Wickeldorns 9 für ein Wickelband 10, welches zur Bildung von
Wickellagen aus Druckprodukten an dem Wickelkern 2 bestimmt
ist, wobei das Wickelband 10, wie veranschaulicht, dem Wickelkern
2 bzw. dem zu bildenden Wickel aus Druckprodukten unterschlächtig
zugeführt wird. Das Wickelband 10 ist an seinen
Enden jeweils mit dem Wickeldorn 9 bzw. dem Wickelkern 2 verbunden
und zwischen diesen beiden Organen gespannt. Diese
Technik ist übrigens bekannt und das Spannen des Wickelbandes
10 kann auf verschiedene, zum Stand der Technik gehörende Arten
erfolgen, so u.a. mittels einer auf den Wickeldorn 9 einwirkenden
Antriebsvorrichtung, die hier weder näher beschrieben
noch dargestellt ist.
Der Wickeldorn 9 ist in dem Wickelbock 3 bzw. in den Wangen 4
auf eine einfache Art lösbar gelagert, wozu gemäss Fig. 1 ein
einseitig zugänglicher Führungsschlitz bzw. eine einseitig
offene, schlitzförmige Ausnehmung 11 vorgesehen ist.
Der eine Welle 12 aufweisende Wickeldorn 9 kann beispielsweise
in zwei auf die Wangen 4 verteilte Führungsschlitze eingeschoben,
arretiert und wieder entfernt werden, wobei Sinn und
Zweck im Zusammenhang mit Fig. 3 näher erläutert werden. Die
Lagerung des Wickeldorns 9 im unteren Seitenbereich des Wikkelbocks
3 steht in Verbindung mit der Verwendungsweise der
Vorrichtung 1 beim Auf- oder Abwickelvorgang, letzterer ist in
Fig. 3 gezeichnet.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist ein aus Druckprodukten gebildeter Wikkel
13 durch strichpunktierte Linien vermerkt.
Zur Bildung grösserer Wickel 13 als vorgesehen, kann an dem
Wickelbock 3 ein adaptierfähiger Sockel 14 unterstellt werden,
der ebenso wie der Wickelbock 3 für den Tranport mit einer
Aufnahmevorrichtung für einen Hubwagen, Hubstapler oder Kran,
etc. ausgebildet ist.
Selbstverständlich kann auch wie gezeichnet, der Sockel 14 mit
der Möglichkeit der besonderen Lagerung des Wickeldorns 9 ausgebildet

Die insbesondere aus Wickelbock 3 und Wickelkern 2 gebildete
Vorrichtung 1 kann mittels einer Hebevorrichtung 16 in eine
hängende Lage versetzt werden, wobei in dieser Lage die Vorrichtung
1 in der Wickelachse 15 derart gefasst ist, dass ihre
Drehbewegung erfolgen kann. Zu diesem Zweck weist die Vorrichtung
1 in der Wickelachse 15 einen Kupplungsteil 17 einer in
der Zeichnung nicht vollständig gezeigten Drehverbindung auf,
die es ermöglicht, die Vorrichtung 1 bzw. den Wickelkern 2
bspw. über die Nabe 7 in der hängenden Lage in Drehung versetzen
zu können. Der andere Kupplungsteil könnte sodann in einer
Hebevorrichtung 16 angeordnet sein. Damit die Vorrichtung 1
bedarfsweise in einer besonderen Drehlage gehalten werden
kann, ist die Drehverbindung mit einer einschaltbaren Arretiervorrichtung
ausgerüstet.
Die Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 zeigen eine doppelte Abwickelstation, in
welcher die aus Druckprodukten gebildeten Wickel 13 in einer
Vorrichtung 1, aus Wickelbock 3, Wickelkern 2 und Wickeldorn 9
sowie eingespanntem Wickelband 10 bestehend, mittels Handhubwagen
18 zum Abwickeln der Druckprodukte bereitgestellt sind.
Als erstes wird der Wickeldorn 9 mit dem restlichen Wickelband
10 aus dem Wickelbock 3 gehoben und in eine zum Abwickeln vorgesehene
Betriebslage seitlich der Ruhelage im Wickelbock 3
versetzt, d.h. der Wickeldorn 9 wird in der Abwickelstation
umgelagert.
Von der Annahme ausgehend, dass der Wickel 13 zur Verarbeitung
bzw. Abwicklung der Druckprodukte auf eine grössere Höhe, als
dass sie durch die Drehfreiheit der Vorrichtung 1 entsteht,
angehoben werden muss, und dass der Wickeldorn 9 in die in
Fig. 3 gezeichnete Lage versetzt wird, ist es zur Verminderung
der Steilheit der von den Wickeln 13 ablaufenden Wickelbänder
10 und zum förderwirksamen Anlegen eines Auslaufbandes 20 erforderlich,
das/die Wickelbänder 10 um eine (erhöhte) Umlenkrolle
19 umzulenken, wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt. Wie Fig. 3
weiter zeigt, wird der Wickel 13 von einer durch Schwenkarme
21 gebildeten Hebevorrichtung 16, die durch Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten
22 betrieben wird, angehoben und abgesenkt. Die
freien Enden der Schwenkarme 21 greifen auf der Wickelachse 15
seitlich in die Vorrichtung 1 bzw. in die Nabe 7 des Wickelkerns
2 durch beispielsweise zapfenartige Fortsätze ein, wobei
die Nabe 7 als Kupplungsteil 17 einer Drehverbindung ausgebildet
ist.
Der Antrieb des Wickels 13 erfolgt von aussen mittels eines
Tangentialantriebes 23; selbstverständlich wäre auch ein Zentralantrieb
auf die Wickelachse 15 möglich, dessen Drehzahl in
Abhängigkeit von der Änderung des Wickeldurchmessers für eine
gleichmässige Abrollgeschwindigkeit zu steuern wäre. Der Wikkelbock
3 ist an dem dem Boden zugewendeten Ende durch eine
Transportvorrichtung ausgebildet, die es erlaubt, die Vorrichtung
1 in leerem oder gewickeltem Zustand mit einem Hubwagen
oder Stapler zu versetzen, auch wenn ein Sockel 14 unterstellt

- Device according to claim 9, characterised in that the lifting device (16) has swivel arms (21) which can be driven by means of a pressure medium and engage laterally in the winding core (2) via their free ends.
- Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the winding core (2) is driven at its axis (15) or tangentially via the package (13).
- Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the winding frame (3) is provided at its end directed towards the bottom with a transportation device.
