Description
Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a cementless electric lamp according to the
Preamble of
In the patent DE-C-40 37 964 is an electric incandescent lamp with a Strain relief for the lead wire revealed by a wedge is formed between the two supply cables in a base recess is inserted. This strain relief has the disadvantage that the Supply cables can only be loaded on one side by the clamping wedge, whereby undesired cable movements during assembly, especially twisting, may occur.
European patent application EP-A 0 643 255 describes an electrical one Lamp with a strain relief for the connection cable, which by crimped Implementation rivets is formed. The lead rivets are each threaded onto a connecting cable and then crimped, and are in the tapered cable bushings are embedded. This strain relief is comparatively complex to manufacture.
It is the object of the invention to provide an electric lamp with no cement To provide the easiest possible strain relief for their power supplies owns.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features
of
The electric lamp with a cementless base according to the invention has a particular feature simple strain relief for your power supplies without additional Components. According to the strain relief from Base stone and two opposite side walls of the Base sleeve formed. The base stone consists according to the invention two base stone components slidably arranged against each other, whose relative position to each other the size or diameter of the bushings intended for the power supply. The power supplies are clamped in the bushings. The clamp seat is by the two aforementioned side walls of the base sleeve produced by the first Side wall against the first base stone component and the second side wall presses against the second base stone component.
The pressure of the two side walls mentioned above is advantageous to the base stone components and thus also the clamp fit of the power supply lines with the help of at least one inside the base sleeve pointing knob, which is attached to each of these two side walls, generated. Narrow clamping lugs that narrow the feedthroughs that connect to the Both base stone components are molded on, improve the press fit of the Power supply. The base stone components are advantageously two identically shaped base stone halves. This simplifies lamp manufacturing. The base stone components are advantageously fixed with the help of at least two fastening straps attached to different Shaped side walls of the base sleeve and angled from this are, as well as with the help of several attached to the base sleeve wall Stop knobs that serve as a stop for the base stone components.

The embodiment of the invention shown in FIG. 1 is concerned
it is a current-controlled, cementless, low-voltage halogen incandescent lamp
with an electrical power consumption of approx. 200 W and one
Nominal current of approx.6.6 A, which can be used, for
Airport is used. This lamp has a
