Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'impression d'un tissu en fibres végétales à partir d'une bande de papier transfert(14) portant des colorants et un agent véhiculeur, comportant un tambour chauffant (1) de calandrage et un cylindre presseur (2) entre lesquels une bande de tissu (9) et une bande de papier transfert (14) émis par des rouleaux dévideurs indépendants (5, 7), viennent en contact l'un avec l'autre, ledit tambour chauffant et le cylindre presseur (2) étant logés à l'intérieur d'une même enceinte fermée (3), caractérisé en ce que seule la bande de tissu imprimé (9) reste au contact du tambour chauffant (1) sur au moins la moitié de sa circonférence, et en ce que l'enceinte fermée est balayée par de l'air qui se charge des vapeurs de l'agent véhiculeur, l'air chargé étant envoyé dans une cuve d'eau froide (22).
- Dispositif d'impression selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la bande de tissu (9) passe sur un cylindre d'entrée (10) disposé sensiblement au niveau de la partie supérieure du tambour (1) avant de pénétrer dans l'enceinte (3) et fait retour sur un cylindre de guidage (12) également extérieur à l'enceinte et disposé à proximité du cylindre d'entrée, au-dessus du niveau de la partie inférieure du tambour.
- Dispositif d'impression selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que le papier transfert (14) reste appliqué sur une certaine portion du tambour chauffant (1), au-delà du point (A) de contact avec le tissu, et fait retour sur un rouleau de renvoi (17).
- Dispositif d'impression selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte fermée (3) dispose à sa partie inférieure d'ouvertures (18) d'entrée d'air et à sa partie supérieure d'un tube d'évacuation (19) équipé d'un extracteur (20), aboutissant à la cuve (22).
- Dispositif d'impression selon les revendications 1 et 4 caractérisé en ce que la cuve (22) est alimentée en eau en permanence entre un orifice d'entrée (23) et un orifice de sortie (24).
