Description
Par ailleurs, la collision des deux sprays de produits différents ne procure pas un spray unique homogène en produit, compte tenu d'un mauvais mélange des deux produits.
Pour la pulvérisation du produit à travers les buses 28a, 28b, celles-ci comportent respectivement un orifice 46a, 46b selon les axes A-A et B-B.
Les différences portent essentiellement sur la forme des conduits.
Claims (15)
- Tête de distribution d'un produit liquide cosmétique, sous forme d'aérosol, comportant un bouton-poussoir (8) muni d'un axe (X), au moins deux conduits (11a, 11b, 111a, 111b) dans le bouton-poussoir et au moins deux buses (30a, 30b) prévues dans le bouton-poussoir, au moins une partie (36a, '36b, 136a, 136b) de chaque conduit étant radiale, une autre partie du conduit étant en communication avec la buse et étant orientée parallèlement à un axe (A-A, B-B) de la buse, de sorte que les sprays (sa, sb) sortant des buses se percutent, la tête comportant des piliers (32a, 32b) ayant une face avant (44a, 44b) contre laquelle s'applique une face arrière (42a, 42b) des buses, parallèle à la face avant (44a, 44b), chaque buse étant une pièce rapportée sur le bouton-poussoir et étant du type comportant des canaux tourbillonnaires, le spray (S) obtenu après collision des sprays (sa, sb) étant unique et homogène.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que chaque conduit comprend au moins une partie axiale (12).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que le produit distribué est un monoproduit.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'axe (A-A, B-B) de chaque buse est orienté sensiblement transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (X) du bouton-poussoir, les axes des buses étant situés dans un même plan.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les axes des buses forment entre eux un angle allant de 20° à 120°.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'axe de chaque buse est séparé de l'axe de la partie axiale du conduit d'une distance (d) au moins égale à la longueur (L) du pilier de la buse, additionnée de la largeur (1) de la partie radiale du conduit.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la partie radiale de chaque conduit est située dans un plan transversal à l'axe longitudinal du bouton-poussoir.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la partie radiale du conduit relie la partie axiale à l'autre partie du conduit en communication avec la buse.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le conduit comprend en outre une partie incurvée.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la partie radiale de chaque conduit comprend un premier élément (62a, 62b) défini dans la même pièce que la partie axiale du conduit et un deuxième élément (64a, 64b) portant une des buses et défini dans une autre pièce, les deux éléments étant liés entre eux par un moyen de liaison (66a, 66b).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que chaque buse est maintenue par un mât (74a, 74b) et une potence d'accrochage (76a, 76b) fixés sur le bouton-poussoir.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la partie radiale de chaque conduit est perpendiculaire à l'autre partie du conduit en communication avec la buse.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte deux buses.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les buses sont identiques.
- Distributeur comportant :un réservoir sous pression renfermant un produit liquide cosmétique et à distribuer sous forme d'aérosol,une valve de distribution de ce produit munie d'une tige creuse de commande de valve, comportant une entrée et une sortie,une tête de distribution munie d'un bouton-poussoir, de deux conduits et de deux buses, caractérisé par le fait que la tête de distribution est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14.
