Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a die-cast forming unnecessary for a burner manifold, by using extrusion-formed material for the main body of manifold of a burner, which consists of a plurality of main burners arranged in juxtaposition. CONSTITUTION:A burner manifold B is composed of a manifold body 10, a gas injection nozzles 20, and two blank plugs. The manifold body 10 is made of a long extrusion-formed material, made of aluminum alloy, being cut off to a predetermined length, according to the types of burners. By using this kind of material, the manifold can be applied to gas burners of many types without using much time to make it, shortening the manufacturing time and the time of delivery largely, and also, cutting down the manufacturing cost because of dispensing with die for die casting.
