Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Materials ausgehend von einem als Trägermaterial verwendeten Pergamentpapier, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es folgendes umfaßt:eine Oberflächenbehandlung des Trägermaterials durch Aufbringen einer oder mehrerer pigmentierter Schichten, welche dazu bestimmt sind, die Metallisierungs- und/oder Bedruckeigenschaften zu verbessern, auf eine dieser Oberflächen,einen Schritt des Kalandrierens zur Verbesserung seiner Oberflächenbeschaffenheit.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermaterial mittels einer Haftunterlage wie eines Polyethylenimins oder eines Styrol-Maleinsäureanhydrids vorbehandelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermaterial in einen Satinage-Hochkalander oder einen Softkalander, mit oder ohne Dampf, eingerührt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Metallschicht von geringer Dicke (300 bis 500 Ångström) im Vakuum oder durch Übertragung auf das Trägermaterial aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermaterial nach Auftragen eines Grundierungslacks, welcher insbesondere dessen Undurchlässigkeit in bezug auf Wasser, Wasserdampf, Gas oder Fette verstärkt, einer direkten Metallisierung unterzogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Schritt des vorangehenden Auftragens von Wasser oder wäßrigen Lösungen auf wenigstens eine seiner Seiten umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wäßrigen Lösungen auf der Basis von hygroskopischen Produkten hergestellt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wasser oder die wäßrigen Lösungen Produkte wie fluorierte Produkte oder filmbildende Polymere enthalten, welche geeignet sind, das Trägermaterial für Wasserdampf, Wasser, Gas oder Fette undurchlässig zu machen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wasser oder die wäßrigen Lösungen Produkte gegen die Schimmelbildung wie Sorbinsäure, Benzoesäure oder ihre Salze enthalten.
- Aus einem als Trägermaterial verwendeten Pergamentpapier hergestelltes Material, welches durch das Verfahren des Anspruchs 1 gewonnen werden kann.
