Abstract

Description

  • The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1 for releasably fastening the drawer rail of a pull-out guide on a drawer.
  • Devices of this type are normally installed in the front end area of the drawer and usually behind a front panel of the drawer on the shop floor. In cooperation with a holder connecting the rear end of the drawer rail to the drawer, which can be designed as a snap holder or as a hook of the drawer rail engaging in an opening in the drawer bottom, the drawer can be completely separated from the drawer rail and thus the entire pull-out guide, so that the drawer can be taken out by itself and pull-out guides can also be used, in which the rails and the mutual guides cannot simply be separated.   • Mount shop. Devices of the type in question are preferably formed in mirror image symmetry for the left and right side of the shop. A corresponding device is known from DE-U 92 04 845. This known device is a multi-part Construction in which a guide housing for the latching hook, guides for the adjusting wedge and the necessary openings for retaining screws are attached to a base plate, which is usually made of sheet metal. The swivel hook is supported on the base plate or in the guide housing via separate vertical axes and is supported with its free end in the guide housing. This is necessary because the swivel axis of the hook must be attached at a transverse distance from the drawer rail to be fastened, so that a pull on the drawer generates a torque of the hook about the swivel axis and there is a risk that the hook will pop out of the catch with the rail . The hook is also pressed into the latching position by a separate spring, which is usually made of plastic, the handle serving to release the hook also forming its own, separately mounted component. The adjusting wedge can be adjusted by means of a Phillips screwdriver which engages in a rack of its guide. The mounting position of the adjusting wedge to the base plate is not precisely defined, which means that the adjusting wedge is put back for the mounting of the rail and then adjusted as required, whereby it is only held by the wedge effect when there is an engagement between the shop floor and the rail. Each time the drawer is removed from the pull-out guide, the same readjustment is necessary, but this creates difficulties for untrained users. Because of the multi-part design, the device has to be manufactured in a complex manner and various adjustments have to be carried out for each assembly before the drawer rail can be hooked in and adjusted.
  • From DE-U 93 00 260 a device is known in which the base plate with the locking hook, the handle for the locking hook and with the adjusting wedge is made as a one-piece molding made of plastic. On the one hand, the Locking hook and the handle and on the other hand also the adjusting wedge together with the base plate via resiliently flexible webs, the locking hook with its webs and the adjusting wedge being arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the rail and the drawer rail on a mounting flange of the base plate which projects from the base plate and projects laterally beyond the hook arrangement the front panel of the drawer strikes. The locking hook engages in the vicinity of the flange mentioned in the receiving latch of the shop rail. Accordingly, the wedge arrangement is provided at a greater distance from the front panel and from the latching hook, wherein the adjusting wedge can be pressed in between the shop floor and the rail, pivoting about its mounting webs, from the same side as the latching hook. To secure the adjusting wedge in different engagement positions, latching projections can be formed on it, which interact with their own retaining projections on a raised part of the base plate. In practice, the device described is disadvantageous in many respects. First, the protruding part of the adjusting wedge and its holder must be accessed to actuate the locking hook, which leads to an unwanted actuating wedge actuation. The insertion of the adjusting wedge from the side causes an undesired bending load on the drawer rail with the risk that the latching hook springs out of its counter-latching and the wedge load acts essentially only at a linear contact point. It is not possible to release the latching of the hook with the rail alone, to remove the drawer and subsequently to hang it up again, but before this hanging process the adjusting wedge must be reset from the possible engagement position with the rails, then the locking and then the adjustment of the drawer by the lateral insertion of the adjusting wedge, whereby the disadvantages already mentioned occur and there are considerable difficulties for the untrained user.
  • The object of the invention is to provide a device of the type mentioned, which can be easily manufactured, is reliable, in which no additional adjustment work is necessary for assembly, with the exception of the wedge adjustment necessary for any height adjustment, and a selected wedge adjustment even when the drawer is removed can be retained, whereby no undesired bending or torsional forces are exerted on the rail by the wedge.
  • The object is achieved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1.
  • The invention creates a one-piece fitting which meets all requirements and which can be fully assembled on the drawer while the adjusting wedge is still fixed, the adjusting wedge, which is adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the rail and thus does not exert any lateral deflection forces on the rail, being used if necessary, the adjustment of which is also used after removing the drawer from the pull-out guide, so that the newly fitted drawer is correctly adjusted again. Once the shape is available, the fitting can be produced in large numbers with little effort.
  • A special shape can ensure that the latch hook is prevented from jumping out of the latch with the drawer rail when tensile forces or impacts occur on the drawer. A corresponding embodiment is specified in claim 2.
  • Since locking hooks and the one web are guided along or in the extension of the outside of the drawer rail, there is no torque on the hook due to a tensile force acting in the longitudinal direction of the rail, so that the hook is securely in the recess the rail is held and can only be released from the catch via the handle. This triggering when pressure is applied to the handle is promoted by the special arrangement of the handle and the flexible holding bars.
  • In order to prevent contamination and also to ensure that when the device is installed underfloor on the drawer, where the device is not visible and is essentially only worked according to the feeling, an attempt is made to connect the drawer and the rail itself by attacking the hook solve, can be proceeded according to claim 3.
  • An advantageous development according to claim 4 not only ensures that the control wedge functions properly, but also has the decisive advantage that the contours of the control wedge can be formed using comparatively simple means, the control wedge e.g. initially lies within a through opening of the base plate which is recessed for it and is only guided into the previously formed guides of the base plate for use. Until the predetermined breaking points break, the wedge is still loss-proof and connected in the correct position to the base plate and the rest of the device.
  • The manufacture can be further simplified by a shape according to claim 5. Since the setting wedge is only removed when the device is fully assembled, the bottom or wall of the drawer on which the base plate is mounted, the main guide and the base plate form a counter-guide for the setting wedge, which, moreover, is additionally clamped when it engages under the loading rail becomes.
  • A refined construction according to claim 6 results in a positive guidance, in which the fitter after loosening the adjusting wedge only has to pay attention to the wedge adjustment necessary for the adjustment of the drawer, a forward and backward adjustment of the wedge is possible without any problems, but the wedge is secured by locking in each adjustment position.
  • In a further development according to claim 7, the ramp wedge is bent open the further the setting wedge penetrates between the shop floor and the rail, so that the ramp wedge is always adjusted to the height of the end region of the rail to be intercepted by it.   • The device shown is produced as a one-piece molding 1 in a spraying process from corresponding elastic plastic. The device has a base plate 2 with through openings 3 for screw fastening on the bottom of a drawer. Flanges 4, 5 with further screw-in holes 6 and 7 are provided on two abutting edges for fastening the base plate to a side wall projecting downward from the floor and on the front plate of the drawer. In the upper area there is a right-angled cutout 8 for receiving the end 9 of a drawer slide of a pull-out guide, whereby this drawer slide 9 can, for example, be the drawer slide of a single pull-out, to which a cabinet rail is assigned on the furniture body, with any guides between the two rails known type can be provided. There is also a full extension with drawer rail, middle rail and carcass rail and finally the pull-out rails can be guided together by rollers they carry themselves or by intermediate roller or ball carriages or by cages or balls, but it is not necessary that the rails and other parts of the drawer are easily detachable from each other. In a side flange 10 of the rail 9 there is an opening or recess 11, the edge 12 facing the device forming a catch into which a latching hook 13 of the device 1 engages. This latching hook 13 has a thickened leg 14 which bears against the flange 10 in the latched position and projects freely beyond the recess 8. Subsequent to this thickened part and separated from the base plate 2 by horizontal gaps, there is a flexible web 15 and, at an acute angle, a thicker handle 16, with the handle 16 being joined by another, in the basic shape S-shaped web 17, which, likewise like the web 15, leads to a holding head 15a, 17a which rises above the base plate 2 and is formed in one piece therewith.
  • It is not expedient to produce the parts 13-17 in the basic form shown in FIG. 1, but one will choose an embodiment in which the latching hook 13 protrudes over the recess 8 during the injection molding process and at least with the formation of a joint next to the edge of the recess 8 is formed, wherein the web 15 is also partially bent over this recess 8 and the web 17 can have a smaller curvature. In the position shown, the locking hook 13 is secured by a stop 18. This stop 18 is present at the end of a cover 19 that is open towards the shop floor, which in turn is formed from the base plate 2 and receives the latching hook when it is pivoted by means of the handle 16.   • In addition to the holding head 15a, 17a, the base plate 2 has an opening 22, in which an adjusting wedge 23 is integrally formed with the base plate 2, but with it in predetermined breaking points, not shown. The adjusting wedge 23 is aligned in height with side guides 24, 25 formed from the base plate 2, that is to say it lies below the top of the edge of the base plate opening 22 provided for it. The side guides 24, 25 are open towards the shop floor and against the cutout 8. The adjusting wedge 23 has a wedge body 26 on the front, to which a middle piece with cam 27 and a rack-like end piece 28 connect. In the end piece 28 there is a recess 29 into which a guide cam 30 protrudes. At the rear end, a wedge 31 is exposed through a longitudinal incision 32. The rack 33 is formed over the length of the part 28 opposite the recess 29 and is equipped at the end with an elastic locking finger 34. In the front end area, the rack 33 in the position according to Fig. 1 forms a diagonal to a semicircular insertion guide 35 for e.g. Tool designed as a Phillips screwdriver. A counter wedge surface 36 is also provided for the cam 27.
  • The drawer is pushed into the body with the two devices 1 attached to it until the latching hooks 13 are latched into the latching openings 11. If a height adjustment of the drawer relative to the pull-out guide 9, 10 is now desired, a cross-screwdriver-like tool is pressed into the insert guide 35. As a result, the setting wedge 23 is blown free from the predetermined breaking points, not shown, and shifted to the right in the drawing. If the screwdriver is now turned counterclockwise, then he pushes the wedge body 26 out over the rack 35, the cam 27, in cooperation with the wedge surface 36, ensuring that the right side of the adjusting wedge 23 is pressed into the guides 25, whereas the cam 27 finally (see FIG. 2) penetrates into their guide 24. In Fig. 2 the wedge body 26 was drawn in a possible employment on the rail 9. It penetrates between the bottom of the drawer and the rail 9 and lifts the drawer to the corresponding extent relative to the rail 9, so that the front plate of the drawer can be adjusted to the correct joint width. The extension 34 engages in guide catches 37 so that the adjusting wedge 23 is secured in every extended position.
  • Upon further adjustment of the adjusting wedge 23, the run-up wedge 31 moves over the cam 30 and is thereby bent away from the shop floor, so that it can be reached from the rail following the shop rail 9 when the drawer is adjusted in height relative to the rail 9.

Claims (7)

  1.
