Description

The invention relates to a card verification of results entered in boxes of one grid for a betting or games of chance bulletin.

A previous request from the same inventor (n ° 92 08376 in France, still to be published; cf. Also DE-A-3625489) describes such a card, composed of two overlapping sheets, one being adhesive to the other, whose bottom sheet is transparent and the upper sheet, opaque, consists of plots detachable separately. The plots are grouped together in a network superimposed on the grid cells printed on the bulletin and on which the results have been checked or blacked out. When the correct results are known, just scrape the plots matching with a suitable tool and place the control card on the bulletin by making that plots are superimposed on the associated boxes. We can immediately count the number of boxes checked correctly, i.e. the quality of the result got.

This card has some disadvantages. First of all, we don't always have the hand a plot removal tool by scratching or lifting them. The lower leaves available, suitable for sticking to sheets paper while removing the plots without tears, are made of silicone paper, of which transparency is not perfect and therefore thwarts the reading because it remains when the plots are removed. The inventor therefore brought to the card control of previous demand for improvements who solve these and other problems in favorite achievements.

DE-A-2 721 986 describes a map of verification with two superimposed layers including the layer upper carries plots with punched edges and the bottom layer can be pierced or detached by parts.

The invention verification card is characterized in that the plots extend over the two sheets and are delimited by incised edges on both sheets, not just on the sheet superior. Then just push on each plot to detach it, and without having to scrape it, to pierce the card there. Leaf lower can then without inconvenience be little transparent or even completely opaque.

The inventor's imagination made it possible to find several situations where the incised edges get lend themselves to easy plot removal while providing sufficient strength or adhesion of plots before. He advocates that the edges incised which delimit the plots are continuous and that, for each plot, the incised edge which delimits on a sheet be surrounded by the edge incised which delimits it on the other sheet, so that the incised edges delimit a band.

Then just push on the plot with the tip of a pencil or stylographer, preferably on the side where the incised edge has the smallest perimeter, to immediately detach the plot by a simple pull of the adhesive.

There is shown in Figure 2 a grid 1 of Loto, composed of forty-nine boxes bearing the numbers 1 to 49 and divided into five columns and ten rows. The box in the upper left corner is not assigned to the game but has an index number 100 of Grid. This schematic representation is not exhaustive because each National Loto has a system its own digital (linear, shaped square, rectangle, ...). The verification card will be adapted to the bulletin for which it is intended, and which may relate to other games. A card of verification of the invention, designated by the reference 2 and illustrated in FIG. 1, is composed of a lower sheet 3 or back of silicone paper, sulfurous or otherwise and a top sheet 4 or front of synthetic material (for example in polyethylene) or any ordinary paper, glued to the previous sheet with an adhesive film sufficiently removable 5. The design chosen by the inventor associates a bottom sheet 3 of paper strong (Kraft) mat and top sheet 4 of paper satin vellum, in order to combine resistance and beautiful appearance. The adhesive is a solid wax. The verification card 2 carries a network of plots 6 of the same layout and substantially the same area as the boxes in grid 1, so that each of the plots 6 can be superimposed on one of the boxes when the alignment is perfect (the scales of representation in Figures 1, 2 and 3 are different for reasons of clarity). Plots 6 are identified by numbers identical to those in the boxes associated with them, except the corner plot upper left (referenced by 60) which remains blank. Verification card 2 may actually be more great that it is only represented and supplemented by a surface decorated with a drawing, an advertising message, of a mark or other sign. The incised edges 7 and 8 are here completely continuous and therefore separate completely plots 6 of the rest of each leaf 3 or 4, but it might be possible, to get a better attachment of plots 6 to the rest of the control card 2, to be satisfied with incised edges 7 and 8 which would only be substantially continuous, that is to say that sheets 3 and 4 would be spared by the incision tool at some of their points, for example at the corners of the plots, thus creating attachment points or surfaces. The edges 8 are of individual preference, while edges 7 are preference common to leaf plots lower.

Plots 6 are detached by pushing perpendicular to the control card 2 from the surface of the top sheet 4: the adhesive located at strips 9 is subjected to tensile and broken. So we remove the plots 6 corresponding to the correct game results for check his choice, and we also remove the plot virgin 60 to create a recess in its place and facilitate the overlay of the verification card 2 on grid 1, if this blank box has not been removed beforehand by the manufacturer, looking for to read the index number.

This achievement is preferred because it has at best the advantages of the invention over other verification card designs. In particular, the reversible adhesion of sheets 3 and 4 combined with fully incised edges 7 and 8 allows to know the force with great precision necessary to detach plots 6, which does not depend the tensile strength of the adhesive and strip surface 9. Almost all cards known only include one leaf and plots delimited by punched or serrated edges: it tear the paper between the punching holes to remove the plots, which is more difficult to do it skillfully and quickly, and leaves an appearance serrated and not very sharp at the edges.

A possible variant is shown on Figures 1A. The incised edges 7A and 8A overlap partially on two opposite sides of the rectangles that they form, so that the separation surface incised edges 7A and 8A is formed by two bands linear and parallel 9A instead of being a band 9 keep on going.

In all these achievements, the edges incised 7 from the bottom sheet 3 surround the incised edges 8 of the top sheet 4. This provision is not mandatory but has the advantage of not being never strip a siliconized bottom sheet 3 or analog whose appearance is less pleasant because of its yellowish color. If we neglect this consideration, we can choose other arrangements, for example by reversing the positions of the incised edges.

We can still, as in the patent previously mentioned, choose the arrangement of plots 6 on sheets 3 and 4 so that their superimposition on the grid 1 boxes either produced by coinciding drawn marks or drawn on grid 1 and box 2, in addition to the blank plot 60. These benchmarks are advantageously linear marks such as lines or a frame on grid 1, or more advantageously still outer edges of grid 1 and card 2. It then simply slide card 2 onto the grid 1 until their edges overlap touch the tips of user's fingers. The ideal is in these conditions reached if grid 1 and card 2 have the same exterior dimensions.

Card for controlling (2) results, which have been defined by marking or blackening of the spaces of a grid (1) printed on a result-form, which consists of two superposed sheets (3,4), one adhering to the other in a reversible way , the card (2) is entirely opaque and made up of separately detachable spaces which can be superposed on the respective spaces of the grid, characterised in that the spaces extend on the two sheets (3,4) and that they are delimited by the incised edges (7,8) on both joined (7,8) or only just, one of them surrounds the other on at least part of its perimeter and covers the other on the remainder of its perimeter if any.
