Description

L'invention concerne un tractopelle perfectionné selon la préambule de la revendication 1.The invention relates to an improved backhoe loader according to the preamble of claim 1.

Un tel tractopelle est connu de DE-A-3 932 555.Such a backhoe loader is known from DE-A-3 932 555.

In known manner, a backhoe loader is a motorized machine, comprising on the one hand, a bucket moved hydraulically and capable load more or less material, in particular of loose material, such as earth, and on the other hand a shovel, positioned at the end of an articulated arm, also mu hydraulically, and intended for digging trenches in particular.

Generally, the bucket is at the front of this type of machine and the shovel at the back.

In order to allow the use of the shovel and the bucket, the seat and the machine controls are subject to rotation of 180 °, depending on whether you want to load soil or materials furniture or digging, especially trenches. In addition, it is often required to carry out the machine itself such a rotation of 180 °, involving numerous maneuvers, especially when evolves in areas of reduced surface, and especially in the streets.

If when these two types of work are well differentiated, especially in time, this kind of backhoe loader gives whole satisfaction, it is not the same since, as may be required for certain works, we wish to dig and the simultaneous removal of the earth, or when the machine must evolve in a reduced space, insufficient to maneuver, and in fact causing consequent loss of time.

The object of the invention overcomes these drawbacks.

L'objet de l'invention est solutionée par les charactéristiques de la revendication 1.The object of the invention is solved by the characteristics of claim 1.

It offers a backhoe loader comprising a bucket and a shovel, said shovel being mounted at the end of an articulated arm, and the bucket and the shovel being driven in particular by hydraulic means, characterized in that the bucket and the shovel are implanted and articulated at the same end of the backhoe loader.

In other words, the invention consists in positioning the bucket and the shovel either at the front of the backhoe loader or at the rear, so to be able to carry out the loading operation almost simultaneously and digging, without changing the driver's position or orientation of the machine, which the backhoe loaders known to date did not allow to get.

According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the shovel can empty the material directly into the bucket, which can then rise to a sufficient height to empty its contents, thereby avoiding rework of said material, and therefore generating an appreciable time saving.

According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, and in the purpose of increasing the amplitude of the bucket travel, the arm actuator of the shovel is mounted on a ring gear or equivalent, vertical axis of rotation integral with the chassis, and on the periphery of which meshes with a pinion actuated by a gear motor. In this way, the shovel can rotate about 250 °, so as to leave the field free when the bucket is actuated.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the base of the arm of the shovel is articulated on the chassis of the machine according to a hinge axis oriented horizontally and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the machine, so as to allow an increase in the tilting of said arm towards the center of the machine by the increased effect of its lifting, and at thus allow, after having folded the shovel to the maximum against his arm actuation, to give the bucket optimum travel.

Advantageously, the heat engine ensuring the progression of the backhoe loader and the hydraulic motor associated with the heat engine, intended to allow the hydraulic activation of the bucket and the shovel, are positioned under or at or above the driver's seat generally behind the control station, so as to free the traditional location of the engine, i.e. at the front of the machine to allow the positioning of pistons, jacks and axes articulation of the bucket and the articulated arm respectively at the end from which the shovel is mounted.

For the same reason, the steering axis of the front steering wheels is laterally off-center.

Advantageously, a drawbar can be reversibly attached to the backhoe loader to allow its movement in towed mode, says drawbar further comprising an articulated connecting rod, the other end of which is intended to be fixed also reversibly in the vicinity of the upper attachment point of the actuating arm lifting cylinder the shovel, so as to induce the lifting of the front wheels of the machine when said cylinder is activated.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the elevation of the wheels front of the machine results from the support exerted by the bucket on said drawbar, a connecting rod being also secured reversibly on the arms of the bucket and on the chassis of the machine, in order to guarantee the fixed maintenance of the coupling according to this position.

The manner in which the invention can be realized and the advantages which will emerge more clearly from the example of embodiment which follows given as an indication and not limiting in support of the appended figures.

Figure 3 is a schematic perspective representation of a another embodiment of the invention.

La figure 4 est une vue schématique en plan, représentative du fonctionnement de l'engin selon la figure 3.Figure 4 is a schematic plan view, representative of the operation of the machine according to FIG. 3.

Figure 5 is a schematic perspective view of another embodiment of the invention.

Figure 6 is a schematic perspective representation of a possibility of coupling the machine according to the invention.

The backhoe loader according to the invention is traditionally moved by two rear wheel drive (1) (but it can just as easily be four wheels (1, 2), or even by means of tracks), and is steered by two front directional wheels (2), whose orientation is ensured by via a steering wheel (3) acting at a directional axis (4), itself intervening at the level of the steering shaft connecting the two front wheels (2).

According to the invention, the heat engine (5) is located under the seat (6) of the driver, and ensures on the one hand, the progression in translation of the backhoe loader, and secondly, the operation of a hydraulic motor intended to allow the operation of the various tools mounted on the backhoe loader.

Advantageously, the backhoe loader comprises in the rear position a three-point hitch, represented by reference (7), at which can be mounted all traditional tools including such a system hitch.

According to the invention, the front part of the backhoe loader has a bucket loader (9), articulated at the end of two arms (10), themselves articulated at their other ends at an articulated axis (11) of the chassis (8). This bucket (9) is moved in an upward and downward trajectory by means of a piston-cylinder assembly (15) also integral with the chassis (8), and acting at the level of a connecting member (23), secured to the two arms (10) in the immediate vicinity of the articulation axis (11) of said arms.

  • un pilier (30) relié au chassis (8) ;
  • une flèche (31) fixée à l'extrémité supérieure du pilier (30) ;
At the same time, the backhoe loader also includes, in the front part, a shovel (12), itself articulated at the end of a folding arm (13), broken down into three parts, namely:
  • a pillar (30) connected to the chassis (8);
  • an arrow (31) fixed to the upper end of the pillar (30);
  • and a pendulum (32), articulated at the other end of the boom (31), and carrying the shovel (12).

Le bras (13) comporte également trois vérins (16, 17, 18), destinés à assurer respectivement, le relevage du pilier (30), du balancier (32) par rapport à la flèche (31), et de la pelle (12) par rapport au balancier (32).The arm (13) also comprises three jacks (16, 17, 18), intended to ensure respectively the lifting of the pillar (30), of the pendulum (32) by relative to the boom (31), and of the shovel (12) relative to the pendulum (32).

Par ailleurs, le bras (13) est susceptible d'un débattement entre les deux bras articulés (10) du godet (9).Furthermore, the arm (13) is susceptible to movement between the two articulated arms (10) of the bucket (9).

In a first embodiment of the invention, for example shown in Figures 1 and 2, the pillar (30) of the articulated arm (13) supporting the shovel (12) is articulated on the chassis (8) relative to an axis of articulation (14) horizontal and extending perpendicularly by relative to the longitudinal axis (26) of the machine. This axis (14) is also positioned upstream of the articulation axis (11) of the arms (10) of the bucket (9), and the location of the jack (15), so as to allow the shovel (12) to directly empty its contents into the bucket (9) if necessary if necessary. In this way, the relative movement of the bucket (9) and the shovel (12) can be done without hindrance or discomfort, allowing work simultaneous of these two tools, and therefore, for certain applications, generate significant time savings, insofar as the driver does not have to perform a whole series of maneuvers to alternately use the bucket, then the shovel.

In order to optimize the travel of the bucket in the plane vertical, the possibility of tilting the pillar (30) of the arm is increased articulated (13) towards the center of the machine, this extreme tilting being obtained by maximum lifting of the corresponding jack (16). We thus results in folding the shovel (12) as far as possible against the arm (13), and thus freeing access for the bucket to optimum vertical travel (figure 5).

According to another embodiment of the invention, and always in order to optimize the vertical clearance of the bucket (12), the pillar (30) and the jack (16) which actuates it are secured at their base to a crown toothed (33) with vertical axis of rotation secured to the chassis (Figure 3), on the periphery of which meshes the pinion (34) of a geared motor (35), advantageously actuated hydraulically. So, and like can be seen in FIG. 4, the arm (13) is capable of rotation, for example close to 250 °, suitable for bringing backwards, that is to say towards the control station, the shovel (12), and thus free the front of the machine to allow work to a maximum amplitude of the bucket (9).

In addition, to free up the space required for travel, part of the articulation and operating arms (10) of the bucket (9) and (13) shovel (12), the steering shaft (19), mechanically or hydraulically connected by means of traditional connecting rods to the universal joints of the steering axis (20) front directional wheels (2), and actuated by the steering wheel (3) is laterally offset, as can be seen in Figure 2.

En outre, ce timon comporte une bielle articulée (24), susceptible de se fixer, également réversiblement au voisinage du point d'attache supérieur du vérin (16) du bras (13).According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, a drawbar (21) can be attached reversibly to the front of the backhoe loader, for example by bolting, or by means of axle - pin assemblies. So known, such a drawbar comprises at its free end a hook (22), likely to be fixed on a tow ball, well known for this application. In addition, this drawbar comprises an articulated connecting rod (24), capable of being fixed, also reversibly in the vicinity of the upper attachment point of the jack (16) of the arm (13).

In this way, once the drawbar (21) in place on the backhoe loader, with the connecting rod (24) also fixed as specified above, and coupled to a tow ball, backhoe loader driver carries end shovel (12) on the drawbar (21), then acting at the level of the jack (16), causes the front steering wheels (2) to rise by reaction. So only the rear wheels carry, and the backhoe can be very easily transported to the workplace.

According to another embodiment of the invention, more particularly described in connection with FIG. 6, the elevation of the wheels front of the machine during its transpor results from the support exerted by the bucket (9) on said drawbar (21), a connecting rod (25) being further secured reversibly on the arms (10) of the bucket (9) and on the chassis (8) of the machine, in order to guarantee that the hitch remains fixed in this position.

Thus, the backhoe loader of the invention provides greater ease of use, due to its structure, particularly in the context of works where one wishes to carry out simultaneously the operations of loading and digging, but also in places where the possibilities of evolution are reduced.
