Description
- la cuve est portée par un élément de liaison interposé entre la cuve et le châssis et adapté pour autoriser la rotation de la cuve par rapport au châssis autour de son axe,
- la cuve est entraínée en rotation par des moyens d'entraínement en rotation,
- le couvercle et les outils de mélange qu'il porte sont montés fixes sur le châssis.

Claims (10)
- Mélangeur comportant une cuve conique (1) d'axe sensiblement vertical (20), fermée dans sa partie supérieure par un couvercle (2) et présentant à sa partie inférieure une trappe de vidange (3), le couvercle (2) portant au moins une vis de mélange (4) et un premier motoréducteur (5), pour entraíner en rotation axiale ladite au moins une vis de mélange (4), le mélangeur comportant en outre un châssis (6) associé à un support (7), caractérisé en ce que :la cuve (1) est portée par un élément de liaison (10) interposé entre la cuve (1) et le châssis (6) et adapté pour autoriser la rotation de la cuve (1) par rapport au châssis (6) autour de son axe (20),la cuve (1) est adaptée à être entraínée en rotation par des moyens d'entraínement en rotation (8, 9, 11),le couvercle (2) et ladite au moins une vis de mélange (4) qu'il porte sont montés fixes sur le châssis (6).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (10) comprend une couronne (8) à billes fixée sur la cuve (1) selon un plan généralement perpendiculaire à l'axe (20) de la cuve (1), portée par un chemin de roulement (10b) horizontal solidaire du châssis (6) et sur lequel viennent porter des billes (10a) de la couronne (8) à billes.
- Mélangeur selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement en rotation (8, 9, 11) comprennent une couronne dentée (8) à billes solidaire de la cuve conique (1), et un second élément (9) solidaire du châssis (6) et entraíné en rotation.
- Mélangeur selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que la couronne dentée (8) à billes est une couronne dentée à billes agissant à la fois comme élément de liaison et comme moyen d'entraínement en rotation.
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le second élément (9) comprend au moins une roue dentée et/ou au moins un pignon ayant un axe de rotation (16) parallèle à l'axe (20) de la cuve (1).
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le second élément (9) est entraíné en rotation par un deuxième motoréducteur (11) fixé sur le châssis (6) ou le support (7) du mélangeur.
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que la trappe de vidange (3) est obturée par une vanne à guillotine (14).
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend entre la base de la cuve (1) et la vanne à guillotine (14) des moyens d'étanchéité constitués notamment par un joint (19) inséré entre le corps (21) de la vanne à guillotine (14) et une bride tournante (15) solidaire de la cuve (1), la bride tournante (15) portant verticalement la partie centrale (24) du corps (21) de vanne par l'intermédiaire d'une couronne (22) de matériau antiadhésif ou d'une couronne à billes (23), la partie déportée (25) du corps (21) de vanne étant fixée au support (7) du mélangeur.
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un joint d'étanchéité (13) disposé entre la cuve (1) conique rotative et le couvercle (2) fixe tout le long de la circonférence supérieure de la cuve 1 conique.
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (2) porte au moins une première vis de mélange (4) entraínée en rotation axiale, orientée tangentiellement à une génératrice de la paroi de cuve (1) pour rester en permanence à proximité de la face intérieure de cuve (1), une seconde vis de mélange (104) entraínée en rotation axiale et orientée obliquement et plus écartée de la paroi de cuvé (1), et un outil émotteur-disperseur (204) orienté verticalement selon l'axe (20) de cuve (1).
