Claims (7)

  1. Briefumschlag, der einen Körper (1) mit einem im allgemeinen rechteckigen Umriß umfaßt, der mit einer Öffnung versehen ist, die mit einem seiner Ränder zusammenfällt und mit einer faltbaren trapezförmigen Verschlußklappe (2) mit einem freien Rand (3) verschlossen werden kann, der von zwei Scheitelpunkten (10, 10a) begrenzt wird, wobei die Verschlußklappe (2) an dem Körper (1) mittels eines Klebanbringungsstreifens (9) angebracht werden kann, wobei der Umschlag an der Rück- bzw. Hinterseite seines Körpers (1) eine Vielzahl von ausgerichteten parallelen Einschnitten (5) enthält, die an den freien Rand (3) der Verschlußklappe (2) angrenzen, wenn sich die Verschlußklappe in ihrer gefalteten bzw. verschlossenen Position befindet, wobei die Einschnitte in der gefalteten bzw. verschlossenen Position unter der Verschlußklappe (2) verborgen bleiben und die Einschnitte im wesentlichen aneinander grenzen und zusammen kleine Verbindungen (7) bilden, die durch Reißen leicht aufgetrennt werden können, wenn entsprechend an der Verschlußklappe (2) gezogen wird, wenn diese den Umschlag verschließt, wobei zu diesem Zweck die Ausrichtung der Einschnitte (5), die in Längsrichtung betroffen sind, von dem gesamten Anbringungsstreifen (9) abgedeckt ist, und der Umschlag einen speziellen Auslöseeinschnitt (8) enthält, der größer ist als die Einschnitte (5) der Vielzahl von Einschnitten (5), wobei:
    der spezielle Auslöseeinschnitt (8) den Klebebereich des Anbringungsstreifens (9) vollständig und in Querrichtung kreuzt und so angeordnet ist, daß er in der gefalteten bzw. verschlossenen Position der Verschlußklappe (2) unter dieser verborgen bleibt, und die Verschlußklappe (2) einen nichtverschlossenen Randabschnitt in der Nähe des speziellen Auslöseeinschnitts (8) aufweist, wobei es der nichtverschlossene Randabschnitt einem Benutzer ermöglicht, die Verschiußklappe an dem Randabschnitt zu ergreifen und den Reißvorgang auszulösen, und der spezielle Auslöseeinschnitt (8) in der Nähe eines Scheitelpunktes (10) der Verschlußklappe (2) angeordnet ist.
  2. Briefumschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnitte (5, 5') eine leicht schräge Anordnung in bezug auf die Ausrichtung selbst einnehmen, d.h., in bezug auf den freien Rand (3) der Verschlußklappe (2), wenn sie geschlossen ist.
  3. Briefumschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zusätzlich zu dem speziellen Auslöseeinschnitt (18) am gegenüberliegenden Ende des Anbringungsstreifens (9) einen zweiten speziellen Einschnitt (8a) aufweist, der dazu dient, einen unbefugten Versuch des Öffnens des Umschlags beim Ziehen am entsprechenden Ende der Verschlußklappe (2) anzuzeigen.
  4. Briefumschlag nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende ein graphisches Element (10a) hergestellt worden ist, das dem Zugpunkt entspricht.
  5. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite spezielle Einschnitt (8a) des Briefumschlags eine zu dem speziellen Auslöseeinschnitt (8) entgegengesetzte Richtung hat.
  6. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Ziehen an dem Ende, das dem zweiten speziellen Einschnitt (8a) entspricht, die Rückseite des Umschlags zwischen der entsprechenden Ausrichtung der Einschnitte (5) und dem freien Rand, der der Öffnung der Rückseite des Umschlags entspricht, unregelmäßig und annähernd quer aufgerissen wird.
  7. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er an der Außenseite seiner Verschlußklappe (2) ein graphisches Element (10 12) enthält, das dem Zugpunkt entspricht, der für das Öffnen des Umschlags vorgesehen ist.
