Definitions
- the invention relates to a projector lamp according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- secondary lighting systems can refer to and which are based on a Light source in a luminaire with the light outlet opening pointing upwards use whose emitted light means a reflector unit in a large number of partial beams is broken down, which are to be illuminated Are directed.
- Such a lighting device is such.
- a major advantage of this known lighting arrangement consists in the fact that the reflector unit here consists of a Variety of, essentially arranged in a grid individually adjustable reflectors, which is a viewer as a variety of individual, non-dazzling small illuminated areas appear, whereby by the adjustability of the reflectors for this known lighting arrangement a variety of use cases to solve different Lighting tasks is given.
- Such secondary lighting systems is a street lamp with a from AT-B-386 670 vertical lamp mast and one in the area of the mast tip arranged reflector system known. Below this reflector system is a light source - spatially completely separately - at a predetermined distance on the lamp pole arranged and designed as a launcher unit, the Light reflected from the reflector system and down on the usable area is distributed.
- This example also exists the possibility, preferably the reflector system, that especially from convex hinged on the lamp pole Individual mirrors exist on certain lighting tasks adjust.
- the invention is based on the consideration of the advantages of a such secondary lighting system for the interior consistently to use, that is, such a lighting system To design that it is flexible to solve different Lighting tasks, adapted to the cut and intended Use of a room that can be used.
- a spatial separation from a ceiling to be installed Main reflector, preferably in individually adjustable Partial reflectors is divided, and then to be placed near the ground Projector light provided.
- a spot lamp with an upper part designed as a lamp holder part and one connected to it pivotably, designed as a fastening part Lower part known.
- Upper and lower parts have at least areas of equal elliptical cross-section and are inclined to the main axis of the lamp Level swiveling to each other. Because of the elliptical cross sections of the luminaire parts are facing each other End faces of the upper and lower part essentially circular areas so that they have the same contour in every swivel position match each other.
- the aforementioned lights have the disadvantage that they have a fixed light emission characteristic and in particular the beam angle of the lamp does not change can be.
- This solution has the advantage of being considered a room furniture and the use of space, but also in terms of to lighting requirements such as a piece of furniture as a free-standing luminaire or integrated in the furniture is to be used.
- this power line through the floor in the then stationary projector lamp firmly connected to the floor introduce.
- the light head of the projector lamp is opposite the fixed lower part pivoted so that the the projector lamp in the form of a beam of light to be bundled Light in a wide area on the main reflector is to be aligned.
- the chosen one also corresponds to this purpose Housing shape of the projector lamp, in which independently of the Swivel angle between lower part and light head the lamp even for a viewer in a closed design appears that by the function mentioned in their Appearance is not affected. Furthermore enables the basis of the structure of the projector lamp Construction principle consisting of a modular structure of the lamp from a housing, one in the lower part of the housing housed floor unit, which is also the power supply the lamp includes and one in the pivotable top The light fixture can be inserted into the light and locks into one Lamp change is removable from the lamp housing.
- Figure 1 is an office space with a workplace shown, to the side of it is a projector light 1 placed on the room floor. This gives light in a relative way narrow light beam through a light exit opening 101 the projector light 1 upwards against the ceiling from.
- a main reflector 2 is arranged near the ceiling. In this exemplary embodiment, this consists of partial reflectors, who plan individually around the two axes of their Base surfaces are rotatable or tiltable, depending on areas specifically defined in the usage plane according to the application to illuminate accordingly.
- FIG 2 is a section through the projector lamp 1 of basic structure of this lamp shown.
- the projector lamp 1 has a lamp housing 3, which is along one under Cutting plane 45 ° across the longitudinal axis of the lamp is divided into a lower part 31 and an upper part 32.
- Lower and Upper part 31 and 32 are pivotable with one another Swivel bearing 33 connected.
- In the lower part 31 is a floor unit 4 of the projector lamp 1 arranged on the one hand for fastening serves the lamp on a room floor and on the other hand Devices for powering the projector lamp 1 receives.
- the upper part 32 of the projector lamp 1 is a light head 5 arranged, the sockets for a light source as well a reflector assembly for directing that from the light source radiated light includes.
- the light outlet opening pointing upwards 101 of the projector lamp 1 is through a translucent cover 6 completed. Details of the constructive design of this lamp structure are in following explained with reference to the other figures.
- each Extruded profile 310 has inwardly directed groove-shaped approaches on. At the outer edges, these approaches are as Centering surfaces 320 formed for the two profile parts. Further, groove-shaped lying adjacent to these surfaces Lugs 330 are used to attach screws for mounting brackets 34 record with which, among other things, the two Extruded profiles 310 of the lamp housing 3 connected to one another, but also light head 5 or base unit 4 in the housing 3 can be set. More details are given below explained.
- the elliptical contour illustrates in connection with FIG of the lamp housing 3 that a at 45 ° transversely to the longitudinal axis of the lamp laid section through the lamp housing 3 in Circumference gives a circular shape. That is, the lamp housing 3 in the swivel plane between lower part 31 and upper part 32 in Cross-section forms a circle, from which it follows that the contours of these two lamp parts regardless of one set Swivel angle always match, so thus the projector lamp 1 itself in every swiveled position appears as a closed spatial form.
- FIG. 4 and 5 is now in a side view and in a top view of the base unit 4 of the projector lamp shown in more detail.
- This includes a support frame with three fastening feet 41 arranged in a triangle, one below the other via connection bracket 42 and a support plate 44 are set in this triangular shape.
- the lower ends the mounting feet 41 are angled outwards and point each have a through hole 43 through which the base unit 4 to be fixed to a room floor using screws and dowels is.
- This is formed by the mounting feet 41
- Support frame of the floor unit 4 takes the electrical equipment to operate the projector lamp 1.
- In this example is an encapsulated, mounted on the support plate 44
- Electronic ballast 45 is provided.
- 4 5 is not shown, preferably from below the room floor supplied power cord that for strain relief in a clamp 46 is to be determined and its veins to one Line clamp 47 can be connected.
- a support plate or cover plate 48 is U-shaped in cross section compared to this support frame rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the lamp established. As the side view of Figure 4 shows has this support plate 48 at their angled upwards Side faces triangular incisions 481, in which at Put the housing 3 described in connection with Figure 3 Mounting bracket 34, as counterparts, such incisions having, can be snapped into place. To make this clear are such mounting brackets 34 in dash-dotted lines in Figure 4 Lines indicated.
- the support plate 48 clearly defined on the housing 3 after the luminaire has been installed, in addition, however, the rotatable storage offers the support plate 48 with respect to the support frame of the floor unit 4 a possibility, the housing 3 together with the support plate 48 opposite the floor unit attached to the floor 4 align by a rotary movement.
- a socket part 484 Plug connection is arranged pointing upwards.
- this socket part 484 is one in detail for the sake of Overview, not shown line connection between the electronic ballast 45 and the light source in Led light head 5, as will be explained.
- FIG 6 and Figure 7 is a side view of the Light head 5 of the projector lamp 1 shown in more detail.
- Part of a frame for the light head 5 form two each other diametrically opposed support bracket 51, the upper ends are angled inwards and a support surface 510 for that closes the light exit opening 101 of the projector lamp 1
- Form cover plate 6 by means of fastening screws 61 the support bracket 51 on these contact surfaces 510 is set.
- a bearing angle 52 is set, the top on the inside is cranked, this cranked end as a bearing surface for a rotationally symmetrical reflector 53 Thrower light 1 is used, the rest of the bottom part of this Reflector 53 supported by a pair of support brackets 54.
- angled support plate 55 on the support bracket 51 in one limited area parallel to the lamp's longitudinal axis, d. H. in order to also slidably fixed along the support bracket 51.
- This carrier plate has one in the center from the drawing plane protruding projection 550 on the first lamp socket 56 for a base on both sides, not shown here Lamp carries.
- a second lamp socket 56 ' is coaxial arranged above it, which in turn via a bracket 57 with two parallel to each other and to the lamp's longitudinal axis lying supports 571 is fixed. These supports 571 lead through the reflector 53 and are at the lower end each fixed to the carrier plate 55 via insulating bodies 572, because they also serve to return current.
- the arrangement described is displaceable along the support bracket 51 arranged carrier plate 55, which in particular carries both lamp holders 56, 56 ', has the meaning of one in these sockets used together with a lamp in the Main reflector 53 arranged auxiliary reflector arrangement 530 along the axis of the main reflector 53 as a modular Unit to be able to move the radiation pattern the projector lamp, d. H. whose beam angle depending to be able to adjust according to the application.
- Carrier plate 55 has a stop surface 551 which, as in FIG. 2 is shown, cooperates with an adjusting device.
- an adjusting bolt 38 mounted on his inner end carries an impeller 39, the circumference of each other staggered wings to different radial distance have the adjusting bolt 38.
- the adjustment bolt 38 By turning the adjustment bolt 38 is thus the stop surface 551 in the axial direction the projector lamp 1 can be deflected. This has a corresponding effect axial positioning of the carrier plate 55 and thus also of the light spot in the lamp sockets 56 and 56 'inserted lamp.
- This adjustment device is for clarification also shown in the section of Figure 3.
- the socket part 484 of the floor unit 4 a plug part corresponds to this - schematically in FIG. 2 shown - on the associated with the lower part 31 of the lamp housing
- Lower part of the pivot bearing 33 is arranged. on the other hand in turn carries the upper part of the pivot bearing 33 a socket part that with the plug part 58 of the light head 5 interacts. It is schematic for clarification a line connection between the two the pivot bearing 33 assigned plug-in halves of the plug connections in FIG. 2 indicated.
- This cable routing makes it possible to mount the Luminaire by placing the lower part 31 of the luminaire housing 3 to the base unit 4 an electrically secure connection produce that by inserting the light head 5 into the Upper part 32 of the lamp housing 3 is completed.
- This routing is not just for easy Assembly convenient, but especially reliable. If you pull the light head 5, for example a lamp change, from the housing, so this line connection automatically separated, the light head 5 is so de-energized and a lamp change can be made safely become.
