Description
La présente invention a également pour objet une hotte aspirante pour appareil de cuisson comportant un système d'aspiration tel que défini ci-dessus, dans lequel le dispositif de filtration utilise un filtre pour les odeurs de cuisson et un filtre pour les graisses émanant de la cuisson.
Claims (9)
- Système d'aspiration d'émanations produites dans une zone déterminée, comportant des moyens permettant la génération d'un rideau d'air (F) continu entourant ladite zone selon une surface immatérielle et un système de ventilation caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens comportent une coupole supérieure (1) dont le sommet (10) est situé sensiblement sur l'axe (XX') de la colonne, une coupole inférieure (2) de même axe dont le sommet est décalé selon ledit axe par rapport au sommet de la coupole supérieure et présente une ouverture (20) sensiblement centrée sur ledit axe, et un système de ventilation (4) placé sur l'axe entre les sommets des coupoles supérieure et inférieure, ledit système de ventilation comportant des moyens de génération radiale d'air dans le guide d'air (3) délimité par les coupoles et des moyens d'aspiration axiale de l'air comprise dans la zone, au travers de l'ouverture, les coupoles supérieure et inférieure étant en outre orientées vers le bas et évasées de façon que le vecteur vitesse de l'air en sortie du guide possède une composante verticale et deux composantes horizontales.
- Système d'aspiration selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit vecteur vitesse en sortie du guide d'air est incliné, par rapport à la verticale, d'un angle compris entre environ 10 et 45 degrés.
- Système d'aspiration selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les coupoles supérieure et inférieure délimitent un guide d'air à section constante.
- Système d'aspiration selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les coupoles supérieure et inférieure délimitent un guide d'air dont les parois convergent en direction de la sortie du guide.
- Système d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les coupoles ont une forme de calotte sphérique.
- Système d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le système de ventilation est une turbine à réaction.
- Système d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le système de ventilation est une turbine du type cage d'écureuil.
- Système d'aspiration selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un dispositif de filtration (5, 6) des émanations aspirées.
- Hotte aspirante pour appareil de cuisson, comportant un système d'aspiration selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de filtration comporte un filtre (5) pour filtrer les odeurs de cuisson et un filtre (6) pour les graisses émanant de la cuisson.
