Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif servant au remplissage d'un liquide dans un récipient (10), particulièrement de l'encre dans une tête d'impression d'une imprimante à jet d'encre, comprenant un cylindre (1) contenant le liquide (2), duquel ressort une aiguille creuse (6), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend en plus en élément d'étanchéité (7, 20), lequel réalise l'étanchéité, au niveau de la paroi du récipient (13), de l'aiguille creuse (6) introduite dans le récipient (10).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, l'élément d'étanchéité étant une bague d'étanchéité (7) dont est pourvue l'aiguille creuse (6).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, l'élément d'étanchéité étant formé par un tenon (20), lequel est inséré de façon étanche sur l'aiguille creuse à l'état livré et qui est transpercé par l'aiguille creuse (6) lors de la pénétration de celle-ci dans le récipient (10).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, le cylindre (1) contenant un piston (3) au dessus du liquide (2) équipé d'une tige de piston (4), laquelle possède une poignée (5) au niveau de son extrémité libre.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, le liquide (2) ne remplissant qu'une partie du cylindre (1), de sorte que le cylindre (3) puisse d'abord être tiré lors du remplissage du récipient (10), afin d'aspirer l'air du récipient (10) à travers le liquide.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, le cylindre (1) possédant une ouverture d'amenée d'air (8) qui est contigüe à son extrémité opposée à l'aiguille creuse (6).
  7. Procédé de remplissage d'encre dans une tête d'impression (10) d'une imprimante à jet d'encre au moyen d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, lequel possède un cylindre (1) contenant de l'encre, une aiguille creuse (6) ressortant du cylindre (1) et un piston (3) coulissant à l'intérieur du cylindre (1), des ouvertures de buses (11) de la tête d'impression (10) étant fermées hermétiquement, l'aiguille creuse (6) étant introduite à travers une ouverture d'un couvercle (13) de la tête d'impression (19) jusqu'au revêtement d'étanchéité d'une bague d'étanchéité (7) sur le couvercle (13), le piston (3) étant tiré vers le haut afin d'aspirer une partie de l'air dans la tête d'impression (10) à travers l'encre et le piston (3) étant relâché de façon à ce que l'encre soit aspirée dans la tête d'impression (10).
