Claims (4)
- Zyklonabscheider für die Kurbelgehäuse-Entlüftung eines Verbrennungsmotors mit einem Entlüftungsventil mit insbesondere einer Rückführung abgeschiedenen Öls in den Sumpf des Kurbelgehäuses, bei dem das Entlüftungsventil Bestandteil eines an einer Seite durch eine gegen Atmosphäre wirkende Membran begrenzten, mit dem luftgefüllten Bereich des Kurbelgehäuses offen verbundenen, Ansaugraumes mit einer von der Membran verschließbaren nach außen führenden Öffnung ist, wobei die Membran unterhalb eines für den Ansaugraum vorgebbaren Druckes die nach außen führende Öffnung verschlossen hält,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zyklonabscheider als horizontal verlaufender spiralförmiger Abscheidekanal (2) mit von radial außen nach innen gleichen oder kleiner werdenden Strömungsquerschnitten und mit im Verhältnis zum größten Außendurchmesser des Zyklonbereiches um ein Vielfaches geringeren Höhe des Spiralkanales (2) ausgebildet ist und eine radial außen liegende Einlaß-öffnung (3) für die ölhaltige Luft sowie eine zentral innen lotrecht unten liegende Abflußöffnung (4) für das abgeschiedene Öl besitzt und ferner mit seiner Spiralebene parallel zu der Membran (10) des Ansaugraumes (6) ausgerichtet ist, wobei der Spiralkanal (2) des Zyklonabscheiders und der Ansaugraum (6) an eine gemeinsame im Zentrum des Zyklons mit einer Öffnung (5) versehene Wand angrenzen. - Zyklonabscheider nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zyklonbereich und der Ansaugraum (6) in einer nach außen verschlossenen oder verschließbaren Aufnahme (102) der Wandung (101) des Kurbelgehäuses zu einem gemeinsamen Bauteil vereint einsetzbar sind. - Zyklonabscheider nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Ansaugraum (6) begrenzende Membran (10) radial außen direkt in der Wand des Kurbelgehäuses (1) gelagert und gedichtet ist. - Zyklonabscheider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zyklonabscheider gebildet ist aus einem Unterteil mit eingeformtem oben offenem Spiralkanal (2) und einer den offenen Spiralkanal (2) abdeckenden, einen Teil des Ansaugraumes (6) bildenden, aufgesetzten Wand.
