Abstract

L'invention concerne un sectionneur de puissance haute tension qui comporte deux pièces de contact (1, 2) et au moins un canal (17) permettant de dégager le gaz de coupage chauffé par l'arc électrique, ainsi qu'un système (12) de refroidissement du gaz de coupage, consistant en un corps métallique (12) pourvu d'ouvertures de passage, monté dans la voie d'écoulement du gaz de coupage. Vu depuis les pièces de contact (1, 2), un corps isolant (13, 14) imperméable au gaz de coupage est monté dans le canal de dégagement du gaz (17), devant le corps métallique, et est réalisé dans un matériau (PTFE) qui, à des températures élevées, libère le gaz de coupage. Le corps isolant (13, 14) est à distance suffisante du corps métallique pour permettre au gaz de coupage de pénétrer par les ouvertures de passage (18) sensiblement sur toute la surface du corps métallique (12).
