Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rückenlehnenklemmung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a backrest clamp with the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Die Rückenlehnenklemmung 4 gemäß den Fig. 1 und 2 ist in einer Aufnahme 2 für einen rohrförmigen Rückenlehnenträger 1, der hier nur im Ausschnitt dargestellt ist, angeordnet. Die Aufnahme 2 besitzt eine ovale Führung 3 für den im Querschnitt ebenfalls ovalen Rückenlehnenträger 1 und weist zwei in Richtung des Sitzes ausgerichtete seitliche Schenkel 2' auf, so daß in der Draufsicht ein U-förmiger Querschnitt erkennbar ist. Zwischen den Schenkeln 2' ist die Rückenlehnenklemmung 4 ortsfest angeordnet. Die Rückenlehnenklemmung 4 ist, wie in den Fig. 3 bis 5 erkennbar ist, als blockförmiger Kunststoffkörper ausgebildet, der eine halbovale senkrechte Ausnehmung 5 besitzt, mit dem der Rückenlehnenträger 1 von drei Seiten umschlossen wird. Die Rückenlehnenklemmung ist auf zwei Bolzen 6 und 10 in passenden, übereinander angeordneten Bohrungen der Schenkel 2! gelagert. Zwischen einem Anschlag des Handrads 7 und der Außenfläche des Schenkels 2' ist auf dem Bolzen 9 eine Hülse 8 angeordnet, die bei Anziehen des Gewindes des Bolzens 9 als Widerlager dient. Ein Anziehen des Gewindes bewirkt das Aufbringen einer seitlichen Klemmkraft über die Ausnehmung 5 in dem Formteil 4 auf den Rückenlehnenträger 1 und damit eine feste Klemmung. In seiner Mitte weist das Formteil 4 eine vertikale, schlitzartige Ausnehmung 19 auf, die zum Rückenlehnenträger 1 hin ausgerichtet ist. Diese Ausnehmung ist so tief, daß der obere Bolzen 9 durch sie hindurchgeht. Auf dem Bolzen 9 ist in dem Bereich der Ausnehmung 19 drehbar eine Sperrklinke 11 gelagert, die in der Ausnehmung fingerartig nach unten verlängert und im unteren Bereich der Ausnehmung 19 auf einer Druckfeder 12 gelagert ist. Die Druckfeder 12 ist ihrerseits auf einem Noppen 16 auf der rückwärtigen Wand der Ausnehmung 19 gelagert und ist bestrebt, die Sperrklinke in Richtung des Rückenlehnenträgers 1 zu drücken. Der Rückenlehnenträger 1 weist in seinem unteren Bereich eine Ausnehmung 14 für die Sperrklinke 11 auf, in der diese einrastet, wenn der Rückenlehnenträger 1 entsprechend weit aus der Aufnahme 2 gezogen ist.
