Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de formage à interstice dans une machine à papier, comprenant une zone à deux toiles, qui est constituée par une boucle d'une première toile de formage (10) et d'une boucle d'une seconde toile de formage (20) et s'étend à partir d'un interstice de formage (G), dans lequel une partie formant règle (31) d'une boíte de tête (30) introduit un jet de suspension de pâte mécanique, lequel interstice de formage (G) est défini, d'un côté, par la première toile de formage (10), qui circule sur un rouleau de formage (11) et, sur le côté opposé, par un brin sensiblement rectiligne de la seconde toile de formage (20) qui s'étend depuis un rouleau de tête (21) jusqu'au rouleau de formage (11), un équipement de drainage (40 ... 44) monté à l'intérieur de la boucle de la première toile de formage (10) en aval du rouleau de formage (11), lequel équipement de drainage est pourvu d'un conduit de déviation (12) et d'une nervure de déviation (12a) placée contre la première toile de formage (10) au niveau de la partie inférieure dudit conduit de déviation (12), et un sabot de formage disposé à l'intérieur de la boucle du second fil (20), lequel sabot de formage est pourvu d'un couvercle nervuré constitué par des nervures de formage (22a, 22b, 23) et qui est serré contre la seconde toile de formage (20), caractérisé en ce que le brin libre des toiles de formage (10, 20), qui s'étend depuis le rouleau de formage (11) jusqu'à la première rainure de formage (22a) du sabot de formage, est essentiellement petit et d'une taille inférieure à 200 mm et en ce que la première nervure de formage (22a) ou une structure (22) à nervures de formage, constituée de deux ou de plusieurs nervures de formage interconnectées (22a, 22b), qui sont les premières nervures de formage du sabot de formage, est montée élastiquement et chargée de manière à pouvoir être ajustée.
  2. Dispositif de formage à interstice selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première nervure de formage (22a) ou la structure (22) à nervures de formage est montée de telle sorte que ladite nervure de formage (22a) ou ladite structure (22) à nervures de formage peut être écartée de la seconde toile de formage (20).
  3. Dispositif de formage à interstice selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première nervure de formage (22a) est montée, dans la direction de trajet des toiles de formage (10, 20) sensiblement au point où les toiles de formage (10, 20) s'écartent du rouleau de formage (11) à la fin de leur secteur courbe commun (α).
  4. Dispositif de formage à interstice selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première nervure de formage (22a) ou la structure (22) à nervures de formage est montée essentiellement en étant tournée vers la nervures de déviation (12a), qui est disposée directement en aval du rouleau de formage (11).
  5. Dispositif de formage à interstice selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première nervure de formage (22a) ou la structure (22) à nervures de formage est repoussée contre la seconde toile de formage (20) au moyen d'éléments de charge actionnés par un fluide sous pression, comme par exemple des tuyaux de charge (22e).
  6. Dispositif de formage à interstice selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la première nervure de formage (22a) ou la structure (22) à nervures de formage est chargée élastiquement au moyen d'un fluide pneumatique sous pression.
  7. Dispositif de formage à interstice selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la première nervure de formage (22a) ou la structure (22) à nervures de formage est chargée pneumatiquement de sorte que la nervure de formage (22a) ou la structure (22) à nervures de formage est montée de manière à être positionnée automatiquement en fonction de l'épaisseur de la couche de pâte mécanique fibreuse.
  8. Dispositif de formage à interstice selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la circulation des toiles de formage (10, 20) depuis le rouleau de formage (11) jusqu'à la première nervure de formage (22a) est essentiellement nulle.
  9. Dispositif de formage à interstice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le trajet des fils de formage (10, 20) entre le rouleau de formage (11) et la première nervure de formage (22a) se situe dans la gamme de 0 ... 70 mm.
