Claims (10)
- Abdichtungsvorrichtung gegen die Verbrennungsgase einer Munition (4) ohne Hülse, die zwischen dem Lauf (2) und der Kammer (3a) des Verschlusses einer Schußwaffe (1) kleinen Kalibers montiert wird und aus einer Dichtung (11) besteht, die aus einem Abdichtungsteil (12) in Ringform gebildet wird, dessen eine Endfläche eine axiale Abdichtungsoberfläche (13) bildet, die dazu bestimmt ist, gegen die hintere Fläche (2a) des Laufs (2) zum Aufliegen zu kommen, und die an ihrem anderen Ende eine radiale Abdichtungslippe (14) umfaßt, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf der Innenwand der Verschlußkammer (3a) zum Aufliegen zu kommen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Dichtung (11) außerdem einen Kühlteil (15) umfaßt, der sich axial über eine Länge erstreckt, die größer ist als die des Abdichtungsteils (12), um die Erhitzung des Abdichtungsteils zu begrenzen, der mit den Verbrennungsgasen in Berührung ist.
- Abdichtungsvorrichtungen gemäß dem Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Dichtung (11) schwimmend zwischen dem Lauf (2) und dem Verschluß (3) so befestigt ist, daß sie sich axial unter der Einwirkung des Drucks der Verbrennungsgase verschieben kann.
- Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kühlteil der Dichtung (11) Ringform hat, zum Abdichtungsteil (12) der Dichtung extern koaxial ist und mit der Peripherie dieser Dichtung über eine radiale ringförmige Wand (16) verbunden ist.
- Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die axiale Position der Verbindungswand (16) so beschaffen ist, daß der Abdichtungsteil (12), der Kühlteil (15) und die Verbindungswand (16) der Dichtung (11) auf der Laufseite untereinander einen Dekompressionshohlraum (17) für die Verbrennungsgase bilden.
- Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 3 oder 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kühlteil (15) der Dichtung (11) dazu bestimmt ist, sich in einen Ringraum (18) zu fügen, der zwischen dem hinteren Teil des Laufs (2) und dem Verschlusses (3) abgegrenzt wird.
- Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Kühlteil (15) der Dichtung (11) am Verschluß (3) durch mindestens ein Verbindungsmittel (20) befestigt ist, das sich frei in das Innere einer länglichen Öffnung (22) erstreckt, die in der Wand des Kühlteils (15) der Dichtung (11) angeordnet wird.
- Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Verbindungsmittel (2 ) eine Schraube ist, deren Kopf (20a) vom Verschluß (3) blockiert wird und deren Schaft (20b) sich in die Öffnung (22) des Kühlteils (15) einfügt.
- Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Dichtung (11) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff besteht und hohe wärmetechnische Eigenschaften besitzt.
- Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Dichtung (11) aus Federstahl besteht.
- Abdichtungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 8 oder 9, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Dichtung (11) zwischen dem Lauf (2) und dem Verschluß (3) gespannt montiert ist.
