Bei dieser Garnitur ist der die Halterung tragende, auf der Führungsstange bewegliche Brauseschieber als die Wandstange umgebendes Gehäuse ausgebildet, in dem ein Feststellelement einsitzt. Dieses Feststellelement steht mit einer auf der Rückseite der Führungsstange eingeformten und sich über deren Länge erstreckende Nut derart in Eingriff, daß die von ihm ausgeübte Klemmkraft leicht durch Handbetätigung des Brauseschiebers überwunden werden kann, wobei diese Kraft aber dennoch ausreicht, den Brauseschieber mit der Halterung in der gewünschten Position auf der Führungsstange zu halten. Darüber hinaus ist bei der bekannten Brausegarnitur die Halterung schwenkbeweglich an dem Brauseschieber gehalten. Ein Vorteil der bekannten Brausegarnitur liegt darin, daß die durch das Arretieren des Brauseschiebers auf der Führungsstange entstehenden Gebrauchsspuren nur auf der rückwärtigen Seite der Führungsstange sichtbar sind und somit die Gesamterscheinung der Führungsstange auch nach längerem Gebrauch nicht stören. Zusätzlich kann aufgrund der Schwenkbeweglichkeit der Halterung die Stellung der Handbrause leicht an den jeweiligen Verwendungszweck angepaßt werden. Ähnlich ist der Brauseschieber nach der DE-U-87 03 949 aufgebaut. Bei dieser und der aus der DE-U- 88 11 299 bekannten Lösung sind als elastische Körper Federn eingesetzt, die über ein Spannmittel in Form eines Drehgriffes gespannt werden.
