Claims (15)
- Carcasse pour transformateur, du genre comportant des plots de bornier (16A, 16B) propres chacun à l'établissement d'une borne de connexion (17A, 17B), avec, en prise avec l'un au moins de ces plots de bornier (16A, 16B), pour la constitution d'une telle borne de connexion (17A, 17B), une cosse (24A, 24B), qui comporte des moyens de raccordement interne (25A, 25B), pour le raccordement d'un fil électrique (12A, 12B) bobiné sur son caniveau (14), et qui associe, d'un seul tenant, à ces moyens de raccordement interne (25A, 25B), des moyens de raccordement externe (26), pour le raccordement direct, par elle-même, d'un conducteur électrique (27A, 27B) propre à la desserte du transformateur (11) correspondant, caractérisée en ce que, en forme générale de U renversé, la cosse (24A, 24B) présente un premier jambage (28), par lequel elle est emmanchée à force dans un logement (29) prévu à cet effet en creux sur le plot de bornier (16A, 16B) qu'elle équipe, à l'arrière de celui-ci, une partie médiane (30), qui s'étend sur ce plot de bornier (16A, 16B), et à la faveur de laquelle interviennent ses moyens de raccordement externe (26), et un deuxième jambage (32), qui est adossé au plot de bornier (16A, 16B), et qui comporte ses moyens de raccordement interne (25A, 25B).
- Carcasse suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de raccordement interne (25A) d'une cosse (24A) sont constitués par un simple picot propre à l'enroulement du fil électrique (12A) à raccorder.
- Carcasse suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de raccordement interne (25B) d'une cosse (24B) sont constitués par un simple crochet propre à un pincement du fil électrique (12B) à raccorder.
- Carcasse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de raccordement externe (26) d'une cosse (24A, 24B) comportent un trou taraudé (36) pour la réception d'une vis (38) propre au serrage du conducteur électrique (27A, 27B) à raccorder.
- Carcasse suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de raccordement externe (26) d'une cosse (24A, 24B) comportent en outre une plaquette de serrage (39).
- Carcasse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de raccordement interne (25A, 25B) d'une cosse (24A, 24B) interviennent à l'extrémité d'un retour (33) de son deuxième jambage (32) globalement dirigé vers l'extérieur.
- Carcasse suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que, s'agissant d'un picot, les moyens de raccordement interne (25A) d'une cosse (24A) s'étendent globalement longitudinalement par rapport à son deuxième jambage (32), en direction de sa partie médiane (30).
- Carcasse suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que, s'agissant d'un crochet, les moyens de raccordement interne (25B) d'une cosse (24B) s'étendent globalement transversalement par rapport à son deuxième jambage (32).
- Carcasse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième jambage (32) d'une cosse (24A, 24B) a globalement une hauteur supérieure à celle de son premier jambage (28).
- Carcasse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que, pour son ancrage dans le logement (29) dans lequel il est emmanché, le premier jambage (28) d'une cosse (24A, 24B) est cranté.
- Carcasse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que, pour l'arc-boutement d'une cosse (24A, 24B) sur le plot de bornier (16A, 16B) qu'elle équipe, il est prévu des moyens d'encliquetage (34, 34') entre son deuxième jambage (32) et ce plot de bornier (16A, 16B).
- Carcasse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que, les plots de bornier (16A, 16B) étant disposés suivant au moins une rangée, en étant séparés deux à deux par des fentes (20), certains au moins d'entre eux sont flanqués latéralement par une cloison (22) qui s'étend jusqu'au fond de la fente (20) correspondante.
- Carcasse suivant la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que, les plots de bornier (16A, 16B) étant disposés suivant deux rangées, qui interviennent chacune respectivement aux extrémités du caniveau (14), seuls les plots de bornier (16A) d'une de ces rangées sont flanqués latéralement par une cloison (22).
- Carcasse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que, les plots de bornier (16A, 16B) étant disposés suivant au moins une rangée, en étant séparés deux à deux par des fentes (20), deux fentes (20) sont jumelées à l'une des extrémités d'une telle rangée.
- Transformateur sur la carcasse (10) duquel sont bobinés au moins deux fils électriques (12A, 12B), caractérisé en ce que la carcasse (10) est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14.
