Abstract

Solche Einbauteile-Garnituren sind in unterschiedlichen Ausführungsformen bereits bekannt. Je nach Einsatz- und Verwendungszweck werden die Durchflußmengen-Regler in Auslaufmundstücken mit Strahlreglern kombiniert. Dabei werden die einzelnen Einbauteile in Durchströmrichtung der Einbau-Garnitur aufeinander aufgesetzt, was jedoch eine entsprechend große Baulänge nach sich zieht. Auch ist die Abdichtung zwischen den einzeln aufeinander aufliegenden Einbauteilen ein Problem. Zudem besteht bei und nach der Montage und dem Bestücken des Auslaufmundstückes die Gefahr, daß die im Mundstück lose aneinander gehaltenen Einbauteile herausfallen. Dies ist auch für eine automatische Fertigung, Zusammenstellung und Verpackung einer solchen, in einem Auslaufmundstück befindlichen Einbauteile-Garnitur nachteilig.Such fittings sets are already known in different embodiments. Durch die lösbare Verbindung zwischen dem Durchflußmengenregler einerseits und dem Vorsatzsieb andererseits wird die Handhabung während und nach der Montage sowie dem Bestücken des Auslaufmundstückes wesentlich erleichert, da diese Einbauteile sich nicht ohne weiteres voneinander lösen und herausfallen können. Durch die lose Verbindung der Einbauteile liegen diese dicht aneinander an, wodurch sich gleichzeitig eine vergleichsweise geringe Baulänge erreichen läßt. Da die an den Anbauteilen vorgesehenen Anschlußmittel bei dieser weiterbildenden Ausführungsform miteinander kompatibel sind, kann die erfindungsgemäße Einbauteile-Garnitur je nach Anforderung aus den einzelnen Einbauteilen in der gewünschten Kombination zusammengesetzt werden. Vorteilhaft ist dabei auch, daß nur ein Vorsatzsieb erforderlich ist, das wahlweise mit dem Strahlregler oder mit dem Durchflußmengenregler verbindbar ist. Die Zusammenstellung der Einbauteile zu einer Garnitur oder einer Baueinheit kann entsprechend den jeweiligen Anforderungen vorgenommen werden. Um Fehlmontagen entgegenzuwirken ist es jedoch auch möglich, die Einbauteile 3, 4, 5 so auszugestalten, daß die zwischen dem Strahlregler 3 und dem Durchflußmengenregler 4 vorgesehenen Anschlußmittel 6 einerseits und die zwischen dem Durchflußmengenregler 4 sowie dem Vorsatzsieb 5 angeordneten Anschlußmittel 6 andererseits nicht miteinander kompatibel sind. Wie gut in Fig. 1 und auch in Fig. 4 und 6 erkennbar, sind die Anschlußmittel der Einbauteile durch Rastverbindungen gebildet. Die Einbauteile können dadurch aufeinandergesetzt und durch Druckbeaufschlagung zusammengeklippst werden. Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind bei den Anschlußverbindungen als Anschlußmittel 6 umlaufende Ringswülste mit Hinterschneidungen vorgesehen.
Figur 4 zeigt an dem Durchflußmengenregler 4 zuströmseitig eine radial nach außen weisende Ringswulst 7 mit einer sich in axialer Richtung daran anschließenden Hinterschneidung 9. Dadurch ist die Anschlußverbindung für das dort anbringbare Vorsatzsieb 5 geschaffen. Dieses Vorsatzsieb hat eine entsprechend komplementäre Anschlußverbindung, wobei das Vorsatzsieb 5 innenseitig an einem umlaufenden Rand 13 (vgl. Fig. 6) eine nach innen weisende Ringwulst 11 mit sich daran anschließender Hinterschneidung 12 aufweist. Die Ringwülste sind gerundet ausgebildet oder haben an ihren äußeren Enden Anfasungen, so daß Auflaufschrägen gebildet sind, die das Zusammemklippsen der miteinander zu verbindenden Einbauteile erleichtert.
Die Anschlußmittel zwischen Durchflußmengenregler 4 und Strahlregler 3 sind ähnlich ausgebildet, wobei der Durchflußmengenregler an seinem abströmseitigen Ende eine nach innen weisende Ringwulst 8 und eine sich daran anschließenden Hinterschneidung 10 aufweist. Dazu komplementär weist der Strahlregler 3 an einem umlaufenden Ringsteg 14 einen nach außen weisende Ringwulst 15 mit sich daran anschließender Hinterschneidung 16 auf.
Durch die gleiche bzw. komplementäre Ausbildung der Anschlußmittel besteht die Möglichkeit, das Vorsatzsieb 5 entweder auf dem Durchflußmengenregler 4 oder direkt auf dem Strahlregler 3 anzubringen.
Bevorzugt sind die Ringwülste umlaufend geschlossen ausgebildet, damit sich in diesem Übergangs- bzw. Trennbereich eine dichte Verbindung ergibt, durch die zusätzliche Abdichtmaßnahmen entbehrlich werden. Es ist somit eine mechanische Verbindung und auch eine Abdichtung gleichzeitig vorhanden.

The ring beads are rounded or have chamfers at their outer ends, so that run-up bevels are formed which facilitate the clipping together of the installation parts to be connected to one another.
The connection means between the flow rate regulator 4 and the jet regulator 3 are of similar design, the flow rate regulator having an inwardly pointing annular bead 8 and an undercut 10 adjoining it at its downstream end. Complementary to this, the jet regulator 3 has on an encircling ring web 14 an outwardly pointing annular bead 15 with an undercut 16 adjoining it.
The same or complementary design of the connection means makes it possible to mount the front screen 5 either on the flow regulator 4 or directly on the jet regulator 3.
The annular beads are preferably designed to be closed all round, So that there is a tight connection in this transition or separation area, which makes additional sealing measures unnecessary. There is thus a mechanical connection and a seal at the same time.

Figur 2 zeigt eine Einbauteile-Garnitur gemäß Figur 1, eingesetzt in ein Auslaufmundstück 2, das an seinem zuströmseitigen Ende ein Anschlußgewinde 17 zum Verbinden mit einer Sanitär-Armatur aufweist. Deutlich ist hierbei erkennbar, daß die gesamte Einbauteile-Garnitur 1 durch die jeweils direkte Verbindung der Einbauteile eine vergleichsweise geringe Gesamtlänge aufweist und nur wenig über die axiale Länge des Auslaufmundstückes 2 übersteht. Es können dadurch auch bisher verwendete Auslaufmundstücke 2, die für den Einsatz eines Strahlreglers 3 mit Vorsatzsieb 5 vorgesehen waren, verwendet werden.
Hier ist auch gut zu erkennen, daß der Durchflußmengenregler 4 einen geringeren Außendurchmesser aufweist als der Strahlregler 3, so daß er noch in den auf dem Außenrand des Strahlreglers 3 aufliegenden Dichtungsring 18 paßt. Dadurch ist einerseits die direkte Verbindung mit dem Strahlregler 3 ohne zusätzliche Dichtungsringe möglich und außerdem ist, wie bereits vorerwähnt, eine kompakte Bauform mit kurzer Baulänge möglich.

It can also be clearly seen here that the flow regulator 4 has a smaller outer diameter than the jet regulator 3, so that it still fits into the sealing ring 18 resting on the outer edge of the jet regulator 3. As a result, direct connection to the jet regulator 3 is possible on the one hand without additional sealing rings and, as already mentioned, a compact design with a short overall length is also possible.

Gemäß Figur 3 ist die Einbauteile-Garnitur 1 in ein anderes Auslaufmundstück 2a eingesetzt, das ein Innen-Anschlußgewinde 17a zum Verbinden mit einer Sanitärarmatur aufweist. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist erkennbar, daß die gesamte Einbauteile-Garnitur praktisch innerhalb des Auslaufmundstückes 2a Platz findet. Auch hierbei kann unverändert ein übliches und auch bisher schon verwendetes Auslaufmundstück 2a verwendet werden.
In den Figuren 4 bis 6 ist noch gut erkennbar, daß sich im Trennbereich zwischen Durchflußmengenregler 4 und Strahlregler 3 im Bereich des Ringwulstes 8 außenseitig eine Anfasung 19 befindet, die praktisch eine Eingriffsausnehmung bildet, in die beispielsweise mit dem Fingernagel eingegriffen und der Durchflußmengenregler 4 dann vom Strahlregler 3 getrennt werden kann. Es sind also keine zusätzlichen Hilfswerkzeuge zum Trennen und auch nicht zum Verbinden der Einbauteile erforderlich. Eine ähnliche Anfasung wie am abströmseitigen Verbindungsende des Durchflußmengenreglers 4 könnte sich auch außenseitig bei dem Ringwulst 11 des Vorsatzsiebes 5 befinden.
Die Figuren 1, 4 und 6 lassen auch noch gut erkennen, daß die Anschlußmittel mit den Ringwülsten und den Hinterschneidungen so angeordnet sind, daß sich bei zusammengesetzten Einbauteilen außenseitig ein glatte Ringfläche ergibt.

Figures 1, 4 and 6 also clearly show that the connection means with the ring beads and the undercuts are arranged so that there is a smooth ring surface on the outside when assembled components.
