Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schmiervorrichtung für einen spreizbaren Haspeldorn zum
Aufwickeln bandförmigen Walzgutes gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
Ein derartiger Haspeldorn mit einer Schmiervorrichtung ist aus der DE 2032542 A1
bekannt.
Weitere Haspeldorne der gattungsgemäßen Art sind beschrieben, in der europäischen
Patentanmeldung 00 02 652. Sie sind als Spreizdorne ausgebildet, um das
aufgewickelte Blechbund von der Haspelwelle abziehen zu können oder das
Aufstecken eines zum Abwickeln bereitzustellenden Bundes auf die Haspelwelle in
einfacher Weise zu ermöglichen. Zum Spreizen werden die an der Domwelle
vorgesehenen Keilflächen relativ zu den Spreizsegmenten verschoben, so daß sich
letztere radial nach innen oder außen bewegen. Zur Einleitung der Spreizbewegung
sind verschiedene mechanische Antriebssysteme bekannt, denen allen ein Problem
gemeinsam ist, nämlich das der ausreichenden Schmierung der unter Last

in der Zeichnung als Schmierstellen 5 bezeichnet sind. Die Schmierstellen 5 sind
einzeln abzuschmieren, was erfindungsgemäß über die dreiteilige Patrone 6a, 6b, 6c
erfolgt, die in eine zentrale Bohrung 7 der Domwelle einschiebbar ist. Die Patrone 6a,
6b, 6c ist, wie der Schnitt A-A zeigt, mit einer Vielzahl längsverlaufender Bohrungen 8
versehen, von denen jede Bohrung 8 mit einer von ebensovielen ringförmigen
Quernuten 9 korrespondiert, die am Außenumfang der Patrone 6a, 6b, 6c vorgesehen
sind. Jede ringförmige Quernut ist gegenüber der Bohrung 7 bei 10 abgedichtet, so
daß bei entsprechender Verbindung der ringförmigen Quernut 9 mit einer zu den
Keilflächen 2, 3 führenden Bohrung 11, über die Längsbohrung 8, die ringförmige
Quernut 9 und die Zuführbohrung 11 eine Versorgung der Schmierstellen 5 gezielt und
