Schneidvorrichtung für Lebensmittelprodukte (6), insbesondere für Käse, mit einem entlang einer in einem Rahmen (7) gehaltenen Führung (4) beweglichen Schneidmesser (1) und Vorschubmitteln (8) zur Erzeugung einer im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Schneidebene gerichteten Relativbewegung zwischen dem Rahmen (7) und einer Schneidgutauflagefläche (5),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die fest mit dem Schneidmesser (1) verbundene Führung (4) im Rahmen (7) um eine parallel zur Schneidebene und parallel zur Schneidgutauflagefläche (5) verlaufende Achse (A) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
