- la figure 1 est une vue générale de l'articulation cuve-couvercle d'un conteneur;
- la figure 2 est une vue latérale d'une aile de la cuve et représente en trait discontinu une position intermédiaire d'arrêt en rotation du couvercle, et en trait alterné une position de fin de déformation élastique du couvercle arrêté ;
- la figure 3a montre une vue de dessous d'une aile de couvercle ;
- la figure 3b montre une vue latérale de la même aile de couvercle, le couvercle étant en coupe partielle ;
- la figure 3c est une coupe selon D-D de 3b.
Claims (9)
- Conteneur à déchets comprenant une cuve (1) constituée d'un fond et d'une paroi latérale pourvue d'un rebord (3, 4) définissant l'ouverture de la cuve (1) et un couvercle (2) articulé en rotation par rapport à la cuve entre deux positions extrêmes d'ouverture et de fermeture grâce à au moins une aile (7) solidaire du couvercle coopérant avec au moins une aile associée (5) solidaire de la cuve, de sorte que le couvercle puisse être rabattu en position de fermeture sur le rebord (3, 4), et en position d'ouverture en direction d'une face de la paroi latérale, une première aile (5, 7) au moins présentant un limiteur de course, agissant sur l'aile associée (7, 5), limitant le mouvement du couvercle (2), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une aile (5) de la cuve (1) possède un bord inférieur (13) avec un profil convexe, tandis qu'au moins une aile (7) correspondante du couvercle (2) possède une surface de butée (12) dont un profil concave est sensiblement complémentaire à celui du bord (13), ce dernier (13) et la surface de butée (12) étant agencés pour qu'à l'ouverture du couvercle (2), le bord (13) et la surface (12) viennent en contact partiel en interrompant la rotation du couvercle (2) à une distance déterminée de la paroi latérale de la cuve (1), un espace étant alors ménagé entre le reste du bord (13) et de la surface (12) pour permettre une déformation élastique d'amortissement de l'aile (5) du couvercle (2) jusqu'à ce que le bord (13) et la surface (12) s'épousent sensiblement, sans que le couvercle (2) ne heurte la cuve (1).
- Conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première aile présente, face à l'aile associée, une première face comprenant une portion plane (9) terminée par une butée (11) proéminente contre laquelle ladite aile associée vient en butée dans ladite position d'ouverture.
- Conteneur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'aile associée présente, en regard de la portion plane (9) de la première face, une face plane opposée (10), agencée pour glisser sur la portion plane (9) pendant la rotation du couvercle (2), la butée (11) de limitation de course présentant ledit profil sensiblement conjugué au profil de la face latérale (13) adjacente à la face plane opposée (10)
- Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par la présence de deux ailes (5) dépassant du rebord de la cuve, recourbées vers le haut et espacées de part et d'autre d'un plan médian vertical de la cuve (2), définissant un axe de rotation fixé au-dessus du plan (4) du rebord de la cuve.
- Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par la présence d'un élément de contact (14) sur au moins une aile (5, 7) entrant en contact de frottement avec le rebord de l'aile associée (7, 5) avant la fin du mouvement de fermeture du couvercle, sans limiter ledit mouvement.
- Conteneur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de contact comprend une surface de frottement (14) située sur la butée (11) limitant la course de chacune des ailes du couvercle (7), adjacente à la surface de butée (12), et face au rebord supérieur (15) concave de l'aile (5) de cuve associée.
- Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les ailes portant la butée de limitation de course sont moulées d'une pièce avec celui-ci et avec la cuve ou le couvercle portant les ailes.
- Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un patin en matière élastique, telle que du caoutchouc, en saillie de la face supérieure du rebord (3, 4), apte à venir en regard d'un bord du couvercle (2) en position de fermeture.
- Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un plot (11a) respectivement en saillie de la surface (12) et/ou du rebord (13) ainsi que vers ce rebord (13) et/ou la surface (12).
