Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen pastöser Medien mit einem Zuführanschluß für das aufzubringende, unter Druck zugeführte Medium, und mit einem Vorratsraum, aus dem das Medium durch eine Austrittsdüse aus der Vorrichtung austritt, der -in Materialflußrichtung gesehen- zwischen dem Zuführanschluß (2) und der Austrittsdüse (6) angeordnet ist und dem eine derartig ausgebildete Volumenveränderungseinrichtung (21) zugeordnet ist, daß bei einem Druckanstieg in dem herangeführten Medium eine Volumenvergrößerung und bei einem Druckabfall in dem herangeführten Medium eine Volumenverringerung des Vorratsraums in einer Druckschwankungen in dem herangeführten Medium kompensierenden Weise erfolgt, wobei die Volumenveränderungseinrichtung (21) einen einen Innenwandbereich des Vorratsraums (4) bildenden und unter Wirkung einer Vorspanneinrichtung bei Normaldruck des Mediums in einer Mittellage gehaltenen Verdrängungskörper aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verdrängungskörper als mit einem in einem Zylinder bewegbar angeordneten Kolben (25) verbundene, in den Vorratsraum (4) ragende Nadel (22) ausgebildet ist, daß im Eingangsbereich des Vorratsraums (4) ein Nadelsitz (24) ausgebildet ist und daß der Eingangsbereich durch Anlage der Nadel (22) am Nadelsitz (24) verschließbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspannung durch eine Vorspannfeder (26) aufgebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspannung durch ein Hydraulikmedium aufgebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspannung durch ein Pneumatikmedium aufgebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Zuleitung (30) für das Hydraulikmedium bzw. für das Pneumatikmedium zur Zufuhr zu der dem Vorratsraum (4) abgewandten Seite des Verdrängungskörpers ein Proportionalventil (32) vorgesehen ist.
