Claims (14)

  1. Briefumschlag, der einen Körper (1-1') mit einem im allgemeinen rechteckigen Umriß umfaßt, der mit einer Öffnung versehen ist, die mit einem seiner Ränder zusammenfallt und mit einer faltbaren Verschlußklappe (2-2') verschlossen werden kann, die an dem Körper (1-1') mittels eines Klebanbringungsstreifens (9-9') angebracht werden kann, wobei der Umschlag an der Rück- bzw. Hinterseite seines Körpers (1-1') eine Vielzahl von Einschnitten (5-5') enthalt, die parallel und an den freien Rand (3-3') der Verschlußklappe (2-2') angrenzend angeordnet sind, wenn sich die Verschlußklappe in ihrer gefalteten bzw. verschlossenen Position befindet, wobei die Einschnitte in der gefalteten bzw. verschlossenen Position unter der Verschlußklappe verborgen bleiben und die Einschnitte (5-5') im wesentlichen aneinander grenzen und zusammen kleine Verbindungen (7) bilden, die durch Reißen leicht aufgetrennt werden können, wenn entsprechend an der Verschlußklappe (2-2') gezogen wird, wenn diese den Umschlag verschließt, wobei zu diesem Zweck die Ausrichtung der Einschnitte (5-5') den gesamten Anbringungsstreifen (9-9') betrifft, und der Umschlag einen speziellen Auslöseeinschnitt (8-11) enthält, der größer ist als die Einschnitte (5-5') der Vielzahl von Einschnitten (5-5'), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    der spezielle Auslöseeinschnitt (8-11) so angeordnet ist, daß er in der gefalteten bzw. verschlossenen Position der Verschlußklappe (2-2') unter dieser verborgen bleibt, und dadurch, daß die Verschlußklappe (2-2') einen nichtverschlossenen Randabschnitt in der Nähe des speziellen Auslöseeinschnitts (8-11) aufweist, so daß ein Benutzer den Abschnitt ergreifen und den Reißvorgang auslösen kann.
  2. Briefumschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnitte (5, 5') eine leicht schräge Anordnung in bezug auf die Ausrichtung selbst einnehmen, d.h., in bezug auf den freien Rand (3-3') der Verschlußklappe (2-2'), wenn sie geschlossen ist.
  3. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußklappe (2) eine trapezförmige Verschlußklappe (2) ist und der spezielle Auslöseeinschnitt (8) an einem der Enden der Verschlußklappe (2) angeordnet ist.
  4. Briefumschlag nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei der spezielle Auslöseeinschnitt (8) quer und integral den Klebebereich betrifft.
  5. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zusätzlich zu dem speziellen Auslöseeinschnitt (18) am gegenüberliegenden Ende des Anbringungsstreifens (9) einen zweiten speziellen Einschnitt (8a) aufweist, der dazu dient, einen unbefugten Versuch des Öffnens des Umschlags beim Ziehen am entsprechenden Ende der Verschlußklappe (2) anzuzeigen.
  6. Briefumschlag nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende ein graphisches Element (10a) hergestellt worden ist, das dem Zugpunkt entspricht.
  7. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite spezielle Einschnitt (8a) des Briefumschlags eine zu dem speziellen Auslöseeinschnitt (8) entgegengesetzte Richtung hat.
  8. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 5 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Ziehen an dem Ende, das dem zweiten speziellen Einschnitt (8a) entspricht, die Rückseite des Umschlags zwischen der entsprechenden Ausrichtung der Einschnitte (5) und dem freien Rand, der der Öffnung der Rückseite des Umschlags entspricht, unregelmäßig und annähernd quer aufgerissen wird.
  9. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußklappe (2') eine dreieckige Verschlußklappe (2') ist, wobei der spezielle Auslöseeinschnitt (11) an dem freien mittleren Scheitelpunkt der Verschlußklappe (2') angeordnet ist, so daß zwei symmetrische seitliche Aufreißbereiche entstehen.
  10. Briefumschlag nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er neben dem speziellen Auslöseeinschnitt (11) an den gegenüberliegenden Enden der zwei symmetrischen Seitenbereiche des Klebeanbringungsstreifens (9') zwei zweite spezielle Einschnitte (11') aufweist, die dazu dienen, unbefugtes Öffnen des Umschlags beim Ziehen am entsprechenden Ende der Verschlußklappe (2') anzuzeigen.
  11. Briefumschlag nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den gegenüberliegenden Enden graphische Elemente (12') hergestellt worden sind, die den Zugpunkten entsprechen.
  12. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten speziellen Einschnitte (11'), die an den Enden der symmetrischen Seitenbereiche des Anbringungsstreifens (9') vorhanden sind, einander entgegengesetzte Richtungen haben.
  13. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 10 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Ziehen an den Enden, die den zweiten speziellen Schnitten (11') entsprechen, der hintere Abschnitt des Umschlags zwischen der entsprechenden Ausrichtung der Einschnitte (5') und dem freien Rand, der der Öffnung der Rückseite des Umschlags entspricht, unregelmäßig und annähernd quer aufgerissen wird.
  14. Briefumschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er an der Außenseite seiner Verschlußklappe (2 - 2') ein graphisches Element (10 - 12) enthält, das dem Zugpunkt entspricht, der für das Öffnen des Umschlags vorgesehen ist.
