Abstract
Description
Mais en correspondance desdits noeuds, c'est-à-dire des sièges des étaus, les tiges des vis de serrage sont pour la plupart du temps découvertes et proéminentes des noeuds, ce qui constitu un danger constant pour la sécurité des passants et des opérateurs mêmes.
Pour une plus grande adhérence, chacune desdites parties (C1, C2) est pourvue de languettes périphériques (7) déstinées à engager par friction ou sinon par emboítement les zones correspondantes de l'autre côté (C1, C2).
En outre, avantageusement, chacune desdites parties (C1, C2) est pourvue de languettes élastiques à ardillon, pour simplification ne pas répresentées, pour leur accrochement avec un léger forcément élastique sur le corps de l'étau.
En outre, toujours pour permettre le réliement reciproque desdites deux parties C1 et C2, le corps creux (1) peut être pourvu de goupilles (10) et correspondantes bagues (11), comme illustré dans les Figg. 4 et 5.
Lesdites deux parties C1 et C2 du présent élément de protection peuvent être, par exemple, en matière plastique moulée.
Claims (6)
- Elément de protection pour noeuds d'échafaudages comprenant des éléments tubulaires horizontaux et verticaux et réliés au moyen d'un étau pour chaque noeud et des moyens de serrage à vis des étaus, caractérisé en ce qu'il est en deux parties (C1, C2), chacune desquelles est constituée d'un corps creux (1) comprenant une première paire de sièges semi-circulaires (2) alignés, coaxiaux et deux autres sièges semi-circulaires (3,4) verticallement alignés, coaxiaux, dont l'axe est orthogonal à celui des premiers sièges (2) et opportunement espacé de celui-ci, avec les premiers sièges (2) déstiné à investir avec un léger forcement élastique le tube horizontal (5) du noeud de l'échafaudage et avec les deux autres sièges (3,4) déstinés à investir le tube correspondant vertical (6) du noeud, et inversement: lesdites parties (C1, C2) étant mutuellement orthogonales, c'est-à-dire tournées de 90° l'une par rapport à l'autre, et placées opposées par rapport au noeud.
- Elément de protection selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que chacune desdites parties (C1, C2) est pourvue de languettes périphériques (7) déstinées à engager par friction ou sinon par emboítement les zones correspondantes de l'autre côté (C1, C2).
- Elément de protection selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que chacune desdites parties (C1, C2) est internement pourvue d'une cavité pour en permettre l'installation par emboítement fixe mais amovible sur la tête d'un ou de plusieurs écrous (80) correspondants, ou des tiges respectives, de l'étau (8), et/ou sur le corps du même étau (8).
- Elément de protection selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précéndentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un collier de serrage desdites parties (C1, C2), en correspondance des sièges respectifs (2, 3, 4) engagés avec les deux tubes (5,6) du noeud.
- Elément de protection selon une ou plusieurs revendications caractérisé en ce que chacune desdites parties (C1, C2) est pourvue de languettes élastiques à ardillon pour leur accrochement avec un léger forcement élastique sur le corps de l'étau.
- Elément de protection selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ledit corps creux (1) est pourvu de goupilles (10) et bagues (11) pour permettre la réciproque jonction des deux parties C1 et C2.
