Description
- un caisson dont une grande face est ouverte ;
- une structure catalytique disposée dans la face ouverte du caisson ;
- un organe d'injection de gaz combustible ;
- un générateur d'air à turbine envoyant de l'air sous pression dans le caisson qui constitue chambre de distribution d'air sur toute la structure catalytique ;
- un sytème électrique de préchauffage de la structure catalytique et
- deux consoles aptes à être rendues solidaires d'une paroi du four, entre lesquelles le caisson est monté et dont l'une au moins comporte un passage centré sur un axe longitudinal du caisson, alors qu'une flasque d'extrémité de caisson comporte une découpe centrale correspondant à ce passage, de l'air pouvant être expulsé par le générateur d'air vers l'intérieur du caisson en traversant le passage et la découpe.
Claims (8)
- Emetteur de rayons infrarouges à brûleur catalytique destiné à être installé dans un four et comprenant :un caisson (1) dont une grande face (10) est ouverte ;une structure catalytique (2) composée d'un élément (20) imprégné d'une matière catalytique de combustion, placé dans un cadre (21), lui-même disposé dans la face ouverte (10) du caisson ;un organe (24) d'injection d'un gaz combustible situé dans le caisson et débouchant sur la face intérieure de l'élément imprégné, ledit organe étant alimenté en gaz par un tuyau (24a) ;un générateur d'air (7) à turbine (7b) envoyant de l'air sous pression dans le caisson qui constitue une chambre de distribution d'air sur toute la surface de l'élément imprégné ;un système électrique (25) de préchauffage de l'élément imprégné (22), ledit émetteur constituant un ensemble monobloc destiné à être disposé dans le four et comportant des premiers moyens (2, 53) de fonctionner à des températures élevées de l'ordre de 250°C et des seconds moyens (2, 5, 7, 11b) de recycler le milieu gazeux renfermé par le four,
- Emetteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite console (5) est assemblée à une embase (6) à laquelle est fixée le carter (7a) de la turbine (7) du générateur d'air alors que l'orifice de sortie du carter débouche dans une ouverture (60) de l'embase, cette ouverture étant centrée sur l'axe longitudinal (X) du caisson.
- Emetteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque console (4, 5) est munie d'une couronne de trous lisses (40, 50) dans chacun desquels peut être engagée une vis (3) qui vient se visser dans un trou taraudé (11a, 12a) de l'une des flasques (11, 12) d'extrémité du caisson.
- Emetteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le caisson (1) est monté orientable par rapport aux consoles (4, 5).
- Emetteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la turbine (7b) est calée sur un arbre (7c) orienté perpendiculairement à la direction générale (X) du caisson (1) en vue de traverser la cloison (9) sur laquelle les consoles (4, 5) sont fixées pour coopérer avec un moteur d'entraínement (7d) fixé à la face extérieur (9b) de ladite cloison.
- Emetteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau (24a) d'alimentation en gaz de l'organe d'injection (24) et les conducteurs électriques du système de préchauffage (25) traversent la cloison (9) pour aboutir à un coffret de commande (8) fixé sur la face extérieure (9b) de ladite cloison (9).
- Emetteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (21) du caisson (1) est associé à un châssis (22) sur lequel est fixée une entretoise (23) de soutien de l'organe (24) d'injection de gaz.
- Emetteur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise (23) soutient au moins une résistance électrique (25) de préchauffage de l'élément imprégné (20).
