Claims (19)
- Dispositif de coulée comprenant:un conteneur métallurgique muni d'un orifice de coulée (6), notamment un convertisseur pour l'élaboration de l'acier;un obturateur à tiroir pour ledit orifice de coulée, cet obturateur comprenant: au moins une plaque réfractaire fixe (14) comportant un orifice placé en regard de l'orifice de coulée; au moins une plaque réfractaire mobile (16) comportant au moins un orifice; des moyens de déplacement (28) pour déplacer la plaque mobile (16) par rapport à la plaque fixe (14) de manière à commander le recouvrement de l'orifice de la plaque fixe (14) et de la plaque mobile (16); des moyens de pression (26) qui permettent de serrer la plaque mobile (16) contre la plaque fixe (14);l'orifice de coulée (6) du conteneur métallurgique étant aménagé de manière à comporter une surface de jonction (8) à la plaque fixe (14) de l'obturateur,la plaque fixe (14) comportant une surface de jonction (32) adaptée à la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée du conteneur métallurgique,des moyens de pression (30) permettant de presser la surface de jonction (32) de la plaque fixe (14) contre la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée de manière qu'une étanchéité est assurée entre ces deux surfaces en l'absence de mortier, de joint cimenté ou de fibres, de colle ou de tout autre moyen ajouté pour assurer l'étanchéité,
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une surface de guidage (34) prolongeant sensiblement la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée dans la zone d'introduction/extraction, de manière à assurer un pré-guidage de la plaque fixe (14) par rapport à la surface de jonction de l'orifice de coulée afin de faciliter la mise en place et/ou le retrait d'au moins la plaque fixe (14) par glissement sur la surface de jonction.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée et la surface de jonction (32) de la plaque fixe (14) sont planes.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée est constituée d'une plaque réfractaire (36,56,58).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4 caractérisé en ce que le niveau de la surface de guidage (34) est inférieur au niveau de la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée, un chanfrein étant prévu pour faciliter la mise en place de la plaque fixe (14) sur la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les moyens de pression (30) pour serrer la surface de jonction (32) de la plaque fixe (14) contre la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée sont agencés de manière à agir pendant la mise en place et/ou le retrait par glissement d'au moins la plaque fixe (14) afin d'éliminer les déchets restés éventuellement sur cette surface.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement (28) pour mettre en place et/ou retirer la plaque fixe (14) par glissement sur la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée sont les mêmes que les moyens pour déplacer la plaque mobile (16) par rapport à la plaque fixe (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte: un bâti; un cadre (20) d'entraínement de la plaque fixe (14); un cadre (22) d'entraínement de la plaque mobile (16); des moyens de déplacement du cadre d'entraínement de la plaque mobile (16), ces moyens constituant les moyens de déplacement de la plaque mobile (16) mentionnés à la revendication 1; des moyens pour solidariser le cadre d'entraínement de la plaque fixe (14) soit avec le bâti, soit avec le cadre d'entraínement de la plaque mobile (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour solidariser le cadre d'entraínement de la plaque fixe (14) soit avec le bâti, soit avec le cadre d'entraínement de la plaque mobile (16) sont constitués par un verrou (50) à deux positions, monté sur le cadre d'entraínement de la plaque fixe (14), ce verrou immobilisant le cadre d'entraínement de la plaque fixe (14) par rapport au bâti dans une première position et par rapport au cadre d'entraínement de la plaque mobile (16) dans la seconde position, les moyens de déplacement du cadre d'entraínement de la plaque mobile (16) présentant une course suffisante pour déplacer l'ensemble des deux cadres jusqu'à libérer la plaque fixe (14) de l'emprise des moyens de pression (30) de la plaque fixe (14) contre la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comporte une butée (52), fixe par rapport au bâti, contre laquelle la plaque fixe (14) vient en butée en fin d'introduction, le verrou (50) comportant des moyens de récupération de jeu pour bloquer ladite plaque fixe (14) contre la butée (52) par l'intermédiaire du cadre d'entraínement (20) de la plaque fixe (14) de telle sorte que la plaque fixe (14) et le cadre d'entraínement de la plaque fixe (14) sont ensemble immobilisés par rapport au bâti.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les moyens de pression pour serrer la plaque fixe (14) contre la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée sont les mêmes que les moyens de pression (30) pour presser la plaque mobile (16) contre la plaque fixe (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 11 caractérisé en ce que la plaque (36) constituant la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée est constituée d'une plaque réfractaire (56) entourant l'orifice de coulée montée sur un support métallique (58) permettant d'assurer une fixation rigide de ladite plaque sur le conteneur métallurgique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 caractérisé en ce que le support métallique (58) présente au moins une portion de surface co-planaire avec la plaque réfractaire (56) de manière à agrandir la surface d'appui de la plaque fixe (14) sur la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou 13 caractérisé en ce que des plots (62) en une matière compatible avec celle de la plaque réfractaire (56) du point de vue d'un usinage au moyen d'un même outil sont fixés rigidement sur le support métallique (58) et usinés co-planaires avec la plaque réfractaire de manière à agrandir la surface d'appui de la plaque fixe (14) contre la surface de jonction (8).
- Dans un dispositif de coulée comprenant:un conteneur métallurgique muni d'un orifice de coulée, notamment un convertisseur pour l'élaboration de l'acier;un obturateur à tiroir pour ledit orifice de coulée, cet obturateur comprenant au moins: au moins une plaque réfractaire fixe comportant au moins un orifice placé en regard de l'orifice de coulée; au moins une plaque réfractaire mobile comportant au moins un orifice; des moyens de déplacement pour déplacer la plaque mobile (16) par rapport à la plaque fixe (14) de manière à commander le recouvrement de l'orifice de la plaque fixe (14) et de la plaque mobile (16); des moyens de pression (26) qui permettent de serrer la plaque mobile (16) contre la plaque fixe; et des moyens de pression (30) pour serrer une surface de jonction (32) de la plaque fixe (14) contre la surface de jonction (8) de l'orifice de coulée afin de réaliser une étanchéité sans ciment, mortier, fibres, colle ou tout autre moyen ajouté entre l'orifice de coulée du conteneur métallurgique et la plaque fixe, PROCEDE de remplacement de la plaque fixe (14) et de la plaque mobile (16) caractérisé en ce que:on retire une plaque fixe (14) et une plaque mobile (16) usagées des moyens de pression en les faisant glisser latéralement par rapport à l'orifice de coulée vers une zone d'introduction/extraction;on évacue la plaque fixe (14) et la plaque mobile (16) hors du tiroir;on place une plaque fixe (14) et un plaque mobile (16) neuves l'une après l'autre ou simultanément dans la zone d'introduction/extraction;on fait glisser latéralement la plaque fixe (14) et la plaque mobile (16) sous les moyens de pression (30).
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la plaque fixe (14) est amenée et/ou retirée latéralement par rapport à l'orifice de coulée et glissée sous des moyens de pression (30) préalablement à ce que la plaque fixe (14) ne commence à découvrir et/ou recouvrir l'orifice de coulée du conteneur.
- Plaque pour utilisation dans un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14 ou dans un procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 ou 16, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée d'une plaque réfractaire (56) ayant une surface plane, montée sur un support métallique (58) permettant d'assurer une fixation rigide de la plaque sur le conteneur métallurgique.
- Plaque selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que le support métallique (58) présente au moins une portion de surface co-planaire avec la surface plane de la plaque réfractaire (56).
- Plaque selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que des plots (62) en une matière compatible avec celle de la plaque réfractaire (56) du point de vue d'un usinage au moyen d'un même outil sont fixés rigidement sur le support métallique (58) et usinés co-planaires avec la plaque réfractaire.
