Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a charging system for covering a Ship hatch or similar loading opening during loading and Unloading process by means of a load suspension device, especially mobile harbor cranes and pallet loaders, battered Pallet containers, the one on the edge of the loading opening attachable loading slot automatically depending on the Position of the pallet container opened and closed can and its upper shaft opening at in the loading shaft or the rainproof pallet container below by one above the pallet container and the Load handler arranged, on the loading bay supporting, umbrella-like shield that can be covered has free passage for the side of the hoist and with the lifting device raised above the height of the loading shaft rests on this.
A generic device for covering ship hatches is in the unpublished German patent application P 44 47 386.6 describes and serves the weather-independent Loading and unloading of ships, especially with palletized ones Charge. When deleting moisture sensitive Shiploads or when loading ships with them Goods are often subject to weather-related delays and with longer ship lay times, which not only the Delay transportation of goods, but also due to high additional mooring fees, make them considerably more expensive. It is therefore various attempts have been made to load and unload even in bad weather, especially heavy rain allow by preventing the water from entering the storage space to penetrate. This was in the generic state of the art by a Guaranteed shaft open on one side, which slips over the loading opening of the ship is placed on the edge and forms a housing on its upper side can be closed by overlapping covers. Through the Pallet containers or bodies attached to the load handler can be the upper one Cover is temporarily pushed aside for the passage of the hoisting ropes without that larger amounts of water can penetrate. The loading slot itself can be used be put on or taken off the existing crane and thus on different ships can be used as long as the dimensions of the Loading slot essentially correspond to the dimensions of the loading openings.
The fact that the two-part overlapping cover of the upper Manually opening the shaft mechanically via the horizontal movement of the Load handler and opened by the load handler itself, there is - especially with longer pendulum lengths of the hoisting ropes - the risk that the Pallet container is set at an angle. This is especially true when loading ships then disadvantageous if the loading process takes place automatically, because of the unintentional inclination of the pallet containers no longer ensures orderly loading is possible.
The object of the present invention is therefore, starting from the above described known charging system to improve this so that regardless of the position of the pallet container during the movement of the load handler detected without contact and depending on this the opening and closing of the cover is controlled. The loading slot to cover the loading opening is intended for a variety different loading opening sizes can be used, d. H. to the Loading hatches of different ships can be adapted.
To solve the problem, the invention proposes that to open and close the loading opening in the lower area the loading slot in its one end position the loading opening closing roller door is provided, the closed Roller door with pallet container located in the loading shaft is arranged below the same that the roller door after cover the upper loading slot opening through the sign into a die Other opening position releasing the loading opening is movable, and that the opening and closing movements of the roller shutter by non-contact detecting the position of the pallet container Are controllable.
In contrast to the known solution, the opening and The load suspension device no longer closes the loading opening or the pallet container itself and mechanically, but contactless and independent. An oblique adjustment of the Pallet containers, even with longer pendulum lengths of the lifting ropes is certainly excluded, so that a trouble-free loading and Unloading becomes possible. The roller door is driven separately move and to the position of the pallet container appropriate position set. Since the roller shutter with the umbrella-like arranged above the pallet container The shield cooperates after the pallet container has been driven in set the opening of the roller shutter in the loading shaft be that initially the shield largely the upper shaft opening closes before the roller door opens the loading opening. On this ensures that the loading hatch is always in front Weather conditions such as snow or rain remain protected and all processes can run automatically.
All of the guides for the roller door are preferably inside out of the loading shaft, so that the loading shaft with roller shutter and drive as a structural unit - transported by crane the loading opening of the ship can be put on.
In one embodiment of the invention it is provided that roller door designed to be deflectable on both sides on endlessly rotating ones Toothed belt is guided, which are parallel to each other on both sides circulate inside the loading shaft via pulleys that the roller door, depending on the control of the direction of movement Timing belts in one or the other of the end positions. The area between the endless toothed belts remains free to handle the cargo.
To ensure the loading bay is as large as possible To be able to set up a number of different sized ships, even then when the loading slot width is smaller than the width of the Loading opening is according to another feature of the invention suggested that the loading bay on a width and Height of the loading opening adjustable base frame arranged is that with a smaller loading slot width than the loading opening width covers the remaining opening gaps. That way you can Roller shutter and shaft each to the dimensions of the Pallet containers are dimensioned while parked due to the adjustable base frame the adaptation to the variable dimensions is made on site. It is in particular the width of the loading opening, for consideration is to be taken while the length of the loading openings is usually can be covered by the hatches provided on the ship.
In one embodiment it is provided that the underframe from horizontal, length-adjustable, at their free ends there are support straps that can be placed on the edge of the loading opening, which roll with one when the support beams extend Interact protective cover (roller blind) for the column. By this solution will be when adjusting the support beams to the width the loading opening automatically, in the manner of an awning, Rain covers unrolled and over the remaining Loading opening pulled so that no water can get into the loading hatch can. This solution is functional and enables one high flexibility of the loading slot according to the invention.
In a variant of the invention it is provided that for a lateral introduction of the pallet container into the loading shaft of the loading shaft is U-shaped in plan view with an open side wall, which can be closed by the roller door moved into its second end position when the loading opening is open.
Loading and unloading of the ship from the shore by side control is often desired. The roll-up door according to the invention, with appropriate lateral guidance, is also able to provide the suitable protective cover for this application, in that the side wall which is open in each case is protected laterally by the roll-up door when the pallet container is inserted into the shaft and covered by the plate at the top, the lower one being simultaneously Loading opening to the hatch is released. The loading opening is thus protected with appropriate control of the roller shutter movement in every position of the pallet container, without mechanical devices coupled to the load handling device or the pallet container having to be provided.
In a further variant, it is also conceivable that the loading shaft on its side opposite the open side wall is also open and this opening through another roller door is lockable. This use case is conceivable if additionally loading and unloading from sea to inland vessels has to be done.
The advantage of the present invention is simple and inexpensive to create facility to cover the Ship hatch to see the no more regarding their Opening or closing movement through the pallet containers or the load suspension device is controlled mechanically, but depending on the non-contact position of the Pallet containers in the loading shaft. The adjustable base enables the loading slot to be adapted to different Loading openings and is therefore on a large number of ships applicable. With appropriate training, this is the side Controlling the loading opening is just as possible as loading through the loading shaft for loading and unloading of seagoing vessels to barges.
