Claims (15)

  1. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine mit einer Feinstbearbeitungsarm-Anordnung (10) zum Reduzieren von Durchmesserunterschieden an ausgewählten Lagerzapfenoberflächen (14) eines Werkstücks (12), das um eine Längsachse (C), an vorgegebenen Stellen vorbei, drehbar ist, wobei die Armanordnung (10) aufweist:
    einen primären Feinschliffarm (22);
    eine Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterunterschieds zum Beaufschlagen der ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) an den vorgegebenen Stellen mit unabhängig veränderbaren Schleifdrücken, wobei die Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds am primären Feinschliffarm (22) angeordnet ist;
    ein primäres Schleifmittel (58, 61) zum Feinschliff der Lageroberflächen (14), welches primäre Schleifmittel (58, 61) mit der Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds zusammenwirkt, um Material von den ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) zu entfernen und deren Durchmesserunterschied zu reduzieren;
    eine Meßvorrichtung (60, 62; 64, 66, 68, 70) zum Messen jeder der ausgewählten Lagerzapfenoberflächen (14) an einer Mehrzahl voneinander beabstandeter Punkte derselben und während der Drehung des Werkstücks (12) zum Erzeugen einer Mehrzahl von Meßsignalen;
    einen mit der Meßvorrichtung (60, 62; 64, 66, 68, 70) elektrisch verbundenen Prozessor (72) zum Empfang der Meßsignale und zum Berechnen der Durchmesser (D1, D2) der ausgewählten Lagerzapfenoberflächen (14) an den beabstandeten Punkten und zum Erzeugen einer Mehrzahl von Ausgangssignalen, welche den Durchmessern (D1, D2) der ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) an den beabstandeten Punkten entsprechen; und
    einen mit dem Prozessor (72) elektrisch verbundenen Vergleicher (74) zum Vergleichen der Ausgangssignale zur Bestimmung des Durchmesserunterschieds an den ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) und zum Steuern des Ausmaßes, mit welchem die ausgewählten Oberflächen (14) durch die Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds mit variablem Schleifdruck beaufschlagt werden, um den Durchmesserunterschied zu korrigieren.
  2. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine zum Reduzieren von Durchmesserunterschieden an ausgewählten Lagerzapfenoberflachen (14) eines Werkstücks (12), welche aufweist: eine Maschinenbasis (80);
    einen primären Feinschliffarm (22), der an der Maschinenbasis (80) befestigbar ist;
    eine Drehvorrichtung (76, 78) zum Drehen des Werkstücks (12) um eine Längsachse (C), um dadurch ein Vorbeidrehen der ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) an vorgegebenen Stellen zu bewirken, welche Drehvorrichtung (76, 78) an der Basis (80) befestigbar ist;
    eine Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds zwecks Beaufschlagung der ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) an den vorgegebenen Stellen mit unabhängig veränderbaren Schleifdrücken, wobei die Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds am primären Feinschliffarm (22) angeordnet ist;
    ein primäres Schleifmittel (58, 61) zum Feinschleifen der ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14), welches Schleifmittel (58, 61) mit der Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds zusammenwirkt, um Material von den ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) zu entfernen und deren Durchmesserunterschied zu reduzieren;
    eine Meßvorrichtung (60, 62; 64, 66, 68, 70) zum Messen jeder der ausgewählten Lagerzapfenoberflächen (14) an einer Mehrzahl voneinander beabstandeter Stellen derselben und während der Drehung des Werkstücks (12), um eine Mehrzahl von Meßsignalen zu erzeugen;
    einen mit der Meßvorrichtung (60, 62; 64, 66, 68, 70) elektrisch verbundenen Prozessor (72) zum Empfang der Meßsignale und zum Berechnen der Durchmesser (D1, D2) der Lageroberflächen (14) an den beabstandeten Punkten und zum Erzeugen einer Mehrzahl von Ausgangssignalen, welche den Durchmessern (D1, D2) der ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) an den beabstandeten Punkten entsprechen; und
    einen mit dem Prozessor (72) elektrisch verbundenen Komparator (74) zum Vergleichen der Ausgangssignale zwecks Bestimmung des Durchmesserunterschieds an den ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) und zum Steuern des Ausmaßes, mit welchem die ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) durch die Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds mit variablem Schleifdruck beaufschlagt werden, um deren Durchmesserunterschied zu korrigieren.
  3. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welcher die Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds eine Mehrzahl von Abstützschuhen (18, 20) aufweist, die am Feinschliffarm (22) befestigbar sind, sowie ein Betätigungsglied (28) zum Beaufschlagen der Abstützschuhe (18, 20) mit einem unabhängigen veränderbaren Druck.
  4. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3, bei welcher das Betätigungsglied (28) aufweist:
    eine zylindrische Ausnehmung (26) im Feinschliffarm (22);
    einen hin- und herbewegbaren Kolben (28), welcher in der zylindrischen Ausnehmung (26) angeordnet ist;
    einen Druckmitteleinlaß (24), welcher im primären Feinschliffarm (22) angeordnet ist;
    eine Druckmittelquelle (54) mit variablem Druck, welche zur Verwendung in Zusammenwirken mit dem primären Feinschliffarm (22) ausgebildet ist,
    wobei die Ausnehmung (26), der Kolben (28), und der Druckmitteleinlaß (24) jeweils mit der Druckmittelquelle (54) variablen Drucks in Druckmittelverbindung stehen, um ein unter Druck stehendes Druckmittel in den Druckmitteleinlaß (24) einzuleiten und die Abstützschuhe (18, 20) mit einem variablen Druck zu beaufschlagen.
  5. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 4, bei welcher die Druckmittelquelle (54) variablen Drucks einen Druckmittelverdichter aufweist.
  6. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, bei welcher das primäre Schleifmittel (58) einen Schleifmitteleinsatz aufweist, der an den Abstützschuhen (18) befestigbar ist.
  7. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher das primäre Schleifmittel (61) ein mit Schleifmittel beschichtetes Band aufweist.
  8. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die Meßvorrichtung ein erstes Paar von Meßgliedern (64, 66) aufweist, die an diametral gegenüberliegenden Stellen in der Nähe der ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) angeordnet sind, sowie ein zweites Paar von Meßgliedern (68, 70), welche an diametral gegenüberliegenden Stellen in der Nähe der ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) angeordnet sind, wobei erstes und zweites Paar von Meßgliedern (64, 66; 68, 70) selektiv voneinander beabstandet und in einer Ebene angeordnet sind, welche senkrecht zur Längs-Drehachse (C) verläuft.
  9. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8, bei welcher das erste und das zweite Paar von Meßgliedern (64, 66; 68, 70) Luftstrahl-Meßglieder sind.
  10. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8, bei welcher das erste und das zweite Paar von Meßgliedern (64, 66; 68, 70) optische Meßglieder sind.
  11. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8, bei welcher das erste und das zweite Paar von Meßgliedern (64, 66; 68, 70) elektromechanische Meßglieder sind.
  12. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    bei welcher ein sekundärer Feinschliffarm (21) mit einem einheitlichen Abstützschuh (18) unterhalb und direkt gegenüber dem primären Feinschliffarm (22) anordenbar ist; und
    ein sekundäres Schleifmittel (58) zum Feinschleifen der Lageroberflächen (14) vorgesehen ist, welches sekundäre Schleifmittel (58) am sekundären Feinschliffarm (22) angeordnet und zum Zusammenwirken mit der Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds ausgebildet ist.
  13. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 12, bei welcher das sekundäre Schleifmittel einen Schleifmitteleinsatz (58) aufweist, der an dem einheitlichen Abstützschuh (18) befestigbar ist.
  14. Feinstbearbeitungsmaschine nach Anspruch 12, bei welcher das sekundäre Schleifmittel ein mit Schleifmittel beschichtetes Band (61) aufweist.
  15. Verfahren zum Reduzieren eines Durchmesserunterschieds an ausgewählten Lagerzapfenoberflächen (14) eines Werkstücks (12), welches, an vorgegebenen Stellen vorbei, um eine Längsachse (C) gedreht wird, mit folgenden Schritten:
    Ein Feinschliffarm (21, 22) wird vorgesehen, an welchem Schleifmittel (58, 61) zum Feinschleifen ausgewählter Lagerzapfenoberflächen (14) angeordnet sind;
    es werden Meßmittel (60, 62; 64, 66, 68, 70) vorgesehen, die am Feinschliffarm (21, 22) angeordnet sind;
    die ausgewählten Lagerzapfenoberflächen (14) werden während der Drehung des Werkstücks (12) an einer Vielzahl voneinander beabstandeter Stellen derselben gemessen;
    entsprechend den Messungen an der Lagerzapfenoberfläche wird eine Mehrzahl von Meßsignalen erzeugt;
    die Meßsignale werden analysiert, und die Durchmesser (D1, D2) der ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) an den beabstandeten Punkten werden berechnet;
    eine Mehrzahl von Ausgangssignalen entsprechend den Durchmessern (D1, D2) der ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) an den beabstandeten Punkten wird erzeugt;
    eine Vergleichsvorrichtung (74) wird vorgesehen zum Vergleich der Ausgangssignale zwecks Bestimmung des Durchmesserunterschieds an den ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14), und entsprechende Steuersignale werden erzeugt;
    eine Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds wird vorgesehen, welche in elektrischer Verbindung mit der Vergleichsvorrichtung steht, um die Steuersignale zu empfangen, wobei die Vorrichtung (16, 54) zur Korrektur eines Durchmesserunterschieds auf dem Feinschliffarm (21, 22) angeordnet ist; und
    die ausgewählten Lageroberflächen (14) werden mit einem variablen Schleifdruck entsprechend den Steuersignalen beaufschlagt, um den Durchmesserunterschied zu korrigieren.
