Die dargestellte Vorrichtung ist als einteiliges Formstück 1 in einem Spritzverfahren aus entsprechend elastischem Kunststoff hergestellt. Im oberen Bereich ist ein rechtwinkeliger Ausschnitt 8 zur Aufnahme des Endes 9 einer Ladenschiene einer Auszugsführung vorhanden, wobei diese Ladenschiene 9 z.B. die Ladenschiene eines Einfachauszuges sein kann, dem am Möbelkorpus eine Korpusschiene zugeordnet ist, wobei zwischen den beiden Schienen beliebige Führungen bekannter Art vorgesehen werden können. Es ist auch ein Vollauszug mit Ladenschiene, Mittelschiene und Korpusschiene möglich und schließlich können die Auszugsschienen aneinander durch von ihnen selbst getragene Rollen oder auch durch zwischengeschaltete Rollen- oder Kugelwägen oder durch in Käfigen gehaltene Kugeln oder Rollen geführt sein, wobei es nicht notwendig ist, daß die Schienen und sonstigen Teile des Auszuges leicht voneinander lösbar sind. In einem Seitenflansch 10 der Schiene 9 ist eine Öffnung oder Aussparung 11 vorhanden, deren zur Vorrichtung weisende Kante 12 eine Raste bildet, in die ein Rasthaken 13 der Vorrichtung 1 eingreift. Im Endstück 28 ist eine Aussparung 29 vorhanden, in die eine Führungsnocke 30 einragt. Am Hinterende ist ein Auflaufkeil 31 durch einen Längseinschnitt 32 freigestellt. Die Zahnstange 33 ist der Aussparung 29 gegenüber über die Länge des Teiles 28 ausgeformt und am Ende mit einem elastischen Rastfinger 34 ausgestattet. Im vorderen Endbereich bildet die Zahnstange 33 in der Stellung nach Fig. 1 eine Diagonale zu einer halbrunden Einsteckführung 35 für ein z.B. als Kreuzschraubenzieher ausgebildetes Werkzeug. Claims (7)
- A device for releasably fixing the drawer rail (9) of an extension mechanism guide to a drawer, comprising a baseplate (2) which is adapted to be mounted on the drawer and on which there are mounted a detent hook (13) intended for engagement in a recess (11) in the rail (9), such recess having a catch (12), and an adjusting wedge (23) which, for fine adjustment of the front panel of the drawer, engages adjustably in the longitudinal direction of the rail between the contact side of the rail (9) and the drawer body, the detent hook (13) springing into the engagement position and being releasable from this engaged position via a handle (33) connected to the said hook, characterised in that the baseplate (2) is made as a one-piece moulding with the detent hook (13), handle (16) and the adjusting wedge (23), in which moulding the detent hook (13) and the handle (16) are connected to the baseplate (2) via elastically flexible webs (15, 17), in that the adjusting wedge (23) is connected to the baseplate via breaking points and in that the baseplate (2) has guides (24, 25) for the adjusting wedge (23), into which guides said adjusting wedge (23), on its movement out of its position connected to the baseplate mounted on the drawer, engages in captive manner by co-acting holders (27) after release of the breaking points.
- A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the detent hook (13) has a limb (14) which is thickened in the zone of contact with the rail and from which a flexible web (15) extending approximately parallel to the rail (9) in the engaged position leads to a retaining head (15a, 17a) merging into the baseplate, a stiffer handle (16) extends at an acute angle to said web (15) and projects beyond the retaining head at a distance from the handle and is connected to the retaining head (15a, 17a) via another returning, preferably S-shaped, flexible web (17).
