Claims (25)
- Sicherheitsdokument, insbesondere Banknote (1) Ausweiskarte oder dergleichen, mit einem Sicherheitselement (2), welches zur automatischen Echtheitsprüfung des Dokumentes wenigstens teilweise mit einem magnetischen Material (4) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetische Material (4) eine Koerzitivität von 10 bis 250 Oe und eine Remanenz von mehr als 100 nWb/m aufweist.
- Sicherheitsdokument nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetische Material (4) auf einem Träger (3) in dem Sicherheitsdokument vorliegt.
- Sicherheitsdokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetische Material (4) aus Eisen, Nickel oder einer magnetischen Legierung besteht.
- Sicherheitsdokument nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die magnetisierbare Schicht (4) aus wenigstens zwei Einzelschichten aufgebaut ist.
- Sicherheitsdokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetische Material (4) in einer Dicke von 0,05 bis 1 µm vorliegt.
- Sicherheitsdokument nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherheitselement (2) in Form eines Fadens vorliegt.
- Sicherheitsdokument nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherheitselement (2) in Form von Planchetten oder Melierfasern vorliegt.
- Sicherheitsdokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherheitselement Informationen (6) in Positivoder Negativform aufweist.
- Sicherheitsdokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über und/oder unter der magnetischen Beschichtung eine Metallschicht (7 bzw. 5) liegt.
- Sicherheitsdokument nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallschicht (7,5) Aluminium oder ein Cu-Legierung ist.
- Sicherheitselement (2), welches zur automatischen Echtheitsprüfung eines Dokuments (1) wenigstens teilweise mit einem magnetischen Material (4) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetische Material (4) eine Koerzitivität von 10 bis 250 Oe und eine Remanenz von mehr als 100 nWb/m aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sicherheitselements (2), welches aus einer Folie (3) mit magnetischer Beschichtung (4) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßauf einem Substrat (3) zumindest teilweise ein magnetisierbares Material so auf- oder eingebracht wird, daß eine magnetisierbare Schicht (4) entsteht, die eine Koerzitivität von 10 bis 250 Oe und eine Remanenz von mehr als 100 nWb/m aufweist,das Substrat (3) mit der aufgebrachten Schicht (4) in Sicherheitselemente (2) geschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetisierbare Material (4) zunächst auf einen Träger aufgebracht wird und zusammen mit diesem Träger in oder auf das Substrat (3) eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als magnetisierbares Material (4) Eisen, Nickel oder eine magnetische Legierung verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetisierbare Material (4) in einer Dicke von 0,05 bis 1 µm aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetisierbare Material (4) durch Aufdampfen oder Aufdrucken aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetisierbare Material (4) durch das Aufbringen mehrerer Einzelschichten aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetisierbare Material (4) durch Auftragen magnetischer Partikel erfolgt, deren Koerzitivität in einem vorhergehenden Arbeitsgang auf 10 bis 250 Oe festgelegt wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetisierbare Material (4) durch Aufbringen einer Einzelschicht aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über und/oder unter der magnetischen Beschichtung (4) eine Metallschicht (7 bzw. 5) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufbringen des magnetisierbaren Materials (4) durch widerstandsbeheizte Verdampfung, anodische Lichtbogenverdampfung oder Elektronenstrahlverdampfung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Aufbringen der magnetischen Schicht (4) eine Cleartext-Information (6) durch lokales Entfernen einer der Schichten (4,5,7) auf dem Träger (3) eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die magnetische Beschichtung (4) in Form einer Cleartext-Information, z.B. durch Aufdrucken, aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über der Metallschicht (5,7) eine farbige Lackschicht aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sicherheitsdokumentes, insbesondere Banknote (1), Ausweiskarte oder dergleichen, mit einem Sicherheitselement (2), welches aus einer Folie (3) mit magnetischer Beschichtung (4) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßauf einen Substrat (3) zumindest teilweise ein magnetisierbares Material so auf- oder eingebracht wird, daß eine magnetisierbare Schicht (4) entsteht, die eine Koerzitivität von 10 bis 250 Oe und eine Remanenz von mehr als 100 nWb/m aufweist,das Substrat (3) mit der aufgebrachten Schicht in Sicherheitselemente (2) geschnitten wird unddas Sicherheitselement (2) auf bzw. in das Sicherheitsdokument auf- bzw. eingebracht wird.
