Claims (7)
- Dispositif commutateur électrique de sécurité pour véhicule, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé solidairement ou fixé sur une cosse (1) de batterie du véhicule, et comporte un manchon conducteur électrique (3) attenant à ladite cosse (1), et un élément de tige conducteur électrique (5) monté coulissant dans ledit manchon (3) et à l'extrémité (6) duquel est fixé le câble électrique d'alimentation (7) du véhicule, ledit manchon (3) étant pourvu d'une première partie d'alésage (9) de plus grand diamètre sur sa portion antérieure, recevant une partie de griffe isolante électrique complémentaire (25), attachée à l'élément de tige coulissant (5) et maintenant l'élément en position, et d'une seconde portion d'alésage postérieure (13) de diamètre plus petit, coaxiale à la première, dans laquelle est guidée à faible jeu l'élément de tige coulissant (5), cette seconde portion d'alésage (13) étant en outre pourvue d'un alvéole de contact (17) mis en contact de pincement contre la surface (19) de l'élément de tige coulissant, laquelle comporte au moins une portion annulaire de bande isolante électrique (21), de sorte que lorsque l'élément de tige coulissant (5) est manoeuvré à une position où la bande isolante (21) est en contact avec l'alvéole de contact (17) et la seconde portion d'alésage du manchon (13), le circuit électrique du manchon à l'élément de tige (5) et donc de la cosse (1) au câble électrique (7) est interrompu, et fermé dans le cas contraire.
- Dispositif commutateur électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le verrouillage de position connectée ou déconnectée est réalisé au moyen de deux rainures (11, 11') formées dans l'alésage de plus grand diamètre (9) du manchon , qui reçoivent la partie de griffe (25) en saillie complémentaire de l'élément (5).
- Dispositif commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de griffe (25) et la bande isolante (21) sont formées en une seule pièce isolante électrique fixée à l'élément de tige coulissant (5).
- Dispositif commutateur électrique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de la bande isolante (21) est au moins égale à celle de la seconde partie d'alésage (13) du manchon.
- Dispositif commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de griffe (25) a une forme cylindrique, fendue longitudinalement sur au moins un diamètre, et porte une saillie annulaire externe (27) à son extrémité antérieure.
- Dispositif commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de tige coulissant (5) est relié à un moyen moteur de manoeuvre, par tringle ou câble rappelé par ressort par exemple, commandé depuis le tableau de bord ou autre élément du véhicule et agissant dans la position connectée.
- Dispositif commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour limiter l'encombrement du commutateur, le manchon (3) est implanté dans le plan de la cosse (1) ou de la batterie.
