Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif d'amenée et d'échange de tubes de coulée pourvu d'un obturateur d'urgence coulissant en position de dégagement;
- la figure 2 est une vue semblable à celle de la figure 1, de l'obturateur d'urgence en position d'alerte;
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective d'un plateau rotatif prêt à recevoir une plaque réfractaire d'obturation en position de dégagement;
- la figure 4 est une vue semblable à celle de la figure 3, du plateau rotatif en position de dégagement sur lequel est posée une plaque réfractaire d'obturation en position de dégagement;
- la figure 5 est une vue semblable aux figures 3 et 4, du plateau rotatif en position d'alerte.
- Les avantages obtenus par l'obturateur décrit ci-dessus sont les suivants: la mise en place et le retrait de la plaque réfractaire d'obturation est fiable, commode et simple;
- Les opérations sont faites à distance;
- La position dégagée de disponibilité de la plaque d'obturation permet de ne pas gêner l'opérateur qui effectue le changement d'un tube de remplacement préalablement préchauffé au rouge, et
- La plaque réfractaire d'obturation ne risque pas d'être perdue, car elle reste complètement attachée au dispositif d'amenée et d'échange du tube de coulée.
Claims (7)
- Obturateur d'urgence (10) d'un dispositif (2) d'amenée et d'échange de tubes de coulée (3) et appliqués étanchement contre la face inférieure d'une plaque réfractaire fixe de référence (5) logée dans le bâti du dispositif fixé à un récipient (1) de coulée de métal par le fond, sous la poussée vers le haut de rails-guides (6, 7) qui déterminent une première trajectoire rectiligne le long de laquelle coulisse chacune des plaques (4) accolées auxdits tubes de coulée, sous l'action d'un vérin, depuis une position de chargement vers une position de service dans l'axe de coulée et de la position de service vers une position de dégagement, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un plateau mobile (11) sur lequel est déposée une plaque réfractaire borgne (8) en vue d'être déplacée le long d'une seconde trajectoire qui recoupe la première trajectoire susdite, depuis une position de mise en disponibilité (14) en dehors de la seconde trajectoire vers une position d'alerte (15) au droit d'une zone de recouvrement des deux trajectoires, contiguë à la position de service d'un tube de coulée (3) dans l'axe de coulée.
- Obturateur d'urgence selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les trajectoires susdites sont parallèles à la face inférieure fixe de la plaque de référence (5) et comprises dans un même plan horizontal.
- Obturateur d'urgence selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le plateau mobile (11) et les rails-guides (6, 7) présentent des surfaces portantes comprises dans un même plan horizontal.
- Obturateur d'urgence selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau mobile (11) est un plateau tournant au moyen d'un bras rotatif (16) articulé autour d'un axe vertical à un bâti du dispositif d'amenée et d'échange de tubes de coulée.
- Obturateur d'urgence selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le plateau mobile (11) est un plateau-tiroir coulisssnt le long de guides rectilignes (12, 13) fixés au bâti.
- Obturateur d'urgence selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau mobile est muni d'une poignée (17) et d'un timon ou manche (18) plus accessible à un opérateur que le plateau mobile (11) lui-même pour actionner manuellement celui-ci.
- Obturateur d'urgence selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau mobile (11) est actionné par un vérin commandé à distance.
