Abstract

Eine derartige an- und abstellbar bezüglich dem Plattenzylinder gelagerte Einrichtung, welche aus mehreren nebeneinanderliegenden und drehbar auf einer gemeinsamen Achse aufgezogenen einzelnen Andruckrollen besteht, ist aus der DE 4 214 207 C1 bekannt. Dieser Andrückrolle ist parallel zu deren Achse eine Abkantleiste zugeordnet. Mit diesem Werkzeug lassen sich Registerkorrekturen in Umfangs- und Seitenrichtung durchführen. Dieses Werkzeug wirkt dabei mit einer dem Druckende zugeordneten Spannschiene zusammen, welche aus einzelnen nebeneinanderliegenden Abschnitten gefertigt ist, so daß die einzelnen Elemente weiter auseinander bzw. enger zusammen gerückt werden können. Die zuvorstehend beschriebenen Stauch- bzw. Durch Gewinde in der Traverse 4 sind zwei Spannschrauben 6 hindurchgedreht, deren Enden sich jeweils auf der Achse 3 abstützen, wobei hier die benachbarten Andrückrollen 2 einen entsprechenden Zwischenraum freigeben. In der dargestellten Situation gemäß Fig. 1 wurde die Achse 3 der Andrückrollen 2 durch die beiden Spannschrauben 6 derartig zum Formzylinder 1 hin vorgebogen (im nicht dargestellten abgestellten Zustand der Andrückrollen 2 gegenüber dem Formzylinder 1), so daß sich im angestellten Zustand der Andrückrollen 2 eine entsprechende Verbiegung der Traverse vom Formzylinder 1 weg ergibt.Two clamping screws 6 are screwed through the thread in the crossmember 4, the ends of which are each supported on the axis 3, with the adjacent pressure rollers 2 clearing a corresponding space here. Die einzelnen Andrückrollen 2 werden somit an der Berührlinie zum Formzylinder 1 hin mit unterschiedlichen Kräften angestellt, so daß sich entsprechend auch unterschiedliche Eindrückungen in dem elastischen Außenmaterial ergeben. Durch diese unterschiedlichen Abwicklungsverhältnisse ergeben sich in Achsrichtung des Formzylinders 1 nach außen wirkende Streckkräfte, so daß die oberhalb des Formzylinders 1 in der Fig. 1 dargestellte Druckplatte 8 an ihrem Druckende DE gestreckt wird. Der Druckanfang der Druckplatte 8 ist dabei mit DA gekennzeichnet. Die Druckende-Kante der Druckplatte 8 weist durch die derartig aufgeprägte Breitstreckwirkung ferner noch einen kovexen Verlauf auf. In der Darstellung gemäß Fig. 2 ist angedeutet, daß hier über die Spannschrauben 6 der Achse 3 der Andrückrollen 2 nahezu keine Vorspannung aufgeprägt wurde. Dadurch gibt sich durch Anstellen der Andrückrollen 2 und der Verbiegung der Achse 3 durch die an beiden Formataußenbereichen einwirkenden und hier nicht dargestellten Krafteinleitungen (Pneumatikzylinder) zum Anstellen der Andrückrollen 2, daß der Liniendruck 7 über die Formatbreite des Formzylinders 1 einen konkaven Verlauf aufweist. Die Andruckkräfte die an den Formatgrenzen liegenden Andrückrollen ist somit größer als in den Bereichen der Formatmitte. Ein derartiger konkaver Verlauf des Liniendruckes 7 führt in Verbindung mit dem bereits erwähnten elastischen Verformen des Materials der Andrückrollen 2 in Verbindung mit der dadurch hervorgerufenen unterschiedlichen Abwicklung zu Kräften, welche die Druckplatte 8 zum Druckende DE hin zusammenzustauchen versuchen. Gemäß Fig. 2 weist eine derartig aufgezogene Druckplatte 8 eine Druckendekante auf, die kürzer ist als die Kante am Druckanfang DA. Die einzelnen Andrückrollen 2 erfahren aim Kontaktbereich zum Formzylinder 1 eine gleichmäßige Einrückung, so daß über deren Breite ebenfalls eine gleichbleibende Abwicklung herrscht. Claims (5)

Verfahren zum Aufziehen flexibler Druckformen auf den Formzylinder einer Bogendruckmaschine, insbesondere zum Aufziehen von Druckplatten auf dem Plattenzylinder einer Offsetdruckmaschine, bei welchem über die Formatbreite des Formzylinders sich erstreckende und mit einem elastisch verformbaren Außenmantel versehene Andrückrollen an diesen angestellt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Andrückkraft, mit der die Andrückrollen (2) an den Formzylinder (1) angestellt werden, über dessen Formatbreite unterschiedlich ist.
