende 7a, durch den Abstand der beiden Schenkel 7b, 7c des U-förmigen Halterabschnittes definiert und beträgt hier ca. 1,8 mm. Durch das sich in Richtung des zweiten Schenkels 7c erstreckende abgewinkelte freie Ende 7a des hakenförmigen Halters 7 wird die wirksame Einhängeöffnung auf ca. 1 mm verengt. Das entspricht dem Abstand zwischen dem abgewinkelte freien Ende 7a und dem Ende des zweiten Schenkels 7c des U-förmigen Halterabschnittes. Die Länge der abgewinkelten freien Enden 7a beträgt ca. 2,5 mm. Die hakenförmigen Halter 7 bestehen aus Molybdändraht und die Drahtschlaufen 8 sind aus Wolfram gefertigt.
