Description

5.The invention relates to a reflector and a reflector lamp according to the preamble of patent claims 1 and 5, respectively.

I. Stand der Technik I. State of the art

5. US 4,623,815 relates to a reflector and a reflector lamp according to the preamble of patent claims 1 and 5, respectively.

Such a reflector and such a reflector lamp are disclosed for example in the German utility model with the roll number G 83 10 715.0. This utility model describes a reflector lamp with a parabolic aluminum reflector and a halogen incandescent lamp fixed therein. To fix the lamp in the reflector is a base stone made of ceramic, are attached to the two electrical contact lugs, which in turn are each welded to a protruding through an opening in the reflector power supply of the lamp. The base is fixed by four tabs, which are integrally formed on the reflector and angled from this, the reflector.

II. Darstellung der Erfindung II. Presentation of the invention

It is the object of the invention to provide for a generic reflector and for a generic reflector lamp an improved attachment of the electrical contact elements for the lamp arranged in the reflector.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1 and 5, respectively. Particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the dependent claims.

The reflector according to the invention and the reflector lamp according to the invention have a reflector body consisting of an electrically insulating plastic, which is provided with a light-reflecting inner side and an outer side and with at least one opening for the lamp or for a lamp part. The reflector or the reflector lamp has at least one contact lug, which is fixed to the reflector body at at least two different locations of the reflector body by means of claws or barbs, which are integrally formed on the at least one contact lug.

Due to the inventive combination of the above-mentioned features of the reflector or the reflector lamp can be dispensed with the use of a ceramic socket stone according to the above-cited utility model. Since the reflector body instead of aluminum is made of an electrically insulating material, no electrical insulation between the electrical contact elements and the reflector is needed to avoid a short circuit between the Lampenstromzuführungen. The contact lugs provided with claws or barbs can be clawed in the material of the plastic reflector and thus allow easy fixation of the contact lugs on the reflector.

Advantageously, the reflector body has at least one pin formed on its outside and a first leg of the at least one angled contact lug has an opening in which the at least one pin is arranged with a clamping fit, wherein the edge of the aforementioned opening is provided with claws or barbs. Alternatively or additionally, the at least one angled contact lug advantageously has a part which extends transversely to its first limb and is provided with at least one claw or a barb and is arranged in a recess on the outside of the reflector body. The at least one contact lug is preferably fastened to the reflector body by means of such a pin and of a part of the at least one contact lug extending transversely to the first limb. Alternatively, the at least one contact lug can also be fixed to the reflector body by means of two such pins or two parts of the at least one contact lug extending transversely to the first limb. The claws or barbs of the at least one contact lug dig into or get caught in the plastic material of the pegs or in the plastic walls of the pits on the reflector outside.

The provided with the claws or barbs, extending transversely to the ertsen leg portion of the contact lance is advantageously formed as part of its second leg, which is angled from the first leg and serves for insertion into a corresponding lamp socket. By this measure, a particularly high mechanical stability of the contact lug is achieved because the provided with the at least one barb, verkrallte in the reflector body part of the contact lug is arranged opposite to that portion of the contact lug, which is provided for insertion into the lamp holder. In addition, advantageously, at least a portion of the second leg of the at least one contact lug is formed in two layers to further increase the mechanical stability of the contact lug. Preferably, that portion of the second leg of the at least one contact lug, which is provided for insertion into a lamp socket, formed in two layers, that is, the free end of the second leg of the at least one contact lug is bent back by an angle of 180 degrees. The equipped with the at least one barb portion of the contact lug preferably forms the single-layer running, diametrically to the two-layered portion extending end of the second leg of the contact lug.

Vorzugsweise besteht zwischen der mindestens einen Stromzuführung und der mindestens einen Kontaktfahne eine SchweißverbindungThe first leg of the at least one contact lug advantageously has an opening in which the at least one current supply of the lamp is arranged. Preferably, there is a welded connection between the at least one power supply and the at least one contact lug

The reflector 1 has a parabolic, made of an electrically insulating plastic, preferably polyphenylene sulfide, existing reflector body 10 with an outer diameter of 111 mm. The parabolic reflector body 10 has a light-reflecting inner side 11, an outer side 12 and arranged at the top of the reflector body 10 opening 13 for the halogen incandescent lamp 2. The inside 11 of the reflector body 10 faces the lamp. The lamp is arranged in the optical axis of the reflector 1, so that its two power supply lines 21, 22 protrude through the opening 13. Attached to the reflector body 10 is a bracket 3 extending along a diameter of the reflector 1, which supports a diaphragm 4 for the halogen incandescent lamp 2. The light emission opening limiting edge 14 of the reflector body 10 is everted formed. On the outer side 12 of the reflector body 10, two angled metallic contact lugs 5, 6 are fixed, which are electrically connected to one of the power supply lines 21 and 22, respectively. The contact lugs 5, 6 are formed as a standardized G53 socket. For fixing connection cables (not shown), the contact lugs 5, 6 each with a locking screw 7 (in Fig. 1 only one is shown). The FIG. 2 shows the outside of the reflector in the region of its crest opening 13th

In the enlarged view of the FIGS. 3 to 5 Details of the contact lug 5 are shown. The other contact lug 6 is identical.

Der erste Schenkel 51 besitzt ferner ein Gewindeloch 55 für die Arretierschraube 7.The contact lug 5 consists of a stamped sheet metal part with a thickness of 0.40 mm. It has a first leg 51 and a second leg 52, which is angled from the first leg 51 by an angle of approximately 90 degrees. The first leg 51 has an opening 53, the edge of which is provided with five teeth 530, which narrow the opening 53. The teeth 530 are slightly bent out of the plane of the first leg 51. After mounting the contact lug 5 on the reflector body 10, a pin 17 integrally formed on the outer side 12 of the reflector body 10 extends through the aperture 53 so that the teeth 530 abut against the pin 17 and dig into it. The free end 51 a of the first leg 51 is formed stepwise and has a further opening 54 for receiving the lamp power supply 22. The first leg 51 further has a threaded hole 55 for the locking screw. 7

The second leg 52 of the angled contact lug 5 has a two-layered section 520, which adjoins directly to the first leg 51 and is arranged at right angles to the first leg 51. This two-ply section 520 is for insertion into a correspondingly adapted to the G53 socket lamp socket. The free end 521 of the second leg 52 is single-layered and provided with two punched barbs 522, which are bent out of the plane of the free end 521. The free end 521 makes an angle of 80 degrees with the first leg 51 and an angle of 190 degrees with the two-layer portion 520. In other words, this means that the second leg 52 is bent at an angle of 90 degrees from the first leg 51, bent back at an interval of 11.28 mm by an angle of 180 degrees, and its free end 521 at the height of first leg 51 is angled at an angle of 10 degrees from the plane of the two-ply portion 520, so that the free end 521 of the second leg 52 with the first leg 51 forms an angle of 80 degrees. The two-ply portion 520 therefore has a length of about 11.3 mm. The free end 521 of the second leg 52 of the contact lug 5 is arranged in the recess 15 on the outer side 12 of the reflector body 10 and there clawed by means of the barbs 522. Similarly, the other contact lug 6 is fixed in the recess 16 and on the pin 18.

The lamp 2 is supported in the reflector 1 exclusively by the power leads 21, 22 welded to the contact lugs 5, 6. However, it is also possible to provide an annular spacer for further stabilization and increase the vibration resistance, which is arranged between the vessel of the lamp 2 and the edge of the opening 13 and serves to support the lamp 2 at the edge of the opening 13.

The invention is not limited to the above-described preferred embodiment. For example, the portion 521 engaged in the recess can also be designed in two layers in two layers and the section 520 of the contact lugs 5, 6 which can be inserted into the lamp holder, in order to utilize, for example, the spring effect of the two-layered section to achieve a clamping action.
