- la figure 1 est une vue schématique de profil qui illustre un distributeur automatique de produits conforme à l'invention équipé de moyens de débourrage comportant une goulotte dans une position fermée,
- la figure 2 est une vue schématique similaire à la figure 1, qui illustre le distributeur de produits équipé de moyens de débourrage comportant une goulotte dans une position ouverte,
- les figures 3 et 4 sont des vues de dessus schématiques qui illustrent les moyens de sélection du monnayeur équipant un distributeur conforme à l'invention,
- la figure 5 illustre un exemple de schéma de montage du circuit électrique mis en oeuvre pour le fonctionnement du dispositif conforme à l'invention,
- la figure 6 montre une autre variante du dispositif de la présente invention dans une vue similaire à celle de la figure 1,
- la figure 7 montre le dispositif de la figure 7 avec ladite goulotte ouverte pour le débourrage,
- la figure 8 montre une vue partielle de gauche de la goulotte illustrée aux figures 6 et 7.
Claims (9)
- Distributeur automatique de produits, comprenant un monnayeur (1) pour l'introduction d'au moins une pièce de monnaie (A), de jeton ou analogue, et des moyens de distribution des produits, ainsi que des moyens d'évacuation (4) d'éléments parasitaires (B) et pourvus de moyens de vérification (33) du bon fonctionnement, sollicitant des moyens de commande (6) des moyens d'évacuation (4), caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'évacuation (4) sont constitués par une goulotte (3) présentant un corps (7) constitué d'au moins une partie (9) comportant deux volets (11, 12) dont au moins l'un (11) est articulé, les moyens de commande (6) agissant sur ledit volet articulé (11) par l'intermédiaire d'un ensemble de biellettes (19, 20) aptes à autoriser une large ouverture de la goulotte (3), de l'ordre de 40 à 80°, afin de permettre l'évacuation de tout élément parasitaire (B) autre que de la monnaie, des jetons ou analogue.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en amont des moyens d'évacuation (4), des moyens de sélection (28-31) desdits éléments parasitaires.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande (6) sont constitués par au moins un électro-aimant agissant sur ledit volet articulé (11).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de vérification sont constitués par au moins une temporisation automatique déclenchant, selon un cycle déterminé, la mise en fonctionnement de l'électro-aimant (6).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de vérification sont constitués par au moins un bouton (33) apte à être actionné manuellement pour déclencher le fonctionnement de l'électro-aimant (6).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de sélection sont constitués par au moins deux capteurs (29, 30) magnétiques agissant sur un électro-aimant (28) coopérant avec un clapet (32) monté mobile apte à obturer sélectivement une fente d'introduction des pièces.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'électro-aimant (6) agit sur une tige (16) solidaire de biellettes (19, 20) assujetties à l'un des volets (11) articulé de la goulotte (3).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la goulotte (3) comporte une rainure (22) de guidage s'étendant le long d'une bordure du volet articulé (11).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet (11) articulé de la goulotte (5) comporte une languette (23) faisant saillie perpendiculairement apte à coopérer avec une découpe (34) de forme complémentaire ménagée dans l'autre volet (12).
