Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif dans un véhicule pour le décompte électronique interne au véhicule de l'utilisation de tronçons de route à péage, qui sont parcourus par le véhicule, des positions géographiques du véhicule étant détectées ou reçues par le dispositif et une comptabilisation correspondant à la valeur de l'utilisation respective étant effectuée sur un moyen de stockage du dispositif,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comporte une unité de stockage, dans laquelle sont stockées des positions géographiques prédéterminées, lesquelles caractérisent, de façon univoque, le réseau de tronçons de route à péage, en ce qu'il est prévu une unité de calcul qui reconnaît, à chaque fois, de façon univoque, des utilisations de tronçons à péage par comparaison de la position géographique actuelle du véhicule en référence à un algorithme de décision et effectue la comptabilisation des péages sur le moyen de stockage, et en ce qu'une interface de données est prévue sur le dispositif, grâce à laquelle des informations d'itinéraires de route sont transmises à un tachygraphe du véhicule et sont enregistrées par celui-ci de façon supplémentaire aux informations correspondantes usuelles.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les positions géographiques du véhicule sont transmises sans fil au dispositif par des émetteurs qui sont installés le long des tronçons de route.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif effectue lui-même la détermination des positions géographiques du véhicule en référence à des signaux reçus de satellites de navigation.

    caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de l'utilisation de tronçons de route non autorisée, des informations démonstratives sur l'utilisation non autorisée sont inscrites comme informations d'itinéraires de route.
  6. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce qu'une authentification mutuelle entre le tachymètre et le dispositif est effectuée pour garantir l'intégrité des données avant le début d'une transmission de données au tachymètre.
  7. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que l'inscription des informations d'itinéraires de route est effectuée sous forme codée.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
