Claims (6)
- Support de brûleur à rampe d'injection intégrée, dans lequel ledit support (1) et au moins une rampe d'injection (2) forment un ensemble monobloc obtenu par extrusion, dans lequel rampe (2) porte au moins une série d'injecteurs de gaz (6) qui se trouvent à l'aplomb et à distance constante d'au moins une série d'ouvertures circulaires (4) prévues sur le support, et dans lequel des barrettes de liaison (3) raccordent le support et la rampe.
- Support de brûleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes de liaison (3) relient la rampe (2) à une branche en L du support (1) non pourvue d'ouvertures (4).
- Support de brûleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rampe d'injection (2) est logée à l'intérieur d'un support en forme de U dont les deux branches portent chacune une série d'ouvertures (4).
- Support de brûleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux rampes d'injection (2) sont superposées vis-à-vis de deux rangées d'ouvertures (4) d'un support de brûleur (1).
- Support de brûleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il dispose de deux rangées d'ouvertures (4) et forme une coquille fermée avec les rampes d'injection (2).
- Procédé d'obtention d'un support de brûleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à extruder simultanément ledit support (1) et au moins une rampe d'injection (2), et à usiner les uns en face des autres des ouvertures et orifices dans le support et la rampe respectivement pour le passage du mélange gazeux et le montage des injecteurs.
