Claims (3)

  1. Un joint d'angle pour cadres de porte ou de fenêtre à ouverture oscillo-battante en métal, consistant en un corps externe (4) qui est en substance conformé à angle droit, ayant une cavité interne à l'intérieur de laquelle coulisse une tringle de commande flexible (8), destinée à servir d'élément de transmission entre un montant vertical (11) et une traverse haute (12) d'un châssis mobile, des mouvements transmis par une poignée (14) à des tiges de manoeuvre verticales (13) qui coulissent dans un guide placé le long du montant (11); l'extrémité inférieure du joint d'angle (1), placée sur le montant (11), ayant une pièce de liaison ou bloc (2) qui est solidaire de la tringle de commande flexible (8), ayant une saillie (9) permettant à un côté de ladite pièce de liaison ou bloc (2) d'être introduit dans ledit guide et ayant une goupille de liaison (X), orientée vers l'intérieur du châssis mobile, destinée à venir s'introduire dans un logement correspondant réalisé dans la tige de manoeuvre verticale (13) sous-jacente; ladite pièce de liaison ou bloc (2), avec ladite tige de manoeuvre verticale (13), pouvant se déplacer entre deux configurations extrêmes: ouverte (I) et fermée (II), dans lesquelles la pièce de liaison ou bloc (2) est respectivement à une distance maximale et minimale du corps externe (4) et correspondant à l'ouverture et à la fermeture respective de la porte ou de la fenêtre, le joint d'angle étant caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure du corps externe (4) présente une section en saillie (6) orientée vers le bas et saillant à l'extérieur d'une valeur en substance égale mais légèrement supérieure à la hauteur correspondante d'une section de joint (7) de ladite pièce de liaison ou bloc (2), de sorte qu'elle repose sur la section de joint (7) dans la configuration fermée (II) et ne repose pas sur ladite section de joint dans la configuration ouverte (I), la pièce de liaison ou bloc (2) ayant un cliquet d'arrêt (3), orienté vers l'extérieur, pour un blocage intermédiaire, de sorte que le joint (1) puisse être positionné dans au moins ladite configuration ouverte (I) correspondant à la condition d'ouverture de la porte ou de la fenêtre, dans laquelle la pièce de liaison ou bloc (2) peut être tournée autour d'un axe parallèle au montant (11) , et ladite configuration fermée (II) correspondant à la condition de fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre, dans laquelle le cliquet d'arrêt (3) interagit avec un élément de contraste (5) pour établir ledit blocage intermédiaire, l'action réciproque de la section en saillie (6) avec la section de joint (7), placées l'une au-dessus de l'autre, empêchant la flexion-rotation de la tringle de commande (8) dans la configuration fermée (II).
  2. Joint d'angle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de la section en saillie (6) présente une indentation ou encoche (10) qui, dans la configuration ouverte, est destinée à permettre l'accès à la tringle (8) pour l'assemblage et/ou désassemblage de la tringle (8) à l'intérieur du corps externe (4).
  3. Joint d'angle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la section en saillie (6) présente en coupe transversale une forme en substance en "C", de manière à renforcer la section en saillie et définir un guide pour le bloc (2) de chaque côté.
