Claims (8)
- Mécanisme d'avance pas à pas pour pince d'expansion de chevilles murales et applications analogues, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un corps creux (8) associé à un levier fixe (16) et comportant un axe d'articulation (14) pour un levier mobile (18) supportant par un axe (32) un cliquet (31) poussé par un ressort (34) qui contient ledit cliquet (31) comprenant une traverse (33) engagée entre des dents d'une denture inclinée (29) d'une crémaillère (27), délimitant une seconde denture à dents inclinées (28) pour une autre traverse (36) que supporte un culbuteur (35) sur lequel s'applique un ressort de compression (37) tendant à maintenir ladite traverse (36) du culbuteur entre deux dents (28a), ladite crémaillère (27) étant guidée à l'intérieur du corps (8) et attelée à une chape mobile (23) provoquant l'expansion d'une cheville (1) en coopération avec une chape fixe (13) reliée au corps (8).
- Mécanisme d'avance selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la crémaillère est passée dans un guide (30) du corps (8) pour le guidage d'une de ses extrémités, l'autre extrémité de cette crémaillère étant reliée par un axe (26) à la chape mobile (23) guidée dans des glissières (21, 22, 21a, 22a) formées par les branches latérales (11, 12) de la chape fixe (13).
- Mécanisme d'avance selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la chape fixe (13) est réalisée en métal et est reliée au corps (8) dans des feuillures de celui-ci au moyen de l'axe d'articulation (14) du levier mobile (18) qui commande le cliquet (31) dont la traverse (33) est maintenue en prise avec la denture (29) de la crémaillère (27).
- Mécanisme d'avance selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (37) maintenant la traverse (36) du culbuteur (35) dans une encoche (28) de la crémaillère (27) est disposé entre ledit culbuteur et des butées (38) formées près de l'extrémité de la crémaillère (27) qui supporte un axe (26) assurant sa liaison avec la chape mobile (23).
- Mécanisme d'avance selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la force du ressort (37) agissant sur le culbuteur (35) est choisie pour maintenir une extrémité (35a) de ce culbuteur contre le levier mobile (18) à l'encontre de l'action exercée par un ressort (34) maintenant la traverse (33) du cliquet (31) dans une encoche (29a) de la denture (29) de la crémaillère.
- Mécanisme d'avance selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le culbuteur (35) présente une extrémité postérieure (35b) s'appliquant sur le cliquet (31) pour provoquer le dégagement de la traverse (33) de ce cliquet en même temps que la traverse (36) du culbuteur est dégagée lorsque le levier (18) est pivoté dans le sens pour lequel il fait basculer ledit culbuteur en appui contre son extrémité (35a).
- Mécanisme d'avance selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps (8) est fabriqué en matière moulée tandis que la chape fixe est fabriquée en métal, les leviers fixe (16) et mobile (18) étant pourvus de poignées (17, 19).
- Mécanisme d'avance selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de la chape mobile est limité par la longueur des dentures inclinées (28, 29).
