Claims (7)
- Untersetzungsgetriebe zur Steuerung einer Gruppe zur Ausbildung eines Fadens in einer Maschine zur Herstellung eines Chenillefadens, wobei diese Gruppe zur Ausbildung eines Fadens eine Lehre (32) mit einem Motor (320) zum Aufwickeln und Dimensionieren des Effektfadens, eine Klinge (L) zum Instückeschneiden des derart auf die Lehre aufgewickelten Effektfadens (FE) und zwei außen gerändelte Fadenführungsräder (31) mit entsprechenden, frei laufenden Gegenrädern (310), die auf der bezüglich der Lehre (32) den Rädern (31) gegenüberliegenden Seite montiert sind, um die Bindefäden (FL) und die Effektfadensstücke vorwärts zu bewegen, umfaßt, und mit einer Streckgruppe, die aus mehreren Rollen (200) zur Zuführung der Bindefäden (FL) ausgestattet ist, sowie mit Einrichtungen zum Regenerieren und Verdrillen der Bindefäden (FL) mit den dazwischen angeordneten Effektfadenstücken (FE), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Untersetzungsgetriebe weiterhin in Kombination folgende Bestandteile umfaßt: eine erste Welle (2), auf die drei zylindrische Zahlräder (R2, R3, R8) aufgekeilt sind, wobei das besagte Rad (R2) von einem Antriebsrad (R1) angetrieben wird, das auf die Welle eines Antriebsorgans (M) aufgekeilt ist, eine zweite Welle (6) auf die zwei zylindrische Zahnräder (R2', R3') und ein konisches Ritzel (R6) aufgekeilt sind, wobei das besagte Rad (R2') mit dem zuvor erwähnten Rad (R2) in Eingriff steht und das Ritzel (R6) einen Zahnkranz (R7) antreibt, der auf einer zur Welle (6) senkrechten Welle (37) montiert ist, eine dritte Welle (45), die zu den zuvor erwähnten Wellen (2) und (6) parallel ist und auf die ein zylindrisches Zahnrad (R9) aufgekeilt ist, das mit dem zuvor erwähnten Rad (R8) der Welle (R2) in Eingriff steht, eine vierte Welle (50), auf die ein konisches Ritzel (R10) aufgekeilt ist und die über eine Verbindung (49) mit der besagten Welle (45) in Verbindung steht, wobei das konische Ritzel (R10) mit einem konischen Rad (R11) in Eingriff steht, dessen Welle dazu dient, die Drehbewegung der Klinge (L) zu übertragen, eine fünfte Welle (22), auf die ein zylindrisches Zahnrad (R5) aufgekeilt ist, das vom Rad (R3) der Welle (2) angetrieben wird und seinerseits ein Rad (R4) antreibt, das auf einer Welle (24) montiert ist, eine sechste Welle (22), auf die ein zylindrisches Zahnrad (R5') aufgekeilt ist, das von einem Rad (R3') der Welle (6) angetrieben wird, und seinerseits ein Rad (R4') antreibt, das auf eine entsprechende Welle aufgekeilt ist,daß die besagten Räder (R2, R2'), (R5, R5') und (R4, R4') miteinander jeweils identisch sind und daß die besagten Räder (R6) und (R7) die gleiche Zähnezahl je Maßeinheit des Teilkreisdurchmessers und die gleiche Anzahl von Zähnen besitzen,daß auf die Wellen der besagten Räder (R4) und (R4') die beiden Antriebsräder (31) der Bindefäden (FL) und der Effektfadenstücke (FE) aufgekeilt sind,daß die Welle (37) des zuvor erwähnten Kranzes (R7) dazu dient, die Bewegung auf die Rollen der Streckgruppe zum Zuführen der Bindefäden (FL) derart zu übertragen, daß die Umdrehungszahl der Rollen (200) der Streckgruppe gleich der der Fadenführungsräder (31) ist,und daß die Wellen (2) und (6) von einer Schalenstruktur (CF) aus zwei dichten Elementen (17,18) getragen werden, die am Gestell (19) der Maschine befestigt ist, wobei die Wellen der Räder (R5, R4) bzw. (R5', R4') von entsprechenden Gehäusen (CM) getragen werden, von denen jedes aus zwei Elementen (26, 27) besteht und in um die Welle (2) beziehungsweise (6) schwenkbarer Weise an dem festen Gehäuse (CF) derart montiert ist, daß sich die Wellen der Räder (R5, R4) und (R5', R4') starr um die Wellen (2,6) der Räder (R2, R2') zwischen zwei Grenzstellungen bewegen können, von denen die eine eine Arbeitsstellung, in welcher ein Kontakt zwischen den Rädern (31) und der Lehre (32) gegeben ist, und die andere eine Ruhestellung ist, um einen Zugang zur Lehre (32) zu ermöglichen, während sich die Räder (31) in Rotation befinden.
- Untersetzungsgetriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Rad (R1) mit der zugehörigen Welle (1) durch einen Federkeil (7) verbunden ist, wobei die Welle (1) von Lagern (5) getragen ist, die sich in dem festen Gehäuse (CF) befinden.
- Untersetzungsgetriebe nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Räder (R2) und (R8) an der betreffenden Welle (2) durch einen gemeinsamen Federkeil (8) verbunden sind, wobei die Welle (2) von zwei Radiallagern (3) getragen ist, von denen das eine in einem entsprechenden festen Ring (12) untergebracht ist, der gegenüber der Welle (2) angeordnet ist, während das andere in einem Unterteil (11) des festen Gehäuses (CF) untergebracht ist, daß das besagte Rad (R3) mit der Welle (2) durch einen entsprechenden Federkeil (9) verbunden ist, daß das Rad (R2') mit der entsprechenden Welle (6) durch einen entsprechenden Federkeil (14) verbunden ist und durch ein Verbindungsstück (13) an seinem Platz gehalten wird, wobei die Welle (6) von entsprechenden Radiallagern (15) getragen ist, von denen das eine in einem entsprechenden festen Ring (12) untergebracht ist, der sich gegenüber der Welle (6) befindet, und daß das feste Gehäuse (CF) auf den beiden Ringen (12) zentriert ist, die ihrerseits auf entsprechenden Armen (21) zentriert sind, die am Gestell (19) der Maschine befestigt sind.
- Untersetzungsgetriebe nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der Räder (R5, R5') an seinem Platz von einem entsprechenden Lager (23) gehalten wird, das auf der betreffenden Welle (22) montiert ist, daß jedes Rad (R4, R4') auf der entsprechenden Welle (24) durch einen entsprechenden Federkeil (30) befestigt ist, daß das besagte Rad (R6) mit der entsprechenden Welle (6) durch einen Federkeil (16) verbunden ist und durch die Wirkung eines Anschlags an seinem Platz gehalten wird, der von einem Lager (4) gebildet wird, das auf einen Unterteil (34) einwirkt, der im Inneren eines entsprechenden Gehäuses (41) untergebracht ist, wobei der Unterteil (34) mit einer Dichtung (35) versehen ist, und daß das besagte Rad (R7) mit der entsprechenden Welle (37) durch einen Federkeil (36) verbunden ist, wobei die Welle (37) von einem Paar von Schräglagem (38) getragen ist, die nebeneinander in einem entsprechenden Sitz untergebracht sind, der in dem zuvor erwähnten Gehäuse (41) vorgesehen ist.
- Untersetzungsgetriebe nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Wellen (24) hohl ist, das heißt mit einem sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Loch versehen ist, das dazu dient, eine weitere Welle (29) mit einem Verbindungsfederkeil (28) unterzubringen, die mit einem Regelorgan (33) ausgestattet ist, das dazu dient, ihre axiale Position zu regeln, und die zum oberen Teil eines "L"-förmigen Tragarmes für ein entsprechendes Rad (31) koaxial ist.
- Untersetzungsgetriebe nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rad (R9) durch einen Federkeil (46) auf der entsprechenden Welle (45) montiert ist, wobei die Welle (45) von zwei Lagern (47, 48) getragen ist, von denen das eine Lager (47) fest und in einem entsprechenden Sitz untergebracht ist, der in dem Element (17) des ersten Gehäuses vorgesehen ist, während das andere Lager (48), das radial oszilliert, in einer entsprechenden Rille des Gestells (19) untergebracht ist.
- Untersetzungsgetriebe nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Räder (R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R2', R3', R4' und R5') aus einem Verbundmaterial hergestellt sind.
