Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Sonnenschutzvorrichtung wie einen Faltenstore oder eine Jalousie, die mit einer Kopfschiene, einem Kopfschienen-Endstück und einem daran angeordneten Schnurschloß versehen ist.
  • Bei bekannten Faltenstores dieser Art (EP-B 382364) ist das Schnurschloß in das Endstück der Kopfschiene integriert. Das bedeutet, daß für die Anbringung des Schnurschlosses an die unterschiedlichen Seiten der Kopfschiene unterschiedliche Endstücke vorgesehen werden müssen. Ferner haben die bekannten Anordnungen den Nachteil, daß zum Lösen der Schnur diese in einer bestimmten Betätigungsebene geschwenkt werden muß, die durch die Stellung des Schnurschlosses gegenüber der Kopfschiene festgelegt ist. Wenn beispielsweise die Bewegungsachse des Schnurschlosses lotrecht zur Verschattungsebene des Faltenstores verläuft, muß die Schnur in einer parallel dazu verlaufenden Betätigungsebene eingestellt werden, damit das Schloß in die Löse- bzw. Schließstellung gelangt. Es zeigt sich aber immer wieder, daß die Benutzer die Schnur auch in anderen Richtungen verschwenken, wodurch die Schloßfunktion beeinträchtigt wird und die über die Kanten des Schlosses laufende Schnur einem stärkeren Verschleiß unterliegt.
  • Diese Nachteile werden erfindungsgemäß dadurch vermieden oder vermindert, daß zur Aufnahme oder Bildung des Schnurschlosses ein von dem Kopfschienen-Endstück gesondertes Gehäuse vorgesehen ist, das an einer Seitenfläche des Kopfschienen-Endstücks oder der Kopfschiene um eine lotrecht zu dieser Seitenfläche verlaufende Achse schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Wenn ein Schloß verwendet wird, das die Verschwenkung der Schnur zum Lösen und Arretieren in einer bestimmten Betätigungsebene verlangt, so verläuft die Schwenkachse des Schloßgehäuses parallel zu oder in dieser Ebene.
  • Dank der Schwenkbarkeit des Schloßgehäuses kann dies sich auf die Schnurzugrichtung, soweit diese von der Schloßbetätigungsebene abweicht, einstellen. Der Benutzer ist deshalb frei von irgendwelchen Überlegungen, welche Zugrichtung er benutzen darf und welche nicht. Kantenlauf der Schnur und entsprechender Verschleiß werden vermieden. Da das Kopfschienen-Endstück frei von den baulichen Besonderheiten ist, die der Unterbringung und Funktion des Schlosses dienen, kann es leicht an beliebigen Seiten mit dem Schloßgehäuse verbunden werden. Beispielsweise kann es an unterschiedlichen Seiten mit Bohrungen versehen werden, in die ein Verbindungs- und Schwenkzapfen des Schloßgehäuses eingesetzt werden kann. Unterschiedliche Endstücke oder Schloßgehäuse für Anbringung an unterschiedlichen Seiten der Kopfschiene sind dann nicht erforderlich.
  • Der Erfindungsgedanke ist unabhängig von der Zahl der Schnüre und davon, ob das Schloß einfach oder mehrfach ausgeführt ist.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung des in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels. Es zeigen:

  • An der Kopfschiene 1 des Faltenstores, die den Behang 2 trägt, ist das Endstück 3 mittels der Einsteckzapfen 4 befestigt. Das Endstück umfaßt außer der Wand 5, die sich an die Stirnfläche der Kopfschiene 1 anlegt, die äußeren Seitenwände 6, 7 und die stirnseitige Seitenwand 8. Die Seitenwände 6, 7, 8 enthalten Zapfenbohrungen 9.
  • Das Schloßgehäuse 10 besitzt einen Schwenkzapfen 11, der in eine der Zapfenbohrungen 9 eingesteckt und darin mittels eines Sicherungselements 12 gesichert wird. Das Schloßgehäuse 10 ist daher an dem Endstück 3 um die Achse des Zapfens 11 und der zugehörigen Bohrung 9, die lotrecht zur Wand 6 steht, schwenkbar. Diese Verschwenkung ist in Fig.2 strichpunktiert angedeutet.
  • In dem nach unten offenen Schloßgehäuse 10 ist mittels des Bolzens 13 eine geeignete Schloßmechanik 14 schwenkbar gelagert, die bekannt ist und daher nicht im einzelnen erläutert oder dargestellt zu werden braucht. Sie kann dadurch gelöst bzw. geschlossen werden, daß die durchlaufenden Schnüre 15 in einer lotrecht zu der Achse des Bolzens 13 verlaufenden Betätigungsebene verschwenkt werden. Diese Ebene verläuft lotrecht zu der Schwenkebene des Schloßgehäuses 10.
  • Der Schwenkzapfen 1 ist hohl ausgebildet, wobei die Endkanten seiner Bohrung 16 zwecks reibungs- und verschleißarmer Führung der Schnüre 15 abgerundet sind. Dasselbe gilt für die Kanten der Bohrung 17, die in der Wand 5 zur Umlenkung der Schnüre 15 in das Innere der Kopfschiene 1 angeordnet ist. Zwischen den Einsteckzapfen 4 ist ein Steg 18 vorgesehen, der sie aussteift und es gewünschtenfalls gestattet, die Schnüre 15 zu trennen, damit sie sich nicht verwickeln können.
  • Zur Erfüllung der bisher beschriebenen Funktionen würde es genügen, wenn das Endstück 3 nach unten hin im Bereich der strichpunktierten Linie 20 begrenzt wäre. Diese Linie entspricht der unteren Begrenzung der in der Kopfschiene 1 zur Befestigung des Faltenstores vorgesehenen Flanschen, die bei 21 in einer Querschnittsdarstellung der Kopfschiene angedeutet sind. Wenn aber die Kopfschiene einseitig mit einem weiter hinabreichenden Blendenteil 22 versehen ist und gegebenenfalls auch die Unterschiene auf derselben Seite einen nach oben ragenden Blendenteil trägt (s. gleichzeitig eingereichte Gebrauchsmusteranmeldung mit dem anwaltlichen Aktenzeichen p 16098/94), so besteht die Möglichkeit, daß die Unterschiene im hochgezogenen Zustand beim Anschlag an der Blende 22 sich im Querschnitt schiefstellt. Dem kann dadurch begegnet werden, daß das Endstück 3 nach unten hin in der mit durchgezogenen Linien gezeigten Weise durch eine Blende 24 verlängert wird, deren horizontaler unterer Rand zur Anlage des horizontalen Oberrands des Endstücks der Unterschiene dient.

Claims (6)

  1. Sonnenschutzvorrichtung, insbesondere in der Art eines Faltenstores oder einer Jalousie, mit einer Kopfschiene (1), einem Kopfschienen-Endstück (3) und einem daran angeordneten Schnurschloß (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Aufnahme oder Bildung des Schnurschlosses (14) ein von dem Kopfschienen-Endstück (3) gesondertes Gehäuse (10) vorgesehen ist, das an einer Seitenfläche (6) des Kopfschienen-Endstücks (3) oder der Kopfschiene (1) schwenkbar um eine lotrecht zu dieser Seitenfläche (6) verlaufende Achse angeordnet ist.
  2. Sonnenschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung eines durch Schwenkung der Schnur in einer Betätigungsebene lösbaren Schlosses (14) die Schwenkachse des Schloßgehäuses (10) parallel zu oder in der Betätigungsebene verläuft.
  3. Sonnenschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schloßgehäuse (10) mit einem Schwenkzapfen (11) und das Kopfschienen-Endstück (3) mit einer dazu passenden Zapfenbohrung (9) versehen ist.
  4. Sonnenschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfschienen-Endstück (3) mehrere Zapfenbohrungen (9) an unterschiedlichen Seiten (6,7,8) hat.
  5. Sonnenschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkzapfen (11) hohl zur Durchführung der Schnur (15) ausgebildet ist.
  6. Sonnenschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfschienen-Endstück in der der Stirnfläche der Kopfschiene (1) zugeordneten Wand (5) eine Schnurführungsöffnung (17) enthält, deren zu den Zapfenbohrungen (9) führende Kanten abgerundet sind.
