    when it is in positions remote from the bottom part (16), the top part (44) can be moved freely relative to the bottom part in the direction (68) towards the container and away from the container, and that
    when it is in a position with minimal spacing from the bottom part (16), the top part (44) cannot be moved relative to the bottom part (16), and
    there is a single position in which there is minimal spacing between the top part (44) and bottom part (16).
  2. Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that
    when it is in positions remote from the bottom part (16), the top part (44) can be moved freely relative to the bottom part (16) in all directions.
  3. Arrangement according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that
    provided between the top part (44) and the bottom part (16) is at least one spacer (64), which tries to move the top part (44) and bottom part apart to the extreme extent.
  4. Arrangement according to Claim 3, characterized in that
    the spacer (64) is an elastically deformable element.
  5. Arrangement according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that
    the spacer (64) is a spring element.
  6. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the spacer is a piston/cylinder apparatus.
  7. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the spacer is a hydraulically or pneumatically actuable piston/cylinder apparatus.
  8. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the top part (44) has abutment surfaces (57) which taper obliquely downwards towards one another at least in a cross-section,
    the bottom part (16) has inner surfaces (24) corresponding to said abutment surfaces (57), such that, in the position with minimal spacing between the bottom part (16) and top part (44), the abutment surfaces (57) butt against the inner surfaces (24) over the entire surface area, and that, in the other positions, there are different spacings (62) between said surfaces (24, 57), this spacing (62) being greatest when there is maximum spacing between the top part (44) and the bottom part (16),
    there is a retaining element (36), by means of which it is possible to limit the maximum spacing of the top part (44) from the bottom part (16),
    the retaining part (36) is fastened on the bottom part (16) and top part (44) in a movable manner,
    provided between the top part (44) and bottom part (16) is a helical spring (64), by means of which the top part (44) can be forced in the direction away from the bottom part (16).
  9. Arrangement according to Claim 8, characterized in that
    the retaining part (36) is a rod-like element which is retained on the bottom part (16) such that it can be displaced longitudinally and deflected out of its longitudinal direction.
  10. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the retaining part (36) has a spherical-head-like end region (40) by way of which it butts against a recess (42) in the top part (44) from beneath,
    clamp-like fastening parts (60) are fastened on the top part (44) and can secure the spherical-head-like end region (40) on the top part (44).
  11. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    there is a protective mat (70) which covers over the overlapping region of the top part (44) and bottom part (16) on the outside.
  12. Arrangement according to Claim 11, characterized in that
    the top part (44) and bottom part (16) each have the protective mat (70) fastened on them (72, 74).
  13. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    in the direction of the plurality of claws (14) present, the top part (44) has respectively mutually parallel, identical cross-sections.
  14. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the top part (44) is of radially symmetrical design.
  15. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the carry-along bar of the refuse container, said bar being designed essentially as an open U-profile bar in the downward direction, is adapted to the outer surface (46) of the top part (44) of the claw (14) such that, when the top part (44) has penetrated into the profile bar to the full extent, there can be no relative movement between the top part (44) and refuse container in the direction (68) towards the container and away from the container, but that, when the top part (44) has not penetrated into the profile bar to the full extent, such relative movement (68) between the top part (44) and container is possible.
  16. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the inner surface of the profile bar can be positioned against the outer surface (46) of the top part (44) via planar inner-wall regions and/or via end surfaces of webs which are integrally formed in the interior of the profile bar.
