Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tank system for the preparation of the flush Drilling as part of a drilling rig.
Tank systems of conventional land drilling rigs are known which consist of there are two or more rectangular tanks in which the flushing processed and stored for days. For the storage of the Reserve flushing uses either rectangular tanks or silos. The disadvantage of such tank systems is the fact that the solids, contained in the rinse, in the corners of the rectangular tanks discontinue and therefore before changing the rinse and before Conversions of the drilling rigs need to be cleaned. In addition to the high The time required for this, the sedimentation of the solids leads to the fact that the rinsing is no longer homogeneous to a considerable extent and that the usable tank volume is reduced. The area of application of Rectangular tanks are particularly located where one for drilling rigs Transportability is necessary. Furthermore, the connection of rectangular tanks with each other but complicated and time consuming.
In US document 4,457,627, round tanks are disclosed which are the Serve homogenization of drilling fluid. In the middle part of the round tanks stirring devices are provided which create turbulence in the round tanks should generate to build up deposits on the flat bottom of the tanks prevent.
The round tanks themselves consist of cylindrical bodies with a flat one Floor, with the walls in two opposite sides bevelled lower part of the cylinder and on the sides where the Walls are not beveled, two baffles are arranged to in Interaction with the bevelled walls and the whisk one to achieve controlled circulation.
The invention is therefore based on the object To develop flushing tank system, on the one hand, the aforementioned Disadvantages, such as settling of the solids, high cleaning effort and reduced homogeneity and a reduction in the usable tank volume the flushing, is prevented and on the other hand simple and easy is to be transported.
The object is achieved in that round tanks on container slides are arranged, the upper part is cylindrical and the lower part is conical. By arranging the tanks on Container sled is advantageously achieved that it is just as easy can transport like rectangular tanks according to the prior art. Another advantage of the arrangement of the round tanks is that in the area of the conical part space for high pressure lines, distributors, Pumps (centrifugal pumps, charge pumps, etc.), and valves are available. In addition, another advantage is that the tanks are made of lighter steel can be produced from the same material quality. The tanks are in advantageously self-cleaning, which means that neither shovels nor Hoses and no personnel is required for cleaning work. By tanks designed in this way reduce the cost of flushing since almost the entire capacity of the flushing tanks can be used can. With the advantageous constructive design also short Set-up and dismantling times reached.
The tanks arranged on the container sled are as Shaking sieve tank or designed as a mixing or rinsing mixing tank. The advantage of this arrangement is that, depending on requirements, special requirements fulfilling tanks can be used with little effort and efficiently can.
Agitators are arranged in the tanks. This is advantageous Homogenization of the rinsing liquid has been achieved. Furthermore, a Prevents solids from settling.
Baffles are arranged in the tanks, which are advantageous for better Mix the rinsing liquid.
The tanks are completely closed. Advantageously hereby e.g. a special cover is no longer required for an oil flush required.
Several containers are combined to form a system unit, in particular stacked, arranged and their lines are directly with each other designed to be coupled. The container carriage is thus advantageously achieved with different tanks such as shaking sieve tanks and mixing tanks can be arranged side by side or on top of each other to save space, without complex hose connections between the containers need to install. This can also be used on the flushing tank system additional special containers can be arranged. In such containers facilities such as solids removal equipment, Degasser equipment, agitator motors, electricity and Control units and measuring devices for flushing control are located.
An embodiment is shown in Figures 1 and 2.
