Description
- en réalisant le joint diaphragme en toute matière adaptée, avec toutes formes et dimensions extérieures en relation avec la sortie d'air du ventilateur ;
- en modifiant la forme de l'ouverture calibrée du joint diaphragme, cette ouverture pouvant être carrée, rectangulaire, ronde, etc ;
- en remplaçant l'ouverture calibrée unique de ce joint diaphragme par deux ou plusieurs ouvertures, selon toute disposition adaptée ;
- en plaçant ledit joint diaphragme à l'entrée de tout conduit d'air alimentant le ou les brûleurs, quelles qu'en soient la désignation, la configuration et les dimensions ;
- en associant le dispositif d'injection d'air selon l'invention à des brûleurs à air soufflé en nombre quelconque, et montés suivant toutes dispositions ;
- en destinant ce dispositif à tous appareils, machines ou installations pourvus d'au moins un brûleur à gaz, à air soufflé, qu'il s'agisse d'appareils de cuisson à gaz, de chaudières à gaz ou analogues.
Claims (4)
- Utilisation, pour le nettoyage permanent de la turbine (5) d'un ventilateur (3), d'un dispositif d'injection d'air pour brûleur à gaz à air soufflé, comprenant le ventilateur (3) dont l'orifice de sortie d'air (25) est raccordé à une entrée d'air (27) d'un conduit (7) appartenant à un circuit (6) menant à au moins un brûleur à gaz (2), entre la sortie d'air (25) du ventilateur (3) et l'entrée d'air (27) dudit conduit (7) étant interposé un joint diaphragme (29) de faible épaisseur, en matériau isolant thermique relativement rigide, dont la région centrale est percée d'au moins une ouverture calibrée (31) laissant le passage au débit d'air soufflé (D1) à diriger par le circuit précité (6) vers le ou les brûleurs (2), tandis que tout autour de sa ou ses ouvertures (31), le joint diaphragme (29) présente une surface pleine (33) renvoyant une partie du débit d'air (D2) vers le ventilateur (3), de manière à assurer le nettoyage permanent de la turbine (5) du ventilateur (3), tout en refroidissant les composants environnants (22,23,24).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif d'injection d'air selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le joint diaphragme (29) est inséré, par sa périphérie, entre une première bride (26) délimitant l'orifice de sortie d'air (25) du ventilateur (3), et une seconde bride (28) délimitant l'entrée d'air (27) du conduit précité (7).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif d'injection d'air selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le joint diaphragme (29) possède une forme extérieure sensiblement rectangulaire, et est inséré entre une première bride (26) sensiblement rectangulaire délimitant l'orifice de sortie (25) du ventilateur (3), et une seconde bride (28) sensiblement rectangulaire délimitant l'entrée d'air latérale (27) d'une nourrice (7) constituant le point de départ du circuit (6) menant à au moins un brûleur (2).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif d'injection d'air selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par son application à un appareil de cuisson à gaz, tel que friteuse.
