Description
The invention relates to a method for continuous surface treatment by pickling and cleaning metal strips, in one Treatment chamber, with the web in an approximately horizontal path runs through the treatment chamber, the treatment chamber one Pickling liquid is supplied, with a free surface of the pickling liquid is present and the surface to be treated in the Treatment chamber exposed to an increased shear force to the pickling liquid becomes. Furthermore, the invention relates to a device for implementation of the procedure.
There are various surface treatment systems, in particular of pickling, known from continuously moving belts, whereby the tapes are substantially horizontal through the container and the treatment medium be performed. For example, DE-A-40 31 234 shows one Flat pickling, in which a band is passed through a container and the pickling liquid is fed through side-mounted nozzles. The WHERE 88/01657 also shows a flat stain similar to that in DE-A-40 31 234 shown. DE-OS 1 621 603 describes one of several Chamber existing system that is completely pressurized Pickling medium is filled. Due to the nozzle shape of the channel and the movement of the band and the flow of the liquid as well as the expansion cleaning of the belt surface of the medium is achieved here. The DE-AS 1 521 753 describes a cleaning system especially for magnetic tapes for sound recordings, films or extruded metal profiles. Here too, medium under pressure is supplied and flows through a nozzle-shaped channel along its length Beginning or end. The supply of the treatment medium, in particular Pickling acid generally takes place at the entry or exit of the strip the treatment chamber, which additionally seals the treatment chamber from the environment, as well as laterally into the Treatment chamber. DE-A-41 08 516 describes a high-speed pickling device, where the steel band in a channel is guided, which has openings for the supply and removal of pickling acid.
Dams are provided between these openings, on the one hand enable better flow control and on the other hand to one Swirl the acid in this area. The further known JP-61-41783 shows in Fig. 7 a belt treatment plant, the Band is also guided in a channel. This channel points in the area leaps and bounds of the outflow of the medium. All these However, systems have an insufficient pickling effect, which means that a given throughput with appropriate quality requirements mostly quite long and correspondingly expensive devices required are.
The present invention aims to improve treatment effectiveness, especially with pickling, to be increased by apparatus length or apparatus costs for a corresponding system or to significantly reduce the treatment temperature and thereby reduce operating costs.
The invention is therefore characterized in that the surface seen continuously by several devices with itself in the direction of tape travel narrowing cross section and that in the area of Application of the increased shear force, fresh pickling liquid supplied and the pickling liquid is swirled in this area. This increased Shear force reduces the liquid boundary layer on the belt surface which results in an increased pickling effect and the pickling time is reduced. Through repeated treatment, the surface can be cleaned even better become. The supply of pickling acid directly in the area of application the increased shear force and most swirled Liquid area ensures a quick introduction of pickling acid to the belt, which causes a further increased pickling intensity.
A favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that the supply of the treating liquid is regulated in its amount, the pickling liquid supplied alone or in combination with the Quantity can be regulated. By varying the amount and or or the temperature of the pickling medium, the pickling effect can be adjusted accordingly the requirements vary.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that the surface to be treated is in position by the pickling liquid fixed, especially in facilities to increase the shear force is centered. By fixing, especially centering, the tape can touch the ground and produce Scratches in the belt can be avoided.
The invention also relates to a device for continuous surface treatment by pickling and cleaning metal strips, with a treatment chamber, the web being in an approximately horizontal Pathway runs through the treatment chamber, leaving a free surface the pickling liquid is present and is characterized by that several devices are provided in the treatment chamber, which increases the shear force between the belt and pickling liquid opposite to that caused by the movement of the web in the treatment chamber resulting shear force, the devices in the tape running direction seen an area with continuously narrowing Have cross section and that in the area of the devices nozzles Introduction of pickling liquid are provided. Through this increase The liquid boundary layer is reduced by shear force, resulting in an increased Pickling effect results. Due to this narrowing cross section, the For example, the shape of a Venturi nozzle can be a good one Whirling of the liquid and thus an increase in the pickling intensity be effected. Furthermore, such a facility Height-centered belt, especially centered in the Venturi module, thus touching the ground and the associated generation of Scratching on the belt surface is avoided. Will be in the area of Facilities pickling liquid the liquid is whirled through even more, which, on the other hand, leads to a rapid introduction of the acid to the tape takes place, which causes an increased pickling intensity.
A favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that the nozzles arranged in the direction of tape travel after the device are, these also, if necessary additionally, before or in the Device can be arranged. The arrangement of the nozzles after setting up, the treatment medium is supplied in an area of increased fluidized fluid, with an injection additional swirling and before setting up in this area thus causes improved pickling intensity. An arrangement of the nozzles in the device supports the hydrodynamic effect of the device and also avoids touching the belt with the device low speeds. Specifically a combination of all arrangements leads to an optimal pickling intensity.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that the nozzles are arranged below the material web, the Alternatively or in combination, nozzles are arranged above the material web could be. The nozzles can move in the direction of the belt pointing openings or pointing against the tape running direction Have openings. Through a suitable arrangement and alignment the pickling effect can additionally be influenced favorably.
A favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that at least one derivation for pickling liquid is provided, which with Nozzles for supplying pickling liquid at at least one point in the Treatment chamber is connected. Through this execution of the An additional acid cycle can be achieved by means of the invention an optimization of the stain can be achieved.
An advantageous development of the invention is characterized in that that at least one pump is connected between discharge and supply is. The circulation volume can be adjusted accordingly by controlling a pump set and also the exit speed from the Nozzles are adjusted accordingly for an optimal pickling effect.
A favorable embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that between discharge and supply of the pickling liquid at least one Heat supply device, in particular a heat exchanger, switched is. By arranging a heat exchanger in the additional Acid cycle can be the temperature distribution in the pickling tub influence particularly well, in particular a strong equalization the temperature can be achieved.
